13/04/2026: A cutting-edge osteria with interesting dishes. Some things stood out to me, such as the salmon-based homage to Pollock and the ravioli with octopus amatriciana, both delicious! Overall, the most popular dishes were the two first courses and the appetizers. The wine selection, which the chef offered us, was also very good.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and always smiling, making everyone feel instantly at ease, even at peak times. The real highlight, however, are the desserts: simply out of this world. The croissants, pastries, and baked goods are of the highest quality, fresh, and irresistible, with a clear focus on the finest ingredients. Every bite confirms the establishment's reputation and makes it difficult to choose what to order, because everything is so inviting. The coffee is also excellent, well-made and consistent, ideal for pairing with the sweet specialties. Bar Giusti is a must-try for those who live in Montefiascone and a must-see for anyone passing through. Highly recommended.
