18/08/2024: A pleasant discovery, whether for work or holiday, it is worth trying, the kindness of Stefania and all the staff will leave you speechless, welcoming kindness and a lot of availability are the strong points. Large and clean rooms, excellent internal or external restaurant , with a wide choice of wines and carefully prepared dishes. Truly a great place.

26/08/2024: Excellent restaurant, nothing to complain about. The boss and staff are very cheerful and friendly. Prosecco offered on arrival, huge and tasty pizzas, good value for money. Special mention for the Italian ratatouille as an incredible starter!
22/08/2024: Excellent fish starter with welcome aperitif, even the first courses were a pleasant surprise, all very plentiful and of good quality. The service was quick and very kind, also recommending the dishes of the day which were excellent. We will definitely be back!

Cura e rispetto della materia prima di altissimo livello.
Abbiamo sperimentato qualche "stellato", soprattutto in zona, in cui siamo stati benissimo, ma che davvero non si discostano dalla cucina di Gèrôme e dal servizio di Charlotte.
Fatevi un regalo: provatelo e Ve ne innamorerete!
Noi torneremo: da soli, con amici, ogni occasione sarà buona per tornare da voi. Grazie Charlotte e grazie Gèrôme.

11/08/2024: Small family dinner with different orders: two pizzas, a first course and a second course. They served us regularly together and we were all satisfied. First strictly pan-fried, fragrant and digestible pizzas, second course with authentic meat. An extra point certainly goes to the waiter who protected us from mosquitoes and bees with all natural methods so as not to ruin the taste of the dishes.
09/08/2024: The top, whether it's first courses, meat, appetizers, pizza, absolute top. Try the sea bass, asparagus and pecorino linguine. Oh mama

It's always a pleasure to come to this place; Samuele welcomes you with a beautiful smile and so do the boys you meet. They make you sit down, you look at the menu and a girl immediately arrives to take the order. Pizza, of course, because Nicola and Alì are really good!
Sure they have quality ingredients to season them, but they know how to make pasta really well; and with the right dough the pizza is necessarily good.

22/08/2024: On 08/17/2024 we celebrated our 25 years of marriage. Everything was impeccable and with attention to the smallest details. Spectacular LOCATION. But a big thank you goes to MICHELE MARESCA who followed us from the beginning to the end and to all the staff of the Hotel Corallo who made our 25th year of marriage a true dream.
24/07/2024: We eat at the terrasse on the 22nd of July. Food was not good
The guacamole tasted bad, it was not home made (unbelievable for a hotel of this category), and the amount they served was small.
We also had a dish with a sort of 3 small sandwichs, each one filled with a tiny quantity of meat, and vegetables.
The pizza Margerita was ok.
We paid 8 eur for a beer and 6 for a lemon natural juice.
The staff was friendly, they played nice music (a bit too loud) and the atmosphere was pleasant

21/06/2024: Locale originale. Varcata la porta di ingresso, si è catapultati in una nave da crociera, con un'attenta cura nei dettagli . Attività che ha fatto la storia della ristorazione a Torremaggiore. Proprietario gentile e cordiale . Personale anche troppo presente . Pizza eccellente. Consigliato soprattutto il sabato sera , perché accompagnati da musica dal vivo .
Prezzi onesti. Consigliato!

There is also a bit of a view of Bolzano here, because otherwise you can't see much of the town below through the trees and buildings on the mountain. The service is very friendly.
