23/09/2025: We first met Verino here, during the tasting and selection of dishes for our wedding menu, held at the splendid location "Tra Cielo e Mare." From our first meeting, Verino instilled trust, serenity, and honesty, sharing the history of the venue and his personal growth, and instilling in us a sense of security for the organization of our wedding day. From that evening on, Verino was a constant presence, allowing us to experience our day with complete peace of mind. He guided us discreetly, yet attentively, throughout every moment of our day, from the opening toast to the cutting of the cake. Every aspect was handled with such care that we were able to enjoy our day without a care in the world. As for the cuisine, both we and our guests were won over: refined dishes, surprising flavor combinations, and a special attention to all needs (celiacs, vegetarians, vegans, and intolerances). The service was impeccable, with all the waiters extremely kind and attentive, without ever being intrusive. What was offered to us was crucial to the success of our party: in the days that followed, all of our guests complimented us on the quality and abundance of the food and the excellent service. We, the bride and groom, felt supported and pampered both in the months leading up to and on the day of the ceremony. It was a fantastic experience. With Verino and his staff, success is guaranteed! The place radiates jazz and that timeless atmosphere of a classic jazz club, combined with a modern food and drinks menu, and outstanding, relaxed yet professional service. 08/10/2025: I always enjoy coming here: the place is very welcoming, the staff are friendly, and the traditional Lunigiana food is truly excellent. Perhaps the portions of panigacci—served one at a time until the accompanying cured meats run out—are a bit small, about one per person, and you have to wait a bit for more.

It's clear that the chef and his team know their stuff, with dishes that showcase the flavors and ingredients. ​However, it's in the dining room that the magical, secret ingredient of this place comes into play: Elena and Antonio. ​From the first moment, they make you feel at ease, as if you were at the home of old friends. Antonio stands out for his innate charm combined with impeccable professionalism, expertly guiding you through your choices. Elena, originally from Naples, has that extra something: not only is she welcoming and spontaneous, but she also stands out for her great professionalism and expert service, which greatly enrich the customer experience. ​Highly recommended for those looking not only for excellent food, but also for a warm welcome and high-quality service! 18/09/2025: We dine here as we stay at the Gran Paradiso hotel. It is in the same level with the hotel lobby. Service and atmosphere are excellent, waiters were attentive and fast eventhough we were not speaking Italian. Food are just okay to our liking. Beers are nice.

10/09/2025: At the recommendation of a friend of mine, we came here with him and some other friends to try their dishes and also listen to the musicians playing there, as we did every night, if I'm not mistaken. The place is spacious, right in the city center. The service could be improved, as I found it slow at times, though the waitresses were always friendly and helpful. The music was very nice, but I have to admit that I wasn't thrilled with the quality of the dishes. We ordered: - balanzoni with mushrooms, which I didn't like, both because the mortadella mousse was barely noticeable and because the overall flavor, in my opinion, wasn't very great due to the pairing with the mushrooms. - passatelli with parmesan cream and prosciutto, not bad, although the parmesan cream was a bit bland. - eggplant tart with tomato sauce, not bad but nothing special. - Cotoletta alla Bolognese rejected because it was too salty for both the ham and the cheese. The thing that strikes me most is that with two first courses, a second course, an appetizer, and water, we spent almost €45 each... which was absolutely excessive, both for the quality of the dishes and because we didn't get anything that "expensive" on the market... I have to say the music was okay, but the food wasn't.

16/09/2025: Beautiful location. An unexpected garden, with beautiful plants and well-kept lawns. I attended a wedding reception at this villa and was truly enchanted. The setting was simple but perfect, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We had a wonderful time.

02/09/2025: We had a great time from the very first moment. Maura is super knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly friendly. Both we and all our guests loved the menu and thoroughly enjoyed every course. The reception hall has a breathtaking view, and all the available spaces are well-organized and versatile. Highly recommended, it will make you want to get married again 100 times over! Perfect even for just one dinner!

17/08/2025: We went as a family (6 adults + 2 children) for lunch. We had a wonderful time. The food was excellent. The staff was very kind and the location was enchanting. After lunch, we adults stayed at the table for coffee and a few liqueurs while the kids went to play in the park. Excellent solution :-) Everyone was happy! I recommend it.

15/08/2025: Today August 15th I took an inedible fish menu. It should be communicated that it is fish with bones, so since you don't clean it, at least I would have taken something else. Many people were complaining about the waitress service. She forgot to ask for water at the table in front of us. First they brought us some dishes and then no, sorry, it wasn't for you. Zero organization. They will never see me again. When I checked the bill, the girl said I'll take 30 euros off you. In the end, she didn't take anything off. I paid to eat nothing. The location was nice, but the food wasn't either.

29/09/2025: Lunch at Warsa was a pleasant experience, and I recommend it to everyone! The atmosphere is refined, and the dishes are truly appetizing—and plentiful. I recommend booking the fish zighini—it's exceptional!

05/07/2025: The masseria is a real gem in the heart of Salento, looked after with great care by the owner, Mr. Barone and the staff. Excellent breakfast with all dairy products from the family business and sweets from Apulian patisserie. Very convenient location to reach the most beautiful beaches of Salento!! Gallipoli is close by and can be reached with the bicycles made available...
