29/08/2025: When we first walked in the door, the old gentlemen (owner) was sitting behind the register…granted, he was half asleep and the place was busy. LOL. The grandson was our waiter and guided us well through the menu. We ordered authentic and WE GOT IT! Family owned, fresh with locals every. It was sooo good, paired with a wonderful local wine. I HIGHLY recommend this place…moreover, caprese salad, seafood ravioli and the swordfish!! YUMMY!

09/05/2025: The pistachio arancini are absolutely exceptional—crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and full of unique flavor. The coffee is very good, perfect for a relaxing break. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive.

31/08/2025: Restaurant was in a prime location with a sea view but the food falls completely short of standards. I ordered a shrimp and prawn based pasta dish with pistachio pesto. What came was a poor excuse for a dish with a mushy, bland sauce that did not resemble pesto in the slightest. Restaurant originally tried to charge us despite me sending the food back. Would not recommend, likely a tourist trap.

31/08/2025: I have been going to this pizzeria restaurant for three years, every year with great pleasure during my week on holiday in Cefalu. The staff is exquisite, the food is always fresh and delicious, everything is impeccable, and their very digestible pizza is not to be missed!

14/08/2025: Very good desserts, decent deli food; last year they made mushroom and vegetable pizzas, and other deli items that you don't see at the counter anymore. Coffee is expensive at €1.30, a problem with many bars, unfortunately.

09/08/2025: I hate to write this, but it's absurd to pay almost 18 euros for two granitas and two croissants. I just hope the guys who work there get paid what they deserve. I find it absurd and excessive.

08/08/2025: A small place with a few tables outside. We ordered two granitas, one all chocolate and the other pistachio and chocolate with two brioches. I have to say it was a great tasting experience. The staff was welcoming and attentive. The prices were very reasonable for the quality.

29/08/2025: With a unique view of the Messina Cathedral and its magnificent bell tower, we enjoyed a simply wonderful Pinsa Messinese for dinner. We concluded with delicious arancini, freshly prepared and fried, and fresh ricotta cannoli, also freshly prepared. With its strategic location, the 12:00 noon bell tower spectacle can be enjoyed from a privileged vantage point while enjoying dishes prepared with passion and care. I also noticed the excellent quality of many gins and liqueurs, perfect for a quiet evening aperitif. During our 10-day trip to Sicily (from Palermo to Messina, via Agrigento and Syracuse), we visited countless restaurants and ate a wide variety of dishes: Safari in Messina is one of the few places we definitely want to return to.

23/08/2025: We stopped for lunch at the Safari Pub. Friendliness and courtesy. We had the arancini, a delicacy. Fresh flavor and taste. Then a Sicilian cannoli, what can I say? Delicious and fresh ricotta. Congratulations! 👏👏👏

03/05/2025: Cibo ricercato, cucinato con passione e presentato con cura. Eccellente il vino consigliato dal proprietario gentile, simpatico, cordiale e disponibile. La caponata dentro il cannolo originalissima. Per noi è proprio "quello buono" a Modica.
