30/12/2025: I hate to leave a negative review, but unfortunately, I ordered raw seafood, but they messed up the order and I received another dish, and they wouldn't hear of changing it. I'm sorry, but I have to confirm that raw seafood is on the menu, called Cruditee. Not only that, but before ordering, I also asked if the raw seafood included oysters. I was told you didn't know and that I should have asked the kitchen, but then, without receiving any response, I directly received the wrong dish, believing it was the one I ordered. When we asked you about it because the dish didn't look like the one I ordered, you admitted it wasn't the one, but they still didn't change it. Furthermore, between the first and second courses, we had to wait about an hour and a half, even though the restaurant wasn't full and despite constant and numerous reminders. Otherwise, everything else was good.

01/01/2026: A restaurant with simply spectacular cuisine, located in one of the most charming spots in Ortigia. The fish and seafood are incredibly fresh, caught that very morning. The service is impeccable: attentive, friendly, and professional. You're guaranteed to leave satisfied—in fact, if you eat there twice, you'll definitely want to return!

06/01/2026: A trattoria where it's a pleasure to return for horse meat specialties, as well as other delicacies like pistachio rolls and Catanian pistachio meatballs. The antipasto buffet is also excellent. It's now a regular stop when I'm in Catania!

06/01/2026: Dinner with friends. You'll have to fight with the Lord for parking, but it's worth it.

08/01/2026: I went to Falena Marina with my family and had a pleasant experience. The restaurant is clean and has a beautiful sea view. The staff is courteous and helpful, and the service was prompt. The food was good, especially the seafood, although we weren't equally impressed with all the dishes. The portions were adequate and the prices were average. A good place for a quiet family dinner. It wasn't exceptional, but it's definitely worth a visit and highly recommended.

01/08/2025: Terrible experience. The tomato in the Margherita was poor. Making a good Margherita is the foundation. The only positive note was the waitress (not the owner), who was kind and cheerful. I'm sorry to have to leave this review, but it's unfair to offer this type of product considering the price paid.

18/07/2025: Nos encontramos con este restaurante que está en Ortigia, justo al lado de las calles principales pero con vistas al mar. Fue realmente excelente. No turístico. Genuinamente bien cocinado y comida local súper fresca. Me comí el especial de pez espada y mi marido tenía el especial de atún que dijo que era la mejor melodía que había comido. Sobresaliente. Personal encantador y bien informado. Buen Inglés hablado.

25/09/2025: A true gem in the lower part of the village, just a few meters from the sea and the pebble beach. The food is a delight for the taste buds; you'll never want to leave the table. All the freshest local fish is served with kindness by the owner Aldo's sons, who are also extremely hospitable and knowledgeable in explaining the dishes. The wine list is varied, featuring Sicilian products to suit all budgets. If you're near the village, stop here for an experience you won't soon forget.

13/09/2025: On the recommendation of a local, we opted for this restaurant... a beautiful, simply furnished room that adds warmth to the atmosphere, and a small outdoor terrace. Friendly and helpful service... Tagliatelle with cherry tomatoes, shrimp, and eggplant (very delicate), a good seafood appetizer, and a grilled dish (delicious sea bass), shrimp, swordfish roll, and grilled vegetables... We were very satisfied!
