15/11/2025: The nice thing about this place is the view, the furniture and the chestnuts. Service is very slow. I am intollerant to gluten and asked for a second without the knödel and made sure that everything else was without flour and yet they brought the meal with the knödel. Since I didn't want to make a fuss about it, i just picked up the parts that didn't touch the knödel. I wouldn't recommend it.

31/10/2025: The ambiance was lovely. Some of the prices were absolutely exorbitant. A frittata soup, which wasn't on the menu, cost €9.50. A sandwich bag cost €2.50 per person, even for children, and there was only a small bread basket for six people. Was the tip included in the price?

13/01/2026: It's been renovated and is now under new management.
All-you-can-eat is also available. The service is always polite, fast, and fresh.
I recommend coming here as soon as it opens to get your food as quickly as possible with the all-you-can-eat option. There might be a wait during peak hours, but it's all perfectly manageable. Definitely recommended!
Since I've seen in other reviews that many people have communication problems, I recommend simply writing down the phone numbers and giving them to them; then everything will go smoothly.

12/12/2025: A very cozy restaurant with lots of local and, above all, homemade food. The service was very friendly and very prompt.
I can only confirm all of this after my second visit. The Bäckli (baked dumplings) were very good and very tender. The dumplings were prepared with lots of love. The coleslaw with bacon is also highly recommended. And the homemade apple strudel was amazing.
04/10/2025: We ate there twice during our week-long vacation and were extremely satisfied. We had reserved a table. The food was delicious. The service was very attentive and prompt. Highly recommended.

28/12/2025: We stopped by for an afternoon merenda and enjoyed dessert with coffee. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming.
I ordered the mousse alle castagne, which was really good and perfectly suited for a cozy afternoon treat.
The atmosphere can get a bit noisy, but it didn’t take away from the experience. We still enjoyed our time there.

10/01/2026: We stayed 2 nights during the Christmas holidays in a large, welcoming and warm family room. The bathroom was also discreetly renovated. At dinner we ate well and with quality products. At breakfast, sweet and savoury, we lacked nothing. The staff was also helpful and efficient. The wellness centre was a little dated like the hotel but overall good.
02/01/2026: Typical mountain hotel, beautiful atmosphere, large pool that could be used even more, small sauna.
The food is excellent! 😋
Ample outdoor parking.
The only thing that could be improved is that signs should be placed at the buffet both in the morning and evening; they're very convenient.

23/01/2026: I went to this bar for a snack. We ordered desserts, and when we paid, they added a 3-euro surcharge per dessert because they had added cream and custard (which we hadn't requested). I asked for an explanation, and the cashier told me it was a full dessert, but this surcharge wasn't on the menu, and we hadn't requested it. After a few minutes, she was very annoyed and gave me my money back.
The price must be clear and communicated in advance; they can only charge extra if the surcharge is listed on the menu.
