25/09/2025: A true gem in the lower part of the village, just a few meters from the sea and the pebble beach. The food is a delight for the taste buds; you'll never want to leave the table. All the freshest local fish is served with kindness by the owner Aldo's sons, who are also extremely hospitable and knowledgeable in explaining the dishes. The wine list is varied, featuring Sicilian products to suit all budgets. If you're near the village, stop here for an experience you won't soon forget.

13/09/2025: On the recommendation of a local, we opted for this restaurant... a beautiful, simply furnished room that adds warmth to the atmosphere, and a small outdoor terrace. Friendly and helpful service... Tagliatelle with cherry tomatoes, shrimp, and eggplant (very delicate), a good seafood appetizer, and a grilled dish (delicious sea bass), shrimp, swordfish roll, and grilled vegetables... We were very satisfied!

16/10/2025: Absolutely Outstanding Dining Experience at Dune – San Leone, Agrigento, Sicily We had an unforgettable meal at Dune in San Leone with our lovely friends — truly one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had! The setting was stunning, right by the sea, with a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere that perfectly captures the spirit of Sicily. We ordered a selection of fresh fish dishes, and every single one was exceptional — perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. You can truly taste the freshness and quality of the seafood. Each bite reflected the chef’s passion and skill, and it’s no exaggeration to say these were the best fish dishes we’ve ever had. The service was warm, attentive, and genuine — the staff made us feel so welcome and took time to explain the menu and local specialties. The combination of outstanding food, great service, and a beautiful seaside location made for an experience we’ll remember for a long time. The chef even invited into the immaculately clean and well organised kitchen to get an insight about how things work behind the scenes. Truly amazing. If you’re anywhere near San Leone, Dune is an absolute must-visit. We can’t wait to return!

10/12/2025: Delicious coffee, amazing sweets, and kind and attentive staff. We needed to pick up our rental car near the café, but it was closed. We waited for several hours at this incredible place that welcomed us very well, with delicious food and lots of friendliness. It saved our day! Thank you and best of luck to you!

31/10/2025: 4 counter staff, no one to greet you, no uniforms, always empty windows, desolate bar... a bar with a beastly potential but very poorly managed... never seen a rustic in the window... what kind of bar is this? 😂😂😂 only and always 4 pastries and no breakfasts already from 10 in the morning, what a disaster, it looks like a prison bar.. 2 croissants 5 euros? Skyrocketing prices...

26/10/2025: It's located in the center of Palermo, yet in a quiet corner, where you can escape the hustle and bustle of crowded tourist spots. The piazza is very elegant. You can enjoy a good breakfast, the service is quick, and the staff is friendly. A place that's also popular with locals.

06/10/2025: What a gem in Marina di Ragusa! The atmosphere is just fantastic – vibrant, relaxed, and full of good energy. The young staff are absolute stars: cheerful, friendly, and always make you feel welcome. The music is spot on (one night there was even a lady DJ – she was brilliant!). And the drinks… wow. The IPA is the real deal – bold and flavourful – and the cocktail selection is top-notch. Definitely a place you’ll want to come back to again and again. We had such a great time that we secretly wished they’d hire my husband and me – just so we could stay there forever!

09/10/2025: I went to this chiosco as a tourist and was treated like a local. It seems to be a family business. You have all my respect. Delicious mandarinetto e tamarindo sciroppi.

26/09/2025: Chiosco Italia is a very nice café with a lively atmosphere and plenty of young people. They offer lots of fresh options like smoothies, salads, fruit, and yogurt, as well as all the classic coffee drinks. The cappuccino was excellent and only €1.80. We really liked it here—a great spot for a quick and refreshing break!

01/11/2025: FINALLY THE REAL NAPLES RAME. This is the time of year when I start trying different bars to find the original recipe for the Neapolitan rame, which remind me of my childhood, but it's been a long time since I've been able to eat a real one. Until I tried this bar and... I can finally say that these are the real original rame, made according to the traditional recipe! I highly recommend them; you won't regret it! Besides the delicious food, I noticed the spotless rooms and very friendly staff (especially Giuseppe, the guy at the cash register). I'm super satisfied, I'll definitely be back!

19/07/2025: Pochi piatti ma cucinati con dovizia, ho riassaporato i sapori della nonna... Servizio sufficiente, la location lascia molto a desiderare, specialmente per la zona dove è situato il locale, sicuramente non turistica.

18/07/2025: Nos encontramos con este restaurante que está en Ortigia, justo al lado de las calles principales pero con vistas al mar. Fue realmente excelente. No turístico. Genuinamente bien cocinado y comida local súper fresca. Me comí el especial de pez espada y mi marido tenía el especial de atún que dijo que era la mejor melodía que había comido. Sobresaliente. Personal encantador y bien informado. Buen Inglés hablado.

04/12/2025: One of the best granitas in Catania. Service isn't the fastest, but it's worth the money. Excellent hot food. Delicious breakfast. Prices are moderately high. And every morning you'll find Mr. Alecci making you coffee.

23/11/2025: Mediocre service. Slow, disorganized, and sullen. The waiters were just starting out, and the girl couldn't carry more than four coffees on the tray. Breakfast was a nightmare!

15/11/2025: The staff is attentive and efficient. The pizza we chose, made with whole wheat flour, didn't deliver the desired result, perhaps due to the tomato sauce. The inside space was completely occupied, and they offered us an outside space: good for summer, but not for fall/winter. The location in the historic center is good.

11/10/2025: A great evening spent with friends enjoying a good and plentiful appetizer followed by an excellent pizza. The service was fast and competent, managed in an excellent manner by courteous and competent staff... I would recommend it.
