24/07/2026: We went to Itineris in Civita Castellana as a couple and tried a hamburger bun and a chicken bun. Overall, nothing memorable: average sandwiches, without any particular flair. A decidedly positive note, however, goes to the craft beers, which are truly good quality and definitely the place's strong point. The atmosphere is also quite nice and pleasant. The quality-price ratio is good. In conclusion, a place worth trying, especially if you're a craft beer fan; however, we expected something more from the sandwiches.
