20/08/2025: An experience in a beautiful summer retreat! We stayed here with a 3-year-old child, returning from a vacation in Austria to enjoy the silence and nature. The retreat is very beautiful, clean and tidy, as are the rooms, but what amazed us most was the food...fantastic!!! We'd love to return in the winter, given its location right on the slopes.

22/05/2025: We only had a quick drink there, but we found the location very appealing. The drive there alone (we were coming from Bolzano) is worth the trip. Once there, the atmosphere is great and it's ideal for the short walk to Greifenstein Castle (about 20 minutes). The staff was super friendly. We'll definitely stop by again when we're in the area.

24/08/2025: ...simply thieves.... Buying a slice of sardenaira-style pizza for 10 euros is pure madness, no justification, just dishonesty.... Unfortunately, my partner is ashamed to say "I won't buy it anymore," and unfortunately I wasn't there....

20/08/2025: My family and I ate for lunch, there were 4 of us, the place was clean and very busy, we ordered the mashed potatoes as a starter and it was very good and tasty, we had 4 first courses and a second course, 2 porcini mushroom risottos with the addition of black truffle, a simple mushroom risotto and a spaghetti with tomato and buffalo burrata, as a second course a lamb shank, the first courses were very good, the only flaw was the fact that the mushroom risotto cost €30 and the addition of truffle made the price rise to €50 without even showing us the weighing of the truffle (which is usually done in restaurants that sell it), the lamb shank did not have a good flavour, the meat was probably from an older lamb (to make me understand better it was sheep not lamb), despite these flaws we ate well so it deserves 4 stars in total, last comment the waiter is a bit too know-it-all but I imagine he does it to appear nice Some people probably like it, but not personally, but the service was precise and punctual, so 4 stars.

18/06/2025: If you want to enjoy good food with friendly service and a stunning view, this is the place for you. If you're trying to find fault with this place, it's probably the shorter opening hours.

05/05/2025: About 20-25 minutes walk from the center of Bressanone (uphill) there is this farm surrounded by nature with a wonderful view of Bressanone and the valleys... we were immediately welcomed by the very kind and helpful waiters (unlike what I read from other reviews)... we tasted various dishes such as a platter with speck cured meats and different types of cheeses, some of which were very particular... accompanied by different types of bread, one of which was fennel. very good. We then had an excellent goulash soup and a trio of first courses with spinach dumpling, some crescents (I don't remember the exact name) again filled with spinach and a cheese dumpling. Homemade first courses excellent as is all their cuisine. The dish with speck eggs and potatoes is also excellent. For desserts we took a Bavarian cream and a chocolate pudding with cream and strawberries, good (especially the cream) but not at the level of the savory dishes. Mixed platter, goulash soup, trio of first courses, eggs with speck and potatoes, two desserts, 2 bottles of water and a half of wine 78 euros.

08/09/2025: We ate very well, the place is suitable for everyone, the children had fun because they have a large garden with some very interesting rides.

04/09/2025: Ideal for camping if you want a small, cozy place, with its own little beach, and everything close by. The food is exceptionally good, and everything is clean.

27/08/2025: Bike ride. Ate at the Maiser mountain hut. Good food, excellent location.

08/08/2025: We stumbled upon this mountain hut by chance and immediately had a great time... thanks to Isaak, who let us play soccer with our kids. We had such a great time that we returned the next day... the welcome was wonderful, like seeing old friends again! The strudel, yogurt, and blueberry kaiserschmarren were fantastic. Congratulations, Isaak, and good luck on your future soccer adventure!

12/05/2025: Excellent atmosphere and service. The restaurant is located in a slightly hidden corner of one of the small squares on the shore overlooking Lake Garda, surrounded by historic buildings. The prawns in salt were good while the cacio e pepe risotto with tuna tartare did not convince us, the tuna completely overwhelmed by the other flavours. However, rice cooking and creaming were perfect. Good prices compared to the quality of the food and the location

17/08/2025: Highly recommended! Beautiful place, friendly and efficient service, and delicious food! Dishes are presented like works of art; great care has been put into the food, and it tastes exquisite! If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back.

15/08/2025: I fell in love with this place years ago. The welcome, courtesy, and friendliness of the owner and her daughters (whose names I don't remember) is unique to me. The food, I'd say, is excellent! The cabbage gnocchi are unforgettable, the cured meat exquisite. Once I wanted a change, I chose a pizza...I'll always remember it. Thank you so much, I hope to visit you again soon.

17/08/2025: The atmosphere is great at Orti Sai Center. The place is a beautiful coffee shop and restaurant. We ordered a cappuccino and a delicious tiramisu. Younes, the server, was very kind and served us a free chocolate bar. It's worth a visit. 🇸🇦

17/08/2025: Service was friendly and efficient. Everything felt very rushed. The cocktails were not great - they tasted like cheap alcohol. The food was very okay.

22/06/2025: The service was great, and the 5-course breakfast was a nice surprise. We also liked the wellness area. We were lucky and were able to use two of the four spaces on the day of arrival, which meant we could use the sauna. The older room in the hotel, which we were assigned based on our special offer, was functional. Only the electrical appliances (hairdryer) should be checked for safety. 😅 Otherwise, everything was perfect! The place is quite remote on the mountain. Probably a perfect starting point for hikes. We were mostly in Merano and didn't explore the surrounding area.

20/06/2025: Top hotel and a lifesaver! We were passing through on our motorcycles and had already booked a nearby hotel, but due to circumstances, we had to change hotels. We booked late in the evening on a weekday through Booking.com. We arrived less than half an hour later, and the room was already ready. The kitchen had been cold for over an hour, but we were still served a hot meal upon request (since we probably looked more than exhausted). The room we were given at short notice was modern, well-equipped, and extremely clean. The beds were also very comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel was probably the best we had in our week in Italy; none of us had such a healthy and delicious breakfast in our lives. All in all, a great hotel, super friendly, polite, and guest-oriented staff/operators, and delicious, regional, and healthy food. Thank you again for your hospitality and the extra steps you took for my colleagues and me. If we ever pass by the pass again, we'd definitely be happy to stay again.

26/08/2025: I found myself in Trento on a mission. After several attempts to find a place to stay, I finally found (also considering the positive reviews) the Hotel Everest. What can I say? Everything was perfect: the welcome, the kindness, the cleanliness, and the magnificent breakfast. The owners were fantastic.

22/08/2025: Wonderful experience! I stayed at the Hotel Everest from August 10 to 17, 2025, on a half-board basis. The room was comfortable and quiet, spotlessly clean, and well-ventilated. The reception staff was very kind and helpful, but I must also compliment all the dining room staff and the restaurant chefs. They truly pampered us, and they paid special attention to me, especially since I have celiac disease. The dinners were truly delicious, and the daily menu had a great selection. A truly enjoyable stay. We'll definitely be back!
