The food is good and the staff is friendly. Trapani cuisine. Generous dishes. The place is small but has a few tables outside.

Delicious! Delicious! We arrived around 9:35 PM, and they still accepted us; apparently, there was no last order time. The staff didn't speak English, but they were all very friendly and willing to wait for me to use a translation app. We ordered the trapanese-style couscous with fish soup, which was quite interesting. The Busiata Fava Beans and Prawns had very chewy curly noodles, and the sauce and seasoning were plentiful. The pizza was average. The mussel soup was too salty to drink directly.

Really nice and delicious dinner, really good service and the food was amazing, I would recommend for anyone in Palermo. Suggestion for improvement: the tables in the terrace are too close to the garbage (not visible due to an amazing setting) but every now and then the smell came to our noses. Nevertheless, an incredible experience.

Recommended by the owner's cousin, he was absolutely right. The Trapani couscous is amazing, tasty, plentiful, and reasonably priced! Swordfish rolls and Trapani pizza. A full stomach and a big smile on my face! I loved the rustic, simple look of the place, and the flavors are a blast!! Highly recommended!

25/04/2026: After choosing Joshua Restaurant as the venue for my 40th birthday party, I can confirm it was a fantastic choice! Everything was perfect; they supported me throughout the planning process and accommodated all my requests. The staff was incredibly kind, and the food was not only excellent but also plentiful. The venue is beautiful, offering a great meal surrounded by a well-kept garden where even the children could play safely. All my guests had a great time and complimented me on my choice. I also really appreciate the attention they paid to those with intolerances or allergies. What more can I say? I highly recommend it to everyone, and I would choose it again a thousand times over! Also because it's easy to get to and reasonably priced, with high-quality food and service, which was also fast and precise. Thank you so much to all the staff at Joshua Restaurant!
