Excellent welcome, kindness, professionalism and beauty. Large and functional room.

Very well served by all the staff, especially the staff at the reception and the staff serving breakfast. Really friendly and helpful all around for any need or questions we had. I had also been treated with a surprise on my birthday without mentioning anything. Very clean rooms and a beautiful steak house next door which is part of the hotel. Would definitely recommend if you plan on staying in Ragusa!

Siamo stati ospiti di un cliente, la struttura è molto bella con giardino, piscina, sala palestra, accoglienza siciliana, e qui non devo scrivere niente, top. Unica nota sulla camera l'accesso e direttamente vista letto, ma è una bazzecole, il servizio in sala colazione perfetta, era presente un gruppo che non aveva fatto presente che dovevano partire prima, ma la signora ha risolto con professionalità.
