08/08/2025: We've dined at this restaurant several times, always with satisfaction, but tonight we were the subject of a truly unpleasant experience. We arrived promptly at 8:30 PM, the time of our reservation, took our seats at our table of four (two adults and two children) and quickly chose our order. The area around us was almost empty at first, but in the following minutes several other groups arrived, and they were all served before us. The common thread: they were friends of the owner and/or "high-spending," as it's now fashionable to say. In one instance, we pointed out to the owner that we'd arrived before those he'd ordered from, but he denied it, claiming they had arrived first. The only table sharing our experience was, coincidentally, composed of only three people. After half an hour of waiting and futile reminders, we decided to get up and leave, explaining our reason to the waiter who had just appeared. The owner, after overhearing our conversation, told us as we were leaving, "This isn't a place for you." I won't add anything else.

02/05/2025: Dal pranzo di mezzogiorno, alla pizza di sera, al pernottamento anche nella semplicità sono veramente TOP. Innanzitutto la pulizia della camera, impeccabile, camere semplici ma con ogni confort. Se poi volete fermarvi per parando o cena, con le varie specialità del posto, andate sul sicuro. Ogni piatto curato nei minimi particolari, dagli antipasti, ai primi, ai secondi veramente sublimi. Da cornice l’infinità disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari e personale, instancabile . Sempre un sicuro riferimento quando ci si torna da queste parti. Non cambiare!!!!! Avanti tutta ciao e complimenti davvero

21/07/2025: The place is wonderful, not very big, easy to find, I spent a wonderful day, I tried their restaurant and I can say with extreme sincerity that the raw materials are very fresh and that in the hands of their chef they become an unforgettable culinary experience.

Normalmente evito usar mi tiempo para escribir reseñas, sin embargo, el esfuerzo que Elisabeth ha puesto en la propiedad para crear un ambiente reflexivo merece reconocimiento. Tuvimos una experiencia absolutamente excepcional en Ansitz Steinbock y volveríamos otra vez. Múltiples espacios invitan a la conversación o la contemplación. Mis favoritos fueron nuestro balcón; la sala de estar con vistas fabulosas, hermosos muebles y café expreso recién hecho en la cocina contigua; y el área del patio con asientos sumamente cómodos y vistas tremendas. Me complace recomendar ampliamente a Ansitz Steinbock.

26/06/2025: We had a wonderful time at the Ansitz Steinbock in June. Where do I begin: Elisabeth, the owner and soul of the house. Her warm personality and incredibly good taste make the hotel something truly special. Every member of staff is super friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the fine dining, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it—it's a truly special experience! An incredibly fantastic menu by Rene Tschager, with Juri accompanying us just as brilliantly. Preserving tradition and mixing it with modern elements—that's exactly what they did here. We also had a fantastic time at the Villander Alm—an equally unforgettable day that defies words. What didn't we like? That we had to leave today ;) But we're sure we'll be back! THANK YOU for this unforgettable time!

22/07/2025: We went to the Zefiro restaurant for a special occasion. Everything, from the food to the hospitality, was perfect. The waiters were helpful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in explaining the dishes the chef was preparing. Traditional Trentino dishes, revisited with a modern twist! Very interesting. At the end of the evening, we also had the opportunity to chat with the chef, a very pleasant and, obviously, very knowledgeable person. We will be back. Thank you for a pleasant evening. 12/08/2025: An absolutely fantastic restaurant that we highly recommend. The ambiance, inspired by the hotel's concept, is incredible. Very pleasant and friendly service. The indoor and outdoor areas are beautifully designed. The food is incredibly delicious and freshly prepared. In the evening, before the official dining time, there was an open Ford menu, which you could enjoy at no extra charge. Fantastic. The prices are absolutely reasonable, and the quality of the dishes is top-notch. To finish off, there was always a house lemon liqueur, which was very tasty. We were so impressed the first evening that we didn't want to eat anywhere else. We felt very comfortable.

14/04/2025: A splendid place, top hospitality. Alessandro and the boys are every time a surprise that accompanies an aperitif, a dinner, a bit of free time. Absolutely recommended.

30/07/2025: Good value for money, generous portions, sufficient space inside the restaurant, the quality of the ingredients is just about adequate.

26/07/2025: Quando voglio sentirmi coccolata, prenoto sempre un tavolo qui... Antipasto abbondante con prelibatezze della cucina locale... Primi super buonissimi e abbondanti come i secondi... Chef e operatori di sala super... CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE UNA CENA O UN PRANZO QUI.

20/07/2025: They were very kind. The first course was savory. They offered us desserts. Really good. Dinner was enjoyable. I recommend you go. The guys are really nice.

06/08/2025: Great place for having a breakfast! I tried "Popeye" tacos, "Go green!" bagel and classic pancakes with pistachio creme and granola (in two separate mornings, not all at once :) ), and they all were great. Cappuccino was great, too, but stay clear of americano (as you should do always, anyway :) ).

20/07/2025: On our way back from a trip to the Argentina Valley, we stopped at this completely renovated restaurant. Excellent location, convenient parking, and we just had a coffee, which was served with great kindness. The bright and beautiful dining room was lovely, we loved it, and all we have to do is return to try the food. From the menu, you can tell many of the dishes are excellent.

18/07/2025: Cibo buono, abbiamo preso dei primi, mentre Quello che sconsiglio è il vino della casa . Vino imbottigliato, pessimo che alla fine paghi 15€. Abbiamo fatto male a fidarci del cameriere.Al negozio non costa più di 2-3 , mal di testa il giorno dopo

13/07/2025: I organized my son's 18th birthday party here. I discovered the place because I was invited to a dear friend's 60th birthday party, and everything had already been great! A beautiful farmhouse with attention to every detail! The food was excellent, and the desserts were superb! The waiters were professional and attentive to the needs of everyone at the party! Marianna and Valeria were super helpful, they looked after you and managed everything impeccably! My satisfied guests all complimented me on my choice! What can I say? I've finally found a place to celebrate future occasions! See you soon!
