16/08/2025: If you're a foreigner or a tourist, don't come here. They're not equipped to serve you. I'm Brazilian and have lived in Palermo for almost two years. The waitress completely ignored me as I signaled for my order. After a drink, I wanted to ask for the bill... and she still ignored me. When I got to the cashier to pay, she yelled from outside, "He's the one at the wrong table."

18/08/2025: I celebrated my 30th birthday at a private villa. I had to rely on them for dinner. The food was delicious, high-quality, and at the perfect temperature. The cake was as pictured; absolutely wonderful ❤️❤️❤️

05/01/2026: We stayed here with our campervan and had the most delicious pizza ever. My husband had a Calzone del Etna and I had the Kaleidos. Both were delicious. The drinks were good and inexpensive. The service was very friendly. Don't forget the tiramisu for dessert. It was delicious. In short, this restaurant gets all the praise from us. The service and quality are all 5 stars. We'll be back if we're ever in the area again.

07/12/2025: I've been to Pizzeria Kaleidos and I have to say it was a truly fantastic experience. The pizza is incredible: light dough, perfectly cooked, and super-fresh ingredients. Every bite confirms the quality and care with which it's prepared. The appetizers are also truly worth it: delicious, plentiful, and made with quality ingredients, perfect for starting the evening off right. And then... the sandwiches! They're truly amazing: incredibly tasty, rich, and made with excellent ingredients. The most original thing is that they're named after planets, a fun and engaging idea that makes them even more special. If you go to Kaleidos, I absolutely recommend trying the Illumino and Stella sandwiches, two true masterpieces. As for the pizzas, there are a few that I think are truly worth it: the Pistarock, the Grandine, the Porcellina, and the Asinella. All are delicious and prepared with great care. The place is clean, tidy, and smells wonderful, and the attention to detail is evident: plates and cutlery are always spotless, which is truly a pleasure. The staff is very welcoming, and the owners are wonderful, kind, and passionate about their work. Another thing that makes Kaleidos special is the choice of different types of flour for the dough: traditional, semi-whole wheat with 5 grains, kamut, hemp, tumminia, and russello. A wide, high-quality selection allows everyone to find the perfect pizza. And to finish off on a high note, the desserts are a must: from the fantastic Kinder Bueno cheesecake to the classic tiramisu, the delicious red velvet, and many other desserts that change frequently and always surprise. In short, I recommend Pizzeria Kaleidos to everyone: it's a beautiful, welcoming place where the food is excellent, from top-notch pizzas to delicious appetizers, amazing sandwiches, and spectacular desserts. The quality products and atmosphere make you want to return time and time again. And remember: if you want to eat well, you have to go to Pizzeria Kaleidos!

06/10/2025: Prices are now rising uncontrollably, however they use double zero flour for pizzas and bread, the special ones are absurdly expensive. I've changed bakeries like many other customers, what a shame.

15/11/2025: On the other side of the world, traveling through Sicily, we had lunch in a heavenly place! Fresh ingredients, excellently prepared... we were very satisfied, a place we'll definitely return to!

06/10/2025: What a gem in Marina di Ragusa! The atmosphere is just fantastic – vibrant, relaxed, and full of good energy. The young staff are absolute stars: cheerful, friendly, and always make you feel welcome. The music is spot on (one night there was even a lady DJ – she was brilliant!). And the drinks… wow. The IPA is the real deal – bold and flavourful – and the cocktail selection is top-notch. Definitely a place you’ll want to come back to again and again. We had such a great time that we secretly wished they’d hire my husband and me – just so we could stay there forever!

14/01/2026: Went for lunch with colleagues, a great discovery.. amazing focaccia with meusa, good focaccia with fresh ricotta.. also excellent swordfish and aubergine rolls.. we will definitely be back, highly recommended.

20/12/2025: A huge thank you to Johnny for the magnificent catering, carefully prepared with countless variations of delicious mini rotisserie (which arrived piping hot, with excellent fillings and dough; all the mini pizzas, calzones, rolls, ravazzate, and especially the arancini were well received) and pastries. Compliments also from the vegetarian and celiac guests for the tasteful and creative attention to all dietary needs. Soft drinks and prosecco were delivered cold. Exceptional courtesy and quality, highly recommended! See you next time!

14/04/2025: The food is very good (obviously there's better), but the preparation is too slow. It was basically just me and my friend, no one else, and we waited 15-20 minutes for two burgers and fries. The cashier is rude, and the songs they play suck, creating a boring atmosphere. There are jars at the cashier's with fries and peanuts and peanuts inside, and they're always the same ones. I don't recommend eating them for 2-3 years, I think.
