Il locale si presenta forse un pochino spartano, come tanti altri in isola, ma è solo un dettaglio, perché la cena, compresa l'entratina d'accoglienza, ha toccato note sublimi, giuro, non esagero! 17/11/2024: I tried the focaccia and some rustici here on November 3, 2024. Focaccia (various types all at 12 euros per kilo) well toasted and of the right crunchiness with quality ingredients. On rustics you can vary a lot. In addition to the usual arancini, mozzarella in carrozza and pidoni, you can find other innovative fillings (chicken strips, gorgonzola and speck, turnip tops and sausage, etc.). Note of merit also for the service. My girlfriend suffers from food allergies and they did everything to avoid contamination. Definitely coming back.

01/09/2024: Last evening in Sicily, as a farewell we needed a nice feast at the Buongustaio! EVERYTHING EXCELLENT, I would say that we really needed a goodbye ❤️

I asked for a table for 2 people comforted by the fact that a table for 2 had just become available but... a gentleman who I believe was the owner in a rude, rude and impolite manner replied to me that it would take 45 minutes to set the table. Absolutely to avoid

24/02/2025: Abbiamo ordinato delle busiate con frutti di mare che sono arrivate scotte e senza sale , peccato perche alla vista il piatto si presentava bene , ma evidentemente lo chef o era troppo giovane ed inesperto , oppure anziano e stanco in quanto tali errori così banali non possono passare da uno chef di mestiere . Abbiamo pagato 50 euro per 2 primi ed una bottiglia d'acqua e quando ho chiesto la fattura ho spiazzato il titolare che aveva problemi con il software . Vivamente sconsigliato nel rapporto qualità e prezzo

02/11/2024: La nostra stella cometa, la prima tappa dei nostri viaggi in Sicilia è il caffè delle rose tutti i prodotti di pasticceria sono una esperienza del palato sublime il caffè è spettacolare,il gelato con la brioche una goduria...e i ragazzi offrono un servizio allegro e accogliente. Siete i numeri uno . Complimenti sinceri...grazie di esistere.

26/10/2024: Lugar perfecto para café, cannoli (incluyendo sin gluten) o gelatina. Mi amigo y yo fuimos aquí varias veces mientras estábamos alojados en Marina di Ragusa. El servicio siempre fue bueno y la comida y bebida también.

16/04/2025: Very interesting environment, the tables are positioned directly on the stairs. The place is quiet (at least in the low season) the prices are a little high, but in Taormina it is compressible.

16/04/2025: This was a casual find that turned out to be much better than expected. Our meal was very tasty and we had a great spot to watch the parade and passersby below. The waiter was very charming and attentive and we had fun joking around with him. I lived in Italy for 20 years, have travelled all around the country and I consider this restaurant a lucky find. My Italian husband really enjoyed it, too, as did our friends.
