Ambiente particolare, atmosfera unica. Il locale si trova all’interno di una chiesa sconsacrata, dove il moderno si adatta perfettamente allo storico del luogo. Personale gentile e professionale. Cocktail ottimo e cibo delizioso. Fortemente consigliato

Libri e Guide turistiche, in una chiesa ora consacrata solo alla lettura ed ai drink, una cripta sotterranea illuminata suggestivamente ma non da paura, tisane e the nero, prezzi moderati... Vi basta? Ma quasi quasi da andare a Enna solo per Al Kenisa. Proprietà comunale, ci spiega uno dei ragazzi dello staff che gestisce il locale. Sembra che apra solo nel pomeriggio inoltrato. Un the nero è uno spritz con noccioline e patatine solo euro 9.50 ma abbiamo preso per leggere una guida Lonely Planet, sfogliato libri in esposizione, con una buona colonna sonora...

What a find! We loved the ambience, with the unlikely mix of a crumbling church, sharp white bookshelves contains an array of interesting books - (if only our Italian was good enough), comfy red sofas and bright kilims on the floor, and a menu with a very full range of alcoholic drinks with a separate menu for coffees and a third for teas. Really - just wonderful. And the music was as laid back and relaxed as the venue as was the friendly barman. If you ask to see the catacombs under the church then it may be wise to go before embibing a cocktail. The H&S regulations are (thankfully) less stringent than in other places!
