Great food but disappointing service: a) the waiter offered us wine by the glass, but hastily poured it into our glasses without giving an opportunity to taste it; b) plating of the fish - I would expect less bones and scales in my serving for a £60 seabass; c) we were not offered any sides to accompany our mains.

A restaurant from another era, a great seafood classic in Milan. The atmosphere is as historic as ever, although a slight renovation of the location could enhance it even further. The service and hospitality are exemplary, professional, and attentive. The quality of the dishes is very good. Excellent wine list, well-structured and with lovely selections. Thank you.
