A word of advice: if you want a high-end clientele... keep rude and disrespectful customers away... people who literally sit around at tables for hours, consuming a few coffees, preventing other customers from sitting down to enjoy the excellent specialties and the elegant atmosphere of the place... you get the idea! 😏

12/05/2026: Yes, it has always stood out for its courtesy and elegance, a location suitable for everyone. Breakfast is special in its variety, and coffee is served with a lid in a cup. It's a commendable note, not the usual glass of water but a minimalist bottle with a lid. It thus becomes an experience, not just a simple coffee break. The staff is competent in elegance and hospitality. Emphasis on Pastry, which excels in its attention to detail in terms of presentation, creative ability and above all the quality of the ingredients. If you love organoleptic contrasts, try the single-portion Mango Mousse together with their Setteveli. It is not intended to be the original creation: The Dance of the Beautiful Salome by the Three famous Italian Pastry Chefs who won and patented the coveted world pastry award back in 1997, but this is equally remarkable... Pastry is not a dish but Art and millimetric Order where the Whole is held in the little, for Beauty, Creation, Order and Quality of the Compounds.

11/04/2026: Too bad you can't give less than one star, otherwise I would have. We went to eat the "famous" couscous with fish. A total disappointment. They brought us a huge plate but with a small central base, so if you wanted to fill up on couscous, it was just an illusion. There was a bit of fish on top of this couscous that wasn't even separated well but all mushy, a bit of concentrated fish broth on the side to moisten the heart of the couscous. I expected much better, to tell the truth, the fish on top was mackerel for me and inside the couscous no other type of seafood. My stomach and palate refused to eat the rest after a couple of forkfuls, so I left it there, also because after asking the owner what fish was in it and having listed sea bream, grouper, scorpionfish, and the best fish, he told me that they make the broth with fish "carcasses"! According to this, I left half the portion inedible! A total disappointment and not at all cheap! A bottle of water and half a glass of wine cost a whopping €36! When I got home, I ate it again because I was hungry! Think about it! Before paying a fortune and eating badly, enjoy a cheap and much better street food pie! A waste of money.

09/04/2026: I had dinner at this restaurant with friends who recommended it to me, and I have to say I really enjoyed it. Elegant, sophisticated dishes with rich seafood flavors. Their couscous with broth is a must-try: exceptional 😍 The trio of appetizers is also excellent. Compliments to the owners.

23/07/2026: Family-run trattoria near the port. Attentive and polite service, tasty and plentiful seafood dishes. Good house white wine. Excellent value.

22/07/2026: Fantastic seafood evening!!!! The spaghetti with sea urchins was sublime, as was the fried calamari. Unforgettable, and highly recommended.

22/05/2026: We recently inaugurated our cultural association based in Battiati and had the pleasure of relying on the catering services of Caffè Battiati. The Gattanos, owners of the café, personally took care of everything and did it impeccably. Both the service and the quality of the catering were excellent, so much so that we received many compliments for our choice. We will certainly rely on Caffè Battiati again. We sincerely thank the Gattanos for the success of our inaugural event.

27/06/2026: Go early cause it is hard to get in without booking. The food was very good and fresh! The service was excellent - one waiter saw there were mosquitos bothering me and he brought mosquito spray without having to ask!! I was really happy i could enjoy the meal in peace thanks to that 😃

24/07/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A truly amazing dinner! The place is spotless, well-kept, and tidy, and the owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. We started with the tuna platter, which was simply phenomenal. Then we tried several first courses: Trapanese-style couscous, linguine with John Dory roe and clams, and busiate pasta with pistachio pesto and red shrimp. Everything was truly delicious and prepared with great care. The fried seafood was also excellent, and to finish, a truly phenomenal Sicilian cannoli! A dinner that introduced us to the many flavors of Sicilian cuisine and one we will fondly remember. Congratulations for the quality of the dishes, the attention to detail, and the wonderful hospitality. Highly recommended!

As a group, we've had a bit of everything and have always been satisfied, especially the ice creams, which were very popular. This place is a surefire choice for breakfast or a snack, and I highly recommend it :)

03/07/2026: Beautiful pasticceria! Very attentive service, the lovely lady at the counter explained the various pasties and their names and they looked absolutely delicious! Had cappuccino and 2 pasties and they were amazing 👏 coffee fantastic as well. To make everything sweeter the prices are great! Well worth the visit.

03/06/2026: Double espresso macchiato, brioche with almond granita, green mandarin juice. Sat surrounded by locals and took pictures with our eyes! A place away from the tourist crowds, great if you want an authentic experience. Great service from the girls at the bar!
