27/09/2025: Definitely worth a visit. Lovely, rustic dining room. In addition to the menu, there are also specials, today's liver, which is excellent. And, to top it all off, a beautiful view.

14/10/2025: Simply gorgeous, wonderful chalets furnished with attention to detail. Not to mention the incredibly beautiful infinity pool. We feel completely at home here, with fantastic service and a wonderful, extensive, personalized breakfast delivered to the chalet in the morning. A very nice restaurant with a wonderful ambiance and excellent food. The Hertscheg family warmly welcomes guests and is open-minded, very friendly, and helpful. This is our fourth time here, we always enjoy coming back, and we're already looking forward to seeing them again. All in all, a wonderful oasis of well-being, and we say THANK YOU for the fantastically wonderful vacation.

12/10/2025: We spent a week here on our honeymoon. Magnificent views and great hiking trails. A great pool and superbly maintained. Breakfast and the food in general were delicious and prepared with love.

16/09/2025: We stayed for a week. Excellent service, both in the dining room and in the room cleaning. The breakfast was excellent, varied and plentiful. The dinner was delicious, with excellent wine pairings. The entire staff was courteous and helpful! The location is excellent, making it easy to reach the mountain huts via the free bus. We will be back. Thanks to all the staff and the host!

16/09/2025: We went alone for lunch, outside, enjoying the unique view. The selection isn't vast, but the quality is excellent, not to mention the prices, which are truly reasonable! The service was attentive and polite. I recommend anyone visiting these parts to try their cuisine.

07/10/2025: We stayed at this hotel for a week. It's a wonderful, centrally located location. The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious, the food is excellent and well-prepared, and the spa is a wonderful place to relax. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommended.

21/09/2025: Everything was fantastic: designer furnishings, a very good and varied breakfast. The room was cozy, especially for our little poodle, and attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel, with designer furnishings throughout. The housekeeping service was excellent; I really appreciated the flowers on the bed on the last day. The helpfulness and kindness of all the staff was appreciated, which is not always a given in hotels in general. I will definitely be back. Thank you for everything.

14/07/2025: Este lugar es tan popular que no pudimos conseguir una mesa hasta las 8 : 30 pero valió la pena esperar. Mi pizza rústica estaba absolutamente deliciosa al igual que la pizza de burrata de mi hija. Marido no le gusta la pizza, pero realmente disfrutó de su jamón y huevos en una cama de rösti. Servicio eficiente y amable con una gran vista del horno de pizza. Muchos asientos al aire libre Reserva recomendada.

03/07/2025: Posto molto carino ,personale simpaticissimo e preparato . il menu molto vario e buonissimo , per esempio ho assaggiato i gnocchi ,divini!! .lo consiglio sia per le famiglie che per le cene un po più formali .ottima anche l'idea dell insalata a buffet. Sono anche molto veloci con le ordinazioni e tutto . posto super consigliato ,grazie

27/09/2025: I hadn't booked, but the very kind staff managed to make room for two... I had eggs, speck, and potatoes for dinner, and it was all really good... I'll definitely be back. Special thanks to Luigi, the waiter who looked after us.

29/08/2025: We went there for dinner as a large group and had a very long wait. On top of that, they ran out of apple strudel even though we had called ahead.

28/08/2025: Four of us stopped at the bar and ordered three brioches, four cappuccinos, and a strudel. The selection was rather limited, and when we finally got them, they were lukewarm. When it came time to pay at the register, we were presented with a bill with exorbitant prices, far too high for the service offered.

29/07/2025: Abbiamo preso l’ovovia da San Cassiano, ci siamo diretti verso il rifugio con mia moglie e nostro figlio di 3 anni , siamo riusciti ad arrivare con il passeggino (40 min circa) , un po’ di fatica ma una volta arrivati abbiamo preso due primi , veramente molto buoni, tagliatelle al pino mugo e canederli al burro!! Poi il dolce, Prezzo nella media , lo consiglio !! Anche perché è ad una distanza accettabile , vista molto bella.

