28/01/2025: We took the tasting menu (4 courses €48 per person): the courses were plentiful for a tasting menu but above all everything was delicious. I particularly recommend the tortelli with octopus amatriciana (spectacular!), the stuffed quail and the "babamisù". Even the wines that the chef proposed to us as pairings were perfect for the dishes. The chef is a wonderful person, available to explain the dishes and also to entertain the guests in conversation. Fantastic experience, we will definitely be back!

07/01/2025: I don't usually do reviews, but this time I can only give my super compliments to Debora for the beautiful dinner we had during the little holiday in Montefiascone with my partner... Everything was perfect, the food, the wine, the service and the cuddles received during the evening because those who cook with love transmit it onto the plate ❣️... thank you for everything!!

13/02/2025: A pleasant surprise during a walk in the Viterbo area, a characteristic place embellished by the passion and dedication of the restaurateurs who, with tradition as well as a pinch of innovation, offer dishes of the local seasonal cuisine alongside hamburgers and pizzerias that I have not had the opportunity to try. Excellent fettuccine with artichokes, sublime sautéed chicory that evokes precious memories of grandma's house.. Recommended

28/01/2025: Ottimo sotto ogni punto di vista. Accoglienti, veloci, niente da dire sulla lista dei piatti e dei vini, per non parlare dei dolci che con lo zabaione e la torta al cioccolato si raggiunge la perfezione. Prezzi ragionevoli, medio bassi in rapporto alla qualità.

19/01/2025: Space. Delicious dishes, very friendly staff, intimate and private place. Honest prices. We had various starters. As a first course, excellent rigatoni with tail and as a second course, osso bucco with artichokes. Truly all remarkable. We will return and I recommend it to all those who want to taste the typical dishes of the area in an authentic way.

25/01/2025: I liked the place, pub style but certainly more refined. The fireplace with fire gives a warm touch to the atmosphere. We had booked with The fork, therefore with a 20% discount. Now let's move on to the food. The meat was good, not excellent but good, the thing I liked least... was the fact that mine, a cut with only oil and salt (chosen by me like this), arrived cold. My wife's was warm but not cold. I ate it because the meat was good and I didn't want to cause controversy. The service is attentive, I would put a basket of bread included in the cover charge and not charged extra. On the bill, (I attach photo) it is not clear what was taken and what the customer was made to pay. It is not clear what the entry "ward 1" refers to. For the rest it's ok

Wendy took care of our event down to the smallest details, accommodating us with every request. Everyone was satisfied with the quality of the food and the impeccable service. To conclude…wonderful view of the lake!

11/01/2025: The best fish restaurant on Lake Bolsena. I've been going there for three years and every time it's a confirmation, lake fish cooked very well in the various ways that tradition requires, I recommend trying the tagliolini with goregone and the roasted eel skewers. Excellent choice of wines and desserts. Special note for the paccheri with shellfish and the truly excellent house starter.

20/01/2025: Second trip to Soriano, second Ai Tre Scalini experience. The excellent first experience was reconfirmed. Tasty dishes, friendly service, excellent value for money. We will definitely return.

18/01/2025: I've been going to this place for years, and I've never gotten tired of it, despite visiting numerous other good and inviting places. The quality of the dishes and the choices are never lacking, the restaurant itself offers 2 rooms and a small well-kept outdoor corner, in summer you can also dine in the square. The service is always effective and well supported, my bond with this place is not mental it is purely gustatory, tiramisu with ricotta is the only dessert I can eat without feeling weighed down, because eating on the three steps relaxes and engages because the portions are abundant and leaving such good things on the plate is just not possible, then get to the dessert is never an easy task, but with this tiramisu I always win my challenge. I can say that I enjoyed everything, my daughter's communion lunch and also the lunch of my second marriage, my and my husband's 50th birthday with a cake entitled 100 years of two, were also special in these important events. The price, the gastronomic quality, their service, the location and their great experience made of evolved tradition, makes them truly unique. I forgot to remember to book, because the crisis is there! but this doesn't happen with them.

29/01/2025: Trattoria in a magnificent spot in the historic center of Tuscania, with space for lunch outside, excellent in the warmer periods of the year. The restaurant is not very large inside with very welcoming and helpful staff and truly exceptional cuisine. They cook various dishes based on wild boar and I must say, having tasted it, that they are really good. Very tender meat and well-balanced in flavors. I also tried other dishes, including fettuccine with mushrooms and guanciale, a culinary spectacle. I highly recommend it if you find yourself passing by to visit this splendid historical reality. I recommend booking in advance as there are not many seats available inside.
