06/01/2026: While I was disappointed that Apostelstube was closed, The Elephant Restaurant was one of the best meals I’ve had in recent memory. The tagliatelle with spinach cream and white truffle (getting extra truffle takes it over the top) and the roe deer saddle with on chestnut cream with brussel sprouts and black currant jus were simply spectacular. These are dishes I will remember for a long time. I could not recommend this restaurant highly enough!

01/01/2026: We received a wonderful welcome here. We cannot understand the negative comments about the host at all. The food, service, and the schnapps at the end were excellent.

06/03/2026: The mixed salad was minimal and not fresh. The schnitzel was burnt with a few fries. No fresh dishes, no fish, etc. Very disappointed, an outrage! I will definitely never eat there again.

01/03/2026: We arrived by bike and were kindly allowed to park it in the restaurant since we didn't have a lock and didn't want to leave it outside. The waiter, Michael, was especially friendly and attentive. All in all, a wonderful evening with good food and a fantastic view of the lake!

31/01/2026: Well the place is nice the atmosphere is good the food there is no food for vegetarians and the service was very weak I would expect a waiter that can help and explain and can help and choose right courses we wait to the food 45 minutes I think because one of the male was fish but the problem is the waiter that should say that it's going take a time to prepare the fish ‏can in the mean time ‏i will give you a spaghet if for the child it is very difficult for a child to wait 45 minutes for his food all in all the food was not so wow the service was bad play I don't understand how it's got to recommendation for a Michelin star

29/01/2026: The restaurant is very beautiful, including the bar area where you can enjoy an aperitif in front of the fireplace while listening to live piano music—an increasingly rare thing to find. The service is excellent, a shout-out to Silverio for that. I recommend the polenta cappuccino with truffle, which is extraordinary.

25/02/2026: Slightly crowded at lunchtime. Everyone is trying hard to serve the guests quickly...

25/02/2026: The waitresses are rude and unfriendly. We had to wait 30 minutes before we could even order, and the restaurant wasn't full. When the drinks finally arrived, there weren't enough drinks or glasses, so we had to drink directly from the carafe ourselves, as the waitresses only came every 30 minutes. The food is okay, but you should allow plenty of time and patience if you want to eat here.

18/03/2026: I hope it was just a bad day... I chose the restaurant based on the menu options I'd read on the website, but once I sat down, I was told three times that the dish wasn't available. In the end, disheartened, I had to settle for the usual Milanese cutlet. There was something "good" there, but it wasn't on the menu. The website is inviting, but it's a shame it's only in the photos, but I can say I'm still craving it.

12/03/2026: I ordered a tagliata, but I received a grilled steak, sliced, and then placed each piece back on the grill, cooking on both sides! Please change the name of the dish on the menu or explain to the chef that cooking the meat only once preserves the quality of the product, not to mention saving energy! I gave it two stars for the generous portion and the good beer.

08/02/2026: The menu is only on my phone, mine didn't work... wait, it's charging. I should have left right then. He brings the buttered canedorli. Like a good Bolognese, I ask for the cheese, but it's already there... he recovers and goes to the kitchen and brings me a small bowl with three teaspoons... Not to mention how the beer was brought and its price. Thank you, I'm polite. Anyway, thanks, and see you never again.

08/02/2026: Digital menu: all three of us couldn't load the page (we had three different providers—Tim, Illiad, Wind), and the response was: "Please wait, it will load." The place was empty. It was just us. First courses: mostly dumplings (good). Parmesan cheese: even though it was on the dumplings, we asked for it. The response was: "Why? It's already there." Then it was brought. Beers: we paid a whopping €4.50 for a 33.

06/03/2026: Reservations are a must. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, the service top-notch. The food is out of this world. There's a cigar room next to the main dining room to enjoy a whiskey and a smoke, if you need it.

20/10/2025: We celebrated our August wedding with 80 people in the Pinzonerkeller – and it was simply a dream! 💫 The ambiance was beautiful, with atmospheric fairy lights, candles, and an atmosphere that couldn't have been more romantic. The food was outstanding – every dish lovingly prepared and simply delicious. A huge compliment to the entire team: so warm, professional, and attentive – we and our guests felt completely at home. Everything ran smoothly! We were always supported with questions and spontaneous changes, and Maya and her team were always available and helpful in advance. Our wedding was truly perfect, and the Pinzonerkeller played a crucial role in making it happen. We can wholeheartedly recommend this venue – for us, it was an unforgettable day in a very special place. ❤️

11/05/2025: Arrivati alle dieci di sera, eravamo di passaggio ,come siamo entrati il cameriere gia era scocciato , durante il servizio è stato maleducato e ci fatto capire che ne aveva piene le scatole, la cucina era chiusa, quindi solo pizza, a dir poco oscena, difatti tutti e quattro non l'abbiamo mangiata. Abbiamo chiesto un dolce e ce l'ha negato. Le pulizie si lasciano desiderare ...nonostante il locale sia buio si nota comunque.

30/01/2026: I'm writing this review still in disbelief at the treatment and quality of the food I received. If you're looking for a place to eat after a day on the slopes, move on: any other option will be better than this. The pizza dough was embarrassing: rubbery, clearly under-risen, and raw in the center, while the crust was burnt and bitter. The ingredients used were of the lowest quality; the tomato was overly acidic, and the mozzarella had no consistency whatsoever, a sign of the use of low-quality industrial products that have nothing to do with the flavors of the area. The service was the final straw. Arrogant staff, biblical wait times (over an hour for two pizzas with the place half empty), and a total disorganization in the dining room and kitchen. Despite our polite complaints about the cooking, the response was dismissive and lacking in professionalism. The prices were completely out of line and unjustified. Paying gourmet prices for a product that wouldn't even end up on the plate of an emergency shelter is unacceptable. A place that thrives solely on its touristic location, but it doesn't deserve a single cent of your money. ​Avoid it if you don't want to ruin your evening and your stomach.

24/12/2025: We had a wonderful 9-night stay at Hotel Tabladel. Both the owners and the staff were very friendly, everything was clean, our room was lovely, and the food was very varied, even for me as a vegetarian. The location is fantastic, just steps from the ski slopes. We also enjoyed an aperitif in front of the fireplace. We would love to come back.
