Recommended for those who want to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet in the woods. The 3/4 board option from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm is a great idea. The Tyrolean buffet snack is very popular. The staff is super friendly and the spa is lovely. We spent some very relaxing days, and it's right next to the slopes in winter, which is great.

An excellent value for money for this hotel surrounded by nature. The room was basic but clean, with a comfortable bed and excellent soundproofing. The food was absolutely satisfying, from the generous breakfast buffet to dinner, including the afternoon snack, which included two good soups, cold cuts, cheeses, and some desserts. A good selection of wines. The wellness area is quite large and well-designed. Naturally, it gets quite crowded at certain times, but it was absolutely enjoyable, especially since with a total of five saunas, it's virtually impossible for them all to be full. Naturally, there's little you can do if some rude people don't respect the area's rules. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. We'll be back!!!

A very nice hotel with a fantastic location right on the slopes. The spa area is wonderful. The food was very good and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back.

A secluded hotel outside the village, surrounded by nature and easily accessible by car. It guarantees total relaxation and silence. The initial welcome was a bit superficial, but quickly improved. I really appreciated Alex's advice for reaching Lake Carezza without paying for parking. The room is spacious and clean, although the interior is showing some signs of age and could use a general refresh. The bathroom is large, well-stocked with towels, bathrobes, and all the necessary amenities. One major negative: there's no bidet. The rooms are cleaned every day without needing to hang a sign. The spa is good: a hot tub, a warm pool with a spectacular view, various saunas, and complimentary drinks available to guests. The real highlight is the food. The breakfast buffet is extensive, with a wide variety of sweet and savory items; if something is missing, just ask and the staff will gladly bring it. Dinner has a fixed price of €40 per person (drinks not included) and includes a buffet-style appetizer, first course, second course, and dessert. The typical local dishes are very good and well-executed. Overall, I had a good stay, especially considering the excellent value for money compared to the average in the area. With a few small improvements (upgrading the interior, adding a bidet, and perhaps a warmer welcome from the start), this hotel could become truly excellent.

Excellent experience, excellent cleanliness, cuisine, breakfast, and relaxation. The location is ideal for skiing, with direct access to the slopes, and equally central for hiking and mountain biking trails. Thank you for your courtesy and helpfulness.

Very nice hotel, spacious and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Mr. Alex and the lady who runs the restaurant with long black hair. We will definitely be back!

I just returned from three relaxing days at this property and am very satisfied. The staff were helpful, the facility was clean and tidy, parking was convenient, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the spa area included a heated pool, whirlpool, various saunas, and a Turkish bath. Even the youngest guests were welcome. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. Everything was perfect! As for the location, skiers can ski directly to the lift, but otherwise, you have to drive (though it only takes a few minutes). I asked them to pick me and my daughter up at the lift, and they were super helpful.

Spacious and welcoming rooms with a lovely balcony. Small but very nice spa, perfect indoor pool. Super breakfast! Too bad the receptionist accused us of swearing and complaining about lunch, saying "we're not used to having people like that," when we weren't complaining at all; in fact, we weren't swearing. Too bad!
