04/11/2024: It was a true gastronomic experience, the owner guided us on this journey with a surprise menu (4, 5 or 6 courses of your choice) in which we were amazed. Very refined raw materials, the difference is made by the attention put into the preparation of each dish and in the relationship with customers which is very close given the intimacy of the restaurant. Possibility to choose 1 wine tasting paired with each course, or even 1 bottle. The price is in line with expectations given the refinement of the dishes. I would definitely recommend it to anyone passing through Montefiascone and who loves quality slow food.

09/12/2024: Fantastic place and atmosphere, the food is very good. I went to Casa di Emme for a family lunch. The place is welcoming, with a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The staff are friendly, smiling and attentive, they immediately made us feel at ease and above all they satisfied the request made during the booking phase (they made us find lamb chops for my son). The ingredients are fresh and of high quality, the plating is also taken care of. I also recommend Casa di Emme to have a Pub experience, having selected craft beers from a local brewery. I will definitely be back!

10/11/2024: We discovered this place via Smartbox! I was amazed by the beauty of the place and the atmosphere with soft lights. I'm happy to have eaten the pork shank, really delicious. I'll be back for sure.

10/11/2024: È stata una grande delusione. Vengo in questo ristorante da diversi anni e sono sempre rimasto molto soddisfatto, ma quest' anno la qualità si è abbassata molto, probabilmente a causa del cambio chef. Il buon nome conquistato nel tempo non dura in eterno, ma va tenuto alto.

03/11/2024: I found this restaurant 6 years ago. It is out of the way and by no means is a tourist spot. I loved it so much that I brought my sister and brother in law. Well, it did not disappoint. It was excellent. My sister is still talking about her vongole and how it was the best she's ever had. I would have to agree. Everything from the calamari to even the beans. Such an amazing food experience and then there's the view. How spectacular. Our waitress was very kind and helpful as well. I will be back for my visit next summer. I will definitely bring my appetite. I'm looking forward to trying other dishes.

03/12/2024: We had lunch on Easter Sunday, an already established menu which confirmed our expectations. The place is small but characteristic, both the interior and exterior are well-kept, showing the attention and care of the staff. Although most of the potatoes were served in central plates, after an initial moment of perplexity regarding the portions, we had to change our minds as the central plates were more than abundant and allowed us not only to taste both first and second courses proposed but also to do an encore. Excellent value for money! Highly recommended!

04/12/2024: Welcoming environment, excellent service, high quality pastry products. The choice to have only home-made products in the restaurant is highly appreciated. During our stops at the Belle Hélène pastry shop we had the opportunity to delight ourselves with various single portions including the Golosa and the Extasi. The choice of the Mayfair flavor is also excellent, harmoniously and lightly combining the winter flavors of pears, ricotta and walnuts.

09/11/2024: We had lunch today and it was a nice discovery: excellent and plentiful dishes. I recommend the Griciarola and all the foods with top quality local products. The girls at the tables are beautiful and attentive to the customer. I invite you to see Palazzo Farnese and have lunch here.

09/12/2024: We were guests with my wife and my 4 year old son in the Pilone by Rare structure on 01.12.2024. The place, in terms of setting, is absolutely fantastic with a view of the strait that has few equals on the entire Calabrian coast. The restaurant, built within the area around the Pilone of the Santa Trada area, is charming, very bright and rather clean with very large windows overlooking the Strait of Messina and can currently only be reached from the motorway exit of the same name (Santa Trada). present the north direction and covering a short stretch of about 2km uphill. Along the route there is a first large car park and, continuing higher up (about another 300m), there is a service entrance with a smaller car park reserved for the management and a few customers, but which proved to be very useful on the day of the our visit where the weather conditions were really unfriendly and the air was quite cold. Upon entering we had a warm welcome from all the staff and, asking the waiter for information about the business, we were told that the property was taken over this year (2024) by new managers who are managing other structures restaurants, but in the city of Reggio Calabria. Regarding lunch, we were really surprised not only by the excellent quality of the products and the refinement and variety of the dishes with delicacies and recipes typical of their cuisine, but also by the generous quantity of the dishes, including an abundant and varied starter. A combination no longer easily found in today's venues in recent times. No digestive problems encountered in the following days, not even by my wife who suffers from reflux, confirming the excellent quality of the products. What else can I say? Place promoted with flying colors and, I must admit, to our absolute surprise having chosen it after having had some word of mouth suggestions since the online reviews are few and not updated. Absolutely accessible prices in relation to what is proposed and offered. We were told that in addition to the restaurant service there is also a pizzeria service, but it only works in the evening. Congratulations to the new managers and if you continue like this you will certainly have great satisfaction.

Finalmente un menù che non sia basato sulle solite tagliate: Pasta fatta a mano, faraona, coniglio, stracotto, agnello, castagne sciroppate per dessert...una festa per il palato ed una gioia per gli occhi! Porzioni superabbondanti, in grado di abbattere anche le forchette più affamate! Bravissimi, straconsigliato.

28/08/2024: Ambiente tranquillo, camerieri simpatici e disponibili. Purtroppo non ho potuto mangiare sul terrazzo con vista perché caldissimo. Primo piatto con sugo, guanciale e pecorino ottimo, grandi risultati per il palato anche da un piatto di fagioli e uno di bresaola presi come secondo. Vino bianco dalla carta buono. Da tornerci
