You can taste the quality in every bite. Our waitress was wonderful attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us select the perfect wine pairing for our meal. Her recommendations were spot-on and really elevated the entire dining experience. If you're in Bari and looking for exceptional seafood in a welcoming atmosphere with outstanding service, Biancofiore is a must-visit.

A special mention goes to the beef tongue, incredibly tender and flavorful, and to the latte in piedi, a delicious dessert I've never tasted before. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming, and the service is attentive and friendly, yet still makes you feel at ease. When we go to Subiaco, we always stop here for an aperitivo, which invariably ends with a delicious sandwich. The atmosphere is youthful and informal, perfect for a relaxing break. Highly recommended!
