28/10/2025: An exceptional experience! I visited Ai Do Archi restaurant and was truly thrilled. The atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously crafted, with a typically Venetian yet unpretentious feel. The staff is extremely kind and attentive, always ready to recommend the best dishes.

19/09/2025: We stayed overnight in the area and after reading the reviews, we decided to make a reservation at the restaurant... since it was last minute, we could only get a later time, but we still accepted. We arrived a little earlier than scheduled and were immediately directed to the restaurant bar, where cocktails were being served for €15. We stayed there for about 25 minutes and then were taken to the main dining room, which has a very traditional and welcoming atmosphere. The service is largely staffed by older people, which makes the place even more welcoming and warm. We ordered the Angus beef and lamb chops... both were good, but we can't say it was an incredible dining experience! The place is very beautiful and is better than all the surroundings!

04/10/2025: Highly recommended. Excellent wine selection, outstanding service, minor drawbacks with the veal schnitzel Milanese (pounded too thin, resulting in a lack of texture). Breading was okay, but the salmon lacked lemon. The ambiance was wonderful, and the service staff were as you'd expect from a restaurant of this caliber. Very attentive and efficient.

01/10/2025: Probably one of the best restaurant experiences we've ever had. The owners' welcome, the history, the art... not to mention the food. We've gad the good fortitude to visit many fine dining restaurants, across Europe and across the world. This is definitely one of my all-time favourites! 04/07/2025: Personally I found myself well. Kind and helpful. Excellent cleaning of the room and its bathroom. Excellent also the dishes served in the restaurant. I appreciated that the menu indicated the gluten free dishes and the possible absence/presence of other allergens. Also the restaurant staff kind and helpful.

06/08/2025: The best food in the area! The price-performance ratio is absolutely unrealistic for what's on offer. It's naturally fantastic for the consumer. Everything is lovingly prepared by hand. This restaurant exudes a passion that I find in vain in so many places around the world. And now let's look for the selection. I started with a freshly squeezed orange juice. As a vegan, you won't feel like you're going hungry here! The vegan alternatives are excellent and taste great. The same goes for the non-vegan dishes. The recipes range from classic to unusual and are in no way inferior to a truly expensive gourmet restaurant! The service is also beyond praise. You receive a very familiar welcome and immediately feel at home. The owners are truly attentive and leave nothing to be desired. If I could, I would take this restaurant back to Germany. Thank you for the great food, we'll definitely be back!

The complaints in the negative comments should be more objective and take all factors into account! Highly recommended! The pizzoccheri are dreamy! PS: The only lodge open on September 28th in Val Zebrù!

26/09/2025: We passed by on July 23rd: we had booked a refuge, but along the trail a family recommended we stop here for the quality of the food. I can 100% confirm that the food is excellent: the tiramisu, in particular, is among the best I've ever tasted, if not the best. Highly recommended! A place to return to not only for the food, but also for the scenery and the warm welcome from the owners.

31/08/2025: An experience worth trying once in a lifetime! We went to this restaurant last night, chose the blind tasting menu, and were pleasantly surprised! The food, besides being meticulously crafted, is of the highest quality. The service is excellent; the waiters are friendly, courteous, and super friendly. We were extremely satisfied, fantastic 😍

11/10/2025: A lovely café in a fantastic location, with great prices (€1.70 for a cappuccino) and delicious food. We spontaneously stopped by for breakfast, persuaded by the good reviews, and were not disappointed! We'd go back anytime, and even went back in the afternoon for a warm drink.
