20/07/2025: It's our regular stop before heading to the beach: wonderful breaded pastries, the best in the province. The staff is always smiling and cheerful. I recently tried their breakfasts too: they're spectacular.

Highly recommended for tourists, as the locals already know and appreciate it. Very reasonable prices and good, fresh ingredients. For dessert, ask for the Cassatelle.

22/08/2025: I went there on purpose. It was chaotic, the room was dirty, and cramped. I opted for a crema di caffè (a creamy coffee) and got a sort of cappuccino granita. The coffee was awful. Overall, a bad experience. It's hard to go back.

21/08/2025: A great spot for a variety of sweet and savory treats, including brioche, gelato, canoli, and arancini. The arancini were very tasty, both the rice and the filling (ragù). Highly recommended! We also had canoli, which was also delicious!

04/07/2025: They say their specialty is FRIED CASSATELLE, which are indeed sublime. The fact is that all the other desserts (from those who offer a very wide selection) are no less. Strategic location on the state road with parking available in front. What can I say? I wish I lived right in front.

27/08/2025: We were warmly welcomed and enjoyed excellent granitas, especially the mulberry and almond ones. These soft, fragrant brioches had a delicate flavor that didn't overpower the granita. The lightly whipped and sweetened cream was perfect for my taste.

24/08/2025: We came to enjoy their delicious ice creams, but unfortunately the waitress Giulia is incredibly rude... in short, since it was very crowded we found a table for 5 people where we sat even though we were in fact 4 adults and 1 child, she insisted that we had to remove a table, oh well, then when taking the order she was very rude and impolite... Despite this, 5 stars for the excellent ice cream as always...

05/05/2025: I arrived in Mazara to visit the city and looking on the internet I looked for a self-service restaurant and I found Vito's self-service bar, I went in and met him, a nice, easy-going and very polite person. The place is small but well looked after. And what about the dishes, I immediately noticed the vast choice of first and second courses based on meat or fish cooked to perfection, in short, everything was good, low prices and generous portions. I gave five stars and they deserve it, surely if I pass through Mazara again I will go and have lunch with him. Well done guys!

17/08/2025: I've been going to this bar since I was little, and over the years I've seen several changes. Today I had a brioche with gelato: the brioche was very soft and delicious, as only they know how. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the way the gelato was served. The scoops were way too small, and even worse, the girl serving kept dipping the scoop into a glass of dirty water, without draining it thoroughly. This was unhygienic and potentially dangerous, and in my opinion, it should be corrected immediately. Furthermore, the brioche was practically empty: at other bars in the area, I'm used to receiving a much more generously filled one. A real shame, because the quality of the brioche deserves much better, but hygiene and service absolutely need to be improved.
