04/08/2025: We enjoyed a family lunch at Dogali Ristorante Pizzeria in Giaveno, overlooking the Sangone Valley. It's a spacious and bright restaurant with free parking and outdoor seating. The atmosphere is friendly, and the staff were kind, helpful, and cheerful, contributing to an overall pleasant experience. The seafood dishes—including pasta dishes and fried foods—were plentiful and flavorful, with a good selection of ingredients, which everyone appreciated. There was a slight inconsistency in the service, with some dishes arriving at the table at different times, but nothing particularly significant. The prices are in the medium-high range (for example, €16 for paccheri with seafood), but consistent with the quality of the offerings. In conclusion: the lunch was well-managed, with generous and carefully prepared dishes and friendly service. The prices are slightly above average, but, come on, justified by the quality.

10/07/2025: Had a delicious dinner after a long motorcycle ride. The next morning, we also opted for breakfast. It was truly superb quality and the staff were incredibly friendly. You'll receive warm, genuine service here. We also had coffee before our last ride in the early morning and were treated to a chocolate croissant. I'll definitely be back. 12/07/2025: I had dinner with former co-workers last night. The steak was slab-style. The meat and bone were equally tough. The rump steak was good, but not the specialty the owner presents. Like everything else, it was presented as a specialty, but in reality, all the food was mediocre. The place was deserted on a Friday for dinner, probably just us, there's a reason... Then the bill was grossly overpriced, especially considering how poorly we ate, and I had some doubts about its fairness... Never mind. A negative experience that won't be repeated!!

17/07/2025: We got married on May 10, 2025. We chose Ultimo Borgo restaurant after attending a wedding there a few years ago. We were immediately impressed; the welcome aperitif was exceptional, and the menu and dessert buffet were unforgettable. So, when it came time to choose the restaurant for our wedding, we had no hesitation! Simone was with us every step of the way. He and Roberto guided us through every dish. They were always available to answer any of our questions. The wedding day was perfect, and we received countless compliments in the days and weeks that followed. Delicious food with attention to every detail, impeccable service, precise and attentive staff, and a discreet and simple location. We absolutely recommend them! You can't go wrong with Ultimo Borgo!

17/07/2025: We chose this venue for our wedding, and it was the best choice we could have made. They were able to guide us through all our decisions, accommodated every request, and were always courteous and kind. The aperitif was dreamy, the food sublime, and to top it off, the dessert buffet was out of this world! Our guests are still complimenting us on it, even after so long. Thank you guys, you made our wedding unique! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

27/07/2025: A warm welcome and generous, delicious home-cooked meals are a must. We highly recommend this restaurant, located in a huge equestrian center! The kids loved being able to wander around between courses.

08/07/2025: Don't ask yourself when you arrive: 'Ah, but am I in the right place?' because if you followed the directions you can't have made a mistake. Don't show impatience if the restaurant doesn't appear once you reach the parking lot, because it's there at the end of the driveway. Don't complain if horses welcome you when you arrive because the name of the restaurant says 'equines' and nothing else could have awaited you. Trust me, put aside the prejudice of those who have already formed an idea and expect it to be confirmed because this place is different, it's new, it's unique, it makes itself sought after and desired and only those who enter free from what they have already seen elsewhere can enjoy what will be offered to them. The atmosphere is Virgilian bucolic. With little effort you could see Titiro lying in the shade of the fagus and hear the sound of his flute, while the sun invigorates at every other hour, the greens that it illuminates. Tityrus may have also adorned his hair with a crown of buttercups that grow abundantly in that place. Iron-shod clogs give audible syncopated chimes approaching and receding, dilating time instead of counting it. However, other senses besides sight will soon be stimulated because this is why you came. You came for smell and taste, to satisfy them first and make everything else a corollary in the true sense, the frame of an experience. I will not talk about the menu because it is random. It changes frequently, giving clear signs of a dynamic, active brigade, looking for stimuli. I will talk about what you will find with any tasting of any choice of any munu of the Betulla: passion and attention, but also wisdom in the choice and care of the material, ability in the combinations, taste in the plating. You will find the world in its culinary manifestations, from the tradition of Lombard cuisine, to the freshness of Mediterranean cuisine, to the warmth of Berber cuisine, to the ardour of Mexican cuisine, to the smokiness of North American BBQ, as well as very sophisticated dishes. Don't expect all this every day. The menu is always limited because the preparation of each dish must be accurate and precise. You will find a careful and varied cellar with wines that always go well with the dish and dishes that willingly accompany wines. The dining room staff is friendly, always listening, flexible enough, at home when requested, very professional for the purpose. The answer for you is: 'If you wanted to come here, yes, you're in the right place!', to which I add my certainty: 'You'll come back here!'

27/07/2025: I read all these positive reviews, and based on my experience, I disagree. I didn't really like the food. I travel a lot, but I didn't find anything African about those dishes. The service was really slow, with lots of customers and not enough staff. The atmosphere was nice, but a bit small, and it was very hot.
