11/10/2025: Maurizio was very kind and welcoming. The caponata was the best I've tasted in the Aeolian Islands, and the stuffed squid with sauce was wonderful! Thank you.
05/10/2025: For the owner alone this restaurant is worth a visit. Such a lovely and engaging man, who spoke Italian, English and German with us. The food is delicious and though on the pricier side, portion size and quality justify it. We had the best seafood noodles here. (Sadly I only have a photo of the empty shells)

24/08/2025: Breakfast is included in our nearby rental, and the service is quite fast and pleasant.
Over 10 days, however, there was a lack of variety in the pastries offered.

04/10/2025: It was a bitter day for everyone. I bought a croissant with pistachio cereal for €2, but the croissant had absolutely no pistachio flavor, which is a typical Sicilian fruit. Spending €2 and not getting what you paid for seems like a real rip-off. Obviously, I won't be going back, and you should be wary too.
03/10/2025: Stealing from tourists shamelessly. Ask for coffee and cappuccino and I'll be charged €4.50.

04/10/2025: We were very disappointed:
• Poor and careless food – the Caprese salad (€10) was just two sliced tomatoes with a few pieces of mozzarella and no dressing at all (see photo).
• Long waiting time, even though the place was not busy.
• Huge “Pizza” sign outside, but they only serve pizza in the evening – very misleading!
• Absolutely not worth the price.
• Only positive point: the water was nicely chilled.
Definitely not recommended.
01/10/2025: Stopped for an end of night wine and cannolo. Great prices, fast service, no frills. Looks intimidating as it's very local, but it's open to all!

No menu on the internet, read the price 30/40 per person
At the time of the bill we paid 50 euros per person and without a receipt
Honestly too expensive

19/09/2025: A magnificent experience, apart from a cockroach in the bathroom (near death), a small worm in the spaghetti dish, the self-service, several hairs in the pasta with mussels, the extremely long waiting times, and a menu that constantly changed throughout the evening, everything was perfect!
20/08/2025: All cool, and then the coffee in a paper cup.
What a sight!

And very fair prices. Highly recommended.
17/08/2025: The only thing that was right was the dried mussels, including the carbonara without bacon or onion, and I had told her without cheese and she ended up with 3 kg of parmesan.

The granita was nothing special, but I understand that the woman at the counter could have had a bad day... but with that attitude, she's making it bad for everyone else, too! Change jobs, it's not the right fit for you.

08/06/2025: Eccoci qua, marsala non può essere lasciata senza visitare I bucanieri. Abbiamo trovato qualche piatto differente nel menú, ho provato il filetto di pesce con patate, OTTIMO! E come sempre i nostri amati CRUDI! Grazie ragazzi alla prossima, siete bravissimi e fantastici!
08/06/2025: Siamo stati in giro per Marsala vari giorni, l’ultima sera abbiamo cenato in questo bellissimo ristorante. Posto bellissimo e piatti super buoni. Personale attento e molto simpatico
Prezzo corretto per quello che abbiamo mangiato.

27/05/2025: Stopped for a quick lunch. Cold arancini and tasteless bruschetta . Try ‘a putia’ around the corner for far superior bruschetta and much cheaper. Waitress forgot the coffee - it wasn’t added to the bill.
03/05/2025: Unfortunately we didn't like it, neither the price for what we got nor the service. Furthermore, with the three aperitif cocktails we had, we were not brought anything to eat and for the price spent (an average of €8 per drink), as well as for the type of drink taken, we thought it was logical to have.
