25/09/2025: Dear Antiruggine… You are my/our place in the world… Our refuge after long days at work… The place where we can feel at ease… Johnny is an excellent host… he always finds a way to satisfy every request… Franky… well… he is the jewel in the crown of this place… Kind, professional, empathetic, and his cocktails make us escape from the routine… It's always pleasant to chat with him… Luca and Dylan know exactly how to take care of their customers… Thank you for everything ♥️

21/05/2026: After exploring Erice, we came here for dinner. The food, the Ericina busiata and the Trapanese busiata, were delicious. The day before, I booked a table with an amazing view on WhatsApp. The service was friendly, courteous, and quick. We recommend it.

They recommended a "rich fish appetizer," and it was an excellent choice: very good ingredients, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Service was good. Value for money was excellent. 23/02/2026: I wanted a cake to bring as a gift for friends who invited me to dinner. The lady at the counter recommended a red velvet cake, which I'm a fan of... too bad it wasn't a red velvet cake, but a reinterpretation that turned out very poorly... plus, it was strawberry and dry. I was mortified and apologized to my host. Of course, never again. If I'd been told clearly that it was a reinterpretation of red velvet and that it was strawberry, I would have thought twice before spending €28 and not even making a good impression.
08/02/2026: The best croissants I've ever tasted, much better than going to Punta Prosciutto.

12/04/2026: Prices are typical of a metropolitan city, not clearly displayed. You can stop for a coffee, but nothing else. The pistachio pastries aren't always fresh and are always overpriced. From 40 per kilo for a cake to 50/60 for pistachio pastries.

"If you think the prices of the '90s are a thing of the past, you have to stop by. At Bar Perrone, I paid just €0.50 for a coffee, probably the lowest price in Italy!
But the real surprise isn't just the savings: the quality of the blend (Caffè Allenza) is truly excellent, aromatic, and superior to many coffees costing three times as much in other cities. In a time of constant price increases, finding a place that maintains this philosophy is admirable. A must-stop if you pass by Alia: a treat for the palate and the wallet!"

The real surprise, however, is in the food. The cuisine is surprisingly innovative, rich in research and modernity, but above all, delicious. Exceptional flavors that leave a lasting impression, without getting lost in unnecessary frills.
