01/10/2025: We were looking for a nice place for lunch and we were definitely not disappointed. Very welcoming staff delivering a great service. The food was really good. I took the polenta which was delicious, but it is quite big.

03/09/2025: Beautiful. Elegant, etc. But a €2.20 coffee at the counter seems excessive to me.

04/06/2025: Arrivati fuori orario per il pranzo ci hanno fatto accomodare con gran cortesia. Un antipasto di speck di alta qualità e trote affumicate, le più buone mai mangiate. Gentili nel servizio, corretti con il conto. Grazie!!!

22/05/2025: Il titolo nasce dalla posizione , una valle laterale regno della tranquillità. Struttura recente pulita e ordinata. A partire dal titolare e poi tutto il personale sono di una notevole disponibilità. La colazione è ricca per quantità e qualità dei prodotti, non conosciamo le cose cucinate al momento perchè non è nostra abitudine. Ottima la cena , ristretta la scelta ma alta la qualità, ci è stato proposto il bis delle portate ma abbiamo preferito tenere posto per il dolce che si è rivelato eccellente. Importante per gli interessati ,garage per la moto. L unica cosa non in equilibrio è la dimensione della sauna finlandese, molto bella, e la quantità di posti della zona relax. Noi siamo stati benissimo perchè non affollata. Concludo con la certezza di tornarci e nel frattempo lo consigliamo agli amici.

21/08/2025: I found this restaurant in the Gallo Rosso guide and it was a pleasant surprise. The view from the restaurant is beautiful. We went on a Thursday evening and were practically the only ones dining, so the service was very fast. The food was truly excellent, especially the dumplings and strudel. I highly recommend it!

09/07/2025: Beautiful location with a magnificent view. The dishes, including the snack boards, are simply divine. Highly recommended.

15/10/2025: Good food, too bad the service wasn't up to scratch. We arrived first and left last because we were forgotten for an hour. After being found, we had to wait another half hour to be served. The bill remained the same even despite this major inconvenience; I don't recommend it.

06/09/2025: We ate really well!! An exceptional risotto with speck and apples and then the strudel... oh, how delicious!

06/10/2025: Good food, everything clean, good prices, good selection (including gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options), and a very nice, dog-friendly host!

01/10/2025: We were looking for a café for a break on our trip. We only realized later that it was more of a restaurant. There was no cake selection. Only apple strudel. We had that. It was OK, but cold. I'm not used to that kind of place.

30/08/2025: Not a positive experience, mainly due to the terrible attitude of the waiter on duty. Good food. Prices were in line.

24/09/2025: The waiters were kind and professional. It's a shame we chose this bistro for a good rib-eye steak. For €37, we were served a rib-eye steak that was supposed to be rare but completely raw, and a medium-rare one that was so rare it felt like a shoe sole, so tough we couldn't chew it. The grilled vegetables were raw, for a total of €74 wasted. To have such a renowned name, I think the owners should hire kitchen staff at least as good as the prices. Two bad rib-eye steaks out of two speak for themselves, vegetables included.

17/09/2025: Good selection of dishes. Meat is preferred, even though it's quite expensive. Service is so-so: slow and the waitress is uninformed. Otherwise, prices are high, like the rest of the area. The atmosphere is new and well-decorated, although the interior is a bit cramped.

05/07/2025: Esperienza superlativa . Percorso del bello e del buono super , visita in cantina super con vini top . Locanda Margon al di sopra delle aspettative , menù spettacolare piatti eccellenti , staff e chef superlativi. Che dire dopo tanti tanti stallati in Italia e all’estero restare sorpresi a Trento … chapeau 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤️

27/06/2025: Wat n geweldig diner bij een bijzondere chefkok! Enorme creativiteit en alles gaf een smaakexplosie. Een absolute aanrader. Aan het eind kwam de chefkok ons nog uitgebreid begroeten.

19/04/2025: Una meraviglia! Ristorantino delizioso, un diamante incastonato nella Valpusteria. Cucina davvero eccellente, varia nel rispetto della più antica tradizione pusterese.Accoglienza, ospitalità e professionalità contraddistinguono questa baita che vi farà vivere un’esperienza unica ed indimenticabile!
