04/06/2025: Arrivati fuori orario per il pranzo ci hanno fatto accomodare con gran cortesia. Un antipasto di speck di alta qualità e trote affumicate, le più buone mai mangiate. Gentili nel servizio, corretti con il conto. Grazie!!!

22/05/2025: Il titolo nasce dalla posizione , una valle laterale regno della tranquillità. Struttura recente pulita e ordinata. A partire dal titolare e poi tutto il personale sono di una notevole disponibilità. La colazione è ricca per quantità e qualità dei prodotti, non conosciamo le cose cucinate al momento perchè non è nostra abitudine. Ottima la cena , ristretta la scelta ma alta la qualità, ci è stato proposto il bis delle portate ma abbiamo preferito tenere posto per il dolce che si è rivelato eccellente. Importante per gli interessati ,garage per la moto. L unica cosa non in equilibrio è la dimensione della sauna finlandese, molto bella, e la quantità di posti della zona relax. Noi siamo stati benissimo perchè non affollata. Concludo con la certezza di tornarci e nel frattempo lo consigliamo agli amici.

The hotel itself has an incomparably beautiful atmosphere: designed with great attention to detail, superbly equipped, and impeccably maintained. The location right on the market square, in the heart of the city, is perfect. Our room was lovely and cozy (though a bit warm under the roof on that summer night). The breakfast was excellent and left nothing to be desired. You simply have to experience it for yourself – the Weisse Rössl is not just any hotel. We were particularly impressed by the successful blend of traditional charm and modern amenities. The photo art project was also fantastic: a breath of fresh, creative air amidst the historic charm! 😊 A heartfelt THANK YOU to the entire team for this special "Rössl feeling." We say quite clearly: GOODBYE! 😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

12/01/2026: Terrible. It's happened more than once that I've ordered pizza and it doesn't arrive on time, and sometimes the order doesn't ship, and if it arrives, it's cold. I don't recommend it. They used to deliver pizza very punctually, and it even arrived hot. It's a shame because the pizza is good, but the service is terrible.

09/01/2026: Amazing local Italian pizza. We took primavera and prosciutto. Amount of toppings is extremely generous and pizza is incredibly delicious and fulfilling Great place, next time when I’m in Bolzano I’ll definitely come here!

16/10/2025: A modern and chic restaurant with a great view, a cozy ambiance, a very pleasant atmosphere, top-notch service, and fantastic food. The selection is large enough to cater to vegetarians. The food was technically well-executed and everything was spot-on. The portions were pleasantly large despite the supposed fine dining expectations. All in all, an absolute recommendation.

14/07/2025: Este lugar es tan popular que no pudimos conseguir una mesa hasta las 8 : 30 pero valió la pena esperar. Mi pizza rústica estaba absolutamente deliciosa al igual que la pizza de burrata de mi hija. Marido no le gusta la pizza, pero realmente disfrutó de su jamón y huevos en una cama de rösti. Servicio eficiente y amable con una gran vista del horno de pizza. Muchos asientos al aire libre Reserva recomendada.

03/07/2025: Posto molto carino ,personale simpaticissimo e preparato . il menu molto vario e buonissimo , per esempio ho assaggiato i gnocchi ,divini!! .lo consiglio sia per le famiglie che per le cene un po più formali .ottima anche l'idea dell insalata a buffet. 26/12/2025: A Miss Universe waitress who won't even smile if you dive off the blindfolded spinal cord, a top-quality rib steak cooked with her feet, carved and served with the mastery of Leone di Lernia that evening. Tables lit with Iquois, it felt like a hangout for anonymous gas-sufferers. Stay away from us, for God's sake.

10/10/2025: A beautiful, secluded spot, away from the big huts. Fantastic Kaiserschmarren (sweet pancakes), friendly people, and the gentle tinkling of cowbells… we'd love to come back!

01/01/2026: A welcoming place, but we arrived when the kitchen was closed, so we settled for toasted sandwiches and sandwiches, which were still delicious and of good quality. The space is spacious and connected to the shop, where you can shop even on holidays.

30/12/2025: A good place to eat in San Candido. A modern and pleasant place, but not very quaint, quite spacious on two floors with a specialty shop. The food is good, including sandwiches. Fairly affordable for the area.