12/06/2025: Come sempre quando siamo in alta badia un pranzo al Bioch non può mancare. Bella giornata di sole, a tavola ancora meglio. Penne alla Bioch e tagliata, un calice di vino, acqua e caffè. Prezzi da rifugio Alta Badia, comunque imperdibile

23/07/2025: Lo staff era gentile ed efficiente, l'atmosfera era accogliente, il cibo ottimo...e poi che dire, abbiamo apprezzato molto la scelta musicale (Fleetwood Mac, Tears For Tears, The Cure e molti altri). Super consigliato, ci torneremo sicuramente!

21/07/2025: Ora, la pizza era molto buona, il servizio gentile e veloce ma francamente sono stanco di pagare € 3 per 800ml di acqua filtrata. Questo non va proprio bene. Per un locale di questo livello, o acqua in bottiglia a pagamento oppure opzione filtrata gratis.

03/10/2025: Amazing food! We ate divinely: the venison carpaccio was delicious, the pork cheek with polenta melted in your mouth, and the Sacher torte, my favorite dessert, was truly excellent. Kudos to the chef, who deserves top marks! The service, however, was a shame, leaving a bit to be desired. The waiters were friendly but inattentive: the second glass of wine requested with the appetizer arrived over 20 minutes late (and another 10 minutes after we'd reminded them), practically after the meal was over. Furthermore, the Williams grappa, served at room temperature, didn't live up to expectations for such a prestigious venue, where you'd expect it to be cold. Overall, a positive experience thanks to the exceptional cuisine, but the service could be improved.

21/07/2025: Appena entrati nella ristorante Sud di Riva del Garda, ci si sente subito avvolti dall'atmosfera calda e accogliente del sud Italia. I tavoli in legno, le decorazioni colorate e l'odore delizioso dei piatti tipici ci hanno trasportato in un viaggio sensoriale. Lo staff è stato davvero fantastico: carino e cordiale, con quel tocco tipico del sud che rende l'accoglienza ancora più speciale. Abbiamo assaggiato diverse specialità e ogni morso era un'esplosione di sapori autentici. La pizza era semplicemente deliziosa, con ingredienti freschi e una pasta perfetta, mentre gli antipasti ci hanno fatto sognare di essere in una trattoria sul lungomare. Inoltre, ho apprezzato molto la pulizia del locale, che lo rende perfetto anche per famiglie numerose. Se cercate un posto dove gustare piatti squisiti e sentirvi come a casa, ristorante Sud è assolutamente super consigliata! Assolutamente da tornare

12/10/2025: First of all, I would like to highlight the very friendly and attentive staff; their limited language skills were never a problem. The room was very clean and well-equipped (bathroom with underfloor heating). The breakfast was plentiful and left nothing to be desired. Dinner included an exceptional and extensive salad buffet, with a large vegetable buffet and meat side dishes (fried chicken, vitello tonnato, carpaccio). Unfortunately, I have to deduct one point for the poor Wi-Fi reception in my room (this was not the case in the second room we booked) and for the three-course dinner menu. We also booked the hotel because of the effusive description of the food on the website, which sets the bar very high for itself. (Evening 6-course gourmet menu including salad buffet. Chef Roman and his team in the kitchen ensure that there is a daily selection of creative and sophisticated dishes to delight even the most discerning palates.) The menu, which was actually only 4 courses including a salad buffet, unfortunately did not quite live up to this promise in terms of composition, seasoning, choice of side dishes and presentation.

03/10/2025: Wonderful experience. Very nice hotel, modern, clean, and well-kept. Excellent food, beautiful pool, super friendly staff. Alex was our go-to guy. The waiters were magnificent, all smiling, attentive, and available for every need, even for the kids. The only flaw was the lack of a bidet in the room!
