01/04/2025: I've only been there on my lunch break several times, the place is average, the positive point is definitely the price, due to the quantity of customers they are often a little slow, but the staff is always very friendly, I always take the menu because it's not bad unlike the pizza, I have to be honest I've eaten it twice and never again, I may be picky but the quality isn't excellent at all cheap ingredients, the last time we went for lunch and all my colleagues who took the pizza had a stomach ache, maybe it's a coincidence, but I didn't because I took the lunch menu as usual. In summary, you can go there but as a "good" meal and not to expect a starred restaurant of course

31/03/2025: There were three of us here and it was a great experience. We not only had a sensational dinner with very imaginative and delicious dishes, but also great service, who were also able to tell us good stories about some of the wines or the rum.

19/02/2025: A very good restaurant for two reasons: firstly, you eat very well there, with dishes which, in addition to being very good, satisfying the palate, are also very well plated, proving very beautiful to look at and thus also satisfying the eye. 01/04/2025: BLUF: Amazing space, great food, and wonderful service by Michele. This was a great experience we stumbled into. It is a unique setting inside a cave and has some really cool sections for parties or just lounging. They have a dance hall and extra space in a historic cistern. We lucked out with having Michele as our waiter. He was incredibly gracious and patient with us. He even gave us a private tour of the cistern (prob didn’t hurt that we came at the American dinner time so it wasn’t too busy yet). Regardless, he worked through my broken Italian and ordered two pizzas and two glasses of wine. For someone who lives in Italy and has had many house wines, this was one of the best I’ve ever had. And €4/glass is hard to beat. Small issue in communication regarding the meal but Michele acknowledged the mistake and offered to make it right. Finally, after dinner, he showed both of our children how to make a boat and a peacock out of a napkin. We got dinner and a show. I would absolutely go back and would highly recommend this place for a special event. It is one of the most unique restaurants I’ve seen in over a year and a half of traveling not just Italy, but all of Europe as well.

23/03/2025: Sinceramente non all’altezza di un due stelle. Quasi tutte le portate erano molto salate (alcune davvero immangiabili) Anatra dura (impossibile da masticare) riportata indietro intatta. Pre dessert sapeva di sapone Ma il servizio è stata la nota peggiore. Cade la crosta di pollo, viene portata via e viene servita la stessa al commensale accanto Cade il dolce.. si rialza con le mani come se niente fosse Fanno cadere il vino sporcando la tovaglia.. servono i piatti mentre si è in bagno.. Vedendo almeno due tre piatti riportati indietro nessuno è venuto a chiedere spiegazioni Si chiede del pane aggiuntivo (ovviamente come servizio extra) ci viene negato Viene tolto il calice di vino o acqua mentre si sta bevendo per il cambio stoviglie al dessert senza chiedere. Piccole battutine non simpatiche durante il servizio Alla fine facciamo notare un disappunto sul pranzo, non viene minimamente considerato (anzi recepito come offesa) Siamo abitudinari di servizi culinari di livello, una esperienza così non c’era mai capitata.. Per un costo di quasi 300 a persona ci si aspetta una coccola sinceramente.. qui stavamo a livelli quasi offensivi. Nota di merito per location e caffè.

18/03/2025: Quiet environment surrounded by greenery, well cared for, everything cleanly organised, spacious rooms and outdoor areas, very convenient to get there, a stone's throw from the motorway, very good cuisine and top quality material, excellent references in the cellar in addition to the vast choice of wines, prosecco and champagne. Advised!

08/12/2024: We went here today for lunch. Group of 13 people. Clean and welcoming environment. Friendly staff available for all our requests. Abundant dishes with a unique flavour! Nothing was left over, precisely because everyone liked and enjoyed every single course, even the children. In the end we were gifted with a jar of honey by the owner, on the occasion of the Christmas holidays. Cost more than adequate for everything we ate! We will definitely be back!

19/11/2024: Capitati per caso in una serata autunnale, con musica dal vivo di una cantante molto brava. Servizio molto gentile di tutto il personale, pochi piatti essendo fuori stagione. Cucina dai sapori decisi, abbiamo apprezzato tutto, compresa la cacio e pepe con tartare di tonno o variante gamberi. Le cozze alla marinara non erano particolarmente grandi, anzi, ma essendo fuori stagione ci siamo un po' accontentati. Bella l'idea anche delle serate a tema, non abbiamo approfittato scegliendo dal menù ma l'iniziativa è buona e il prezzo proposto sarebbe stato più vantaggioso (giustamente) facendo anche abbinamento a vini compresi, di una cantina che proponeva prosecchi nello specifico. Merita senz'altro una visita. Non economico, ma nella media per il locale.

07/11/2024: Questo ristorante è un luogo meraviglioso Un team pazzesco, sorridente, Graziano e Liliana due perfetti padroni di casa...ed è proprio lì che ti senti: a casa! Il loro amore, la loro passione, i cibi deliziosi. Potrei stare ore a raccontare ma... la cosa migliore che posso fare e consigliarvi di prenotare il vostro tavolo. Le mie stelle sono 100...non 5.

24/02/2025: We went to lunch today for the Cuziol tasting open to operators in the sector. It amazes me that a restaurant with such a renowned name, which is "alongside" a two Michelin star, is of such a low standard. Let's start with the fry: a diner specifically said that he was allergic to white fish, here comes a fry with fried anchovies. Luckily he notices the presence of the anchovies and cod and we send the dish back to the kitchen (anaphylactic shock stuff). The second time, sure of the dish, we find the anchovies. The comment from the "chef" instead of apologizing was: "eh but anchovies are a blue fish". Dwelling on this point instead of apologizing first seemed very unprofessional to me. Regardless of who is right. Moving on to the second course: Pasta not creamed properly, both lobster and clams, in both of them, once the pasta was finished there was practically a broth on the plate; the Cinta fillet was really overcooked and the portion for a 5 year old child must have been 100-120 grams. I'm just sorry I didn't take the photo. The service was very hasty but that was the only positive note. The place is very cold and anonymous. We regret leaving reviews since we are operators in the sector too but I hope it improves many things, especially on the kitchen side. We will return anyway.
