02/04/2025: Very warm service. Absolutely incredible pasta. We had the boar ragu with truffle and the scialletelle gambero (shrimp) and both were fantastic! Stunning view of Etna and the town as well.

02/04/2025: I found myself in this place to buy take-away food. The baked pasta wasn't that great and even the farfalle with salmon were full of water at the bottom as if they were in broth. Not satisfactory.

07/02/2025: At 5.30pm we wanted to buy a roast chicken for dinner, the skewers were full but Mr. Marcello Laudicina informed us that the chickens were not ready and that we had to come from 7.30 pm. We returned at that time and Mr. Laudicina himself exclaimed that the chickens were all finished, and to our disappointment he added with a smile: but you didn't book!!!! Perhaps we would have expected a business owner who promotes himself with the beautiful photographs and beautiful words that we find on his website to warn us at 5.30pm that it was necessary to book, and to at least apologize for what happened.
