05/03/2026: Passing through this tuff village rising toward the Tuscia sky, Montefiascone, a balcony overlooking the blue of Lake Bolsena, in search of a quick lunch, is a place of class. Upon entering this restaurant, you immediately realize you're in a classy place. Describing the universe of Osmosi without slipping into the banal is a challenge to the senses: here, the experience isn't limited to the plate, but transforms into a constant stimulation where the boundary between food and the senses becomes wonderfully subtle. This is thanks to the magnetic talent of chef Debora Costantini, a figure capable of infusing her creations with a fascinating enigma that enchants as much as the flavor itself. The experience is completed in the glass, where expert knowledge of wine meets attentive, yet never intrusive, listening attentively, creating a perfect harmony between knowledge and personal pleasure. The dishes I tasted exude that mystery typical of those who know how to transform raw ingredients into an almost unique experience. 28/02/2026: Aside from the 80s dishes, which are always good if done well, the quality of the seafood cuisine is beyond me, even if they blindfolded me and threw in random ingredients, I couldn't prepare something like this. Low-quality ingredients and, above all, even worse, assembled, inedible, indigestible, absolutely to be avoided.

08/02/2026: We happened upon it by chance on a Sunday during Carnival, and were warmly welcomed even though we hadn't booked. We had a seafood menu, a meat menu, and a children's menu. Everything was excellent, especially the rice with scampi cream. Impeccable service! The lady at the counter was incredibly kind; she brought a sketchbook and pencils for the little girl, and when we left, she lent us an umbrella to get to the car because it was raining! All spontaneous and appropriate gestures, anticipating the customer's needs! The bill came to just under €30 per person. A small glass of hazelnut cream was kindly offered. Keep up the good work, well done!

31/01/2026: A well-deserved five stars for Bar Giusti in Montefiascone, a true gem just steps from the hospital. It's one of those places that, once discovered, becomes a regular fixture, so much so that it's probably the best bar in town without exaggerating. The atmosphere is refined, welcoming, and always clean, perfect for both a leisurely breakfast and a quick break during the day. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always smiling, making everyone feel instantly at ease, even at peak times. The real highlight, however, are the desserts: simply out of this world. The croissants, pastries, and baked goods are of the highest quality, fresh, and irresistible, with a clear focus on the finest ingredients. Every bite confirms the establishment's reputation and makes it difficult to choose what to order, because everything is so inviting. The coffee is also excellent, well-made and consistent, ideal for pairing with the sweet specialties. Bar Giusti is a must-try for those who live in Montefiascone and a must-see for anyone passing through. Highly recommended.

10/12/2025: This pastry shop deserves a 6, with several products, each one better than the last. We stayed three days in Tuscia and always had breakfast there, changing it each time. What can I say? Simply amazing.

21/01/2026: We often go to this lovely pub. They have fantastic pizza. The staff is always kind, helpful, and above all patient. We always stop by with the kids, and they put up with us. I recommend always making a reservation because it's very busy and you might not get a seat.

15/03/2026: A tour of Tuscia cannot exclude the village of masterpieces, Bassano Romano. A discovery of friendly people, nature, tastes, and flavors. At Emme's house, they welcomed us and recommended a game-based menu. Everything was excellent, even the desserts, some different and original. We certainly appreciated the rustic, refined atmosphere, the professional and friendly service, the original cuisine with almost impossible-to-find dishes, and authentic flavors. 07/03/2026: Organizing a Friday night is a courageous undertaking, especially when you're hosting a demanding and well-trained group like mine. Fate led us to Casa di Emme, and it couldn't have worked out better. We had a wonderful evening, sampling Tomhawk, pork shanks, and sandwiches, all preceded by an excellent house platter. We were lucky enough to have booked the very day Occhiali da Soli were performing, a mix between the Rolling Stones and Squallor, who made our evening a story to tell our descendants. Everything was made even more epic by our waiter Marco, who treated us to a pitcher of beer and a story of his time with SS Lazio five-a-side football. Being served by a champion has a whole other flavor. In short, if you happen to be here, don't hesitate to stop by. Long live Emme, long live Marco, long live football, long live the cousins, you already know the last one.
