13/06/2025: Unfortunately, our visit to the in-house gourmet restaurant did not meet our expectations. When ordering, we were informed that we were not allowed to freely choose the main course from the menu – in particular, the venison dish we had been looking forward to was not available. This restriction came as a surprise and seemed rather inflexible. Our subsequent choice from the à la carte menu was also served lukewarm, which significantly diminished the enjoyment. After dessert, we were not asked for any further requests, nor was the wine refilled – in a restaurant of this caliber, we would have expected more attention. Particularly disappointing, however, was the lack of response to our letter of complaint, which we wrote immediately afterward. Such a lack of customer service unfortunately does not leave a good impression. Despite the otherwise positive aspects of our stay, the disappointing restaurant experience and the lack of complaint management raise the question of whether we will book again in the future. We hope that our feedback will be understood as constructive criticism.

29/03/2025: Un pranzo veloce ma davvero meritevole. La vista da ogni tavolo che si gode sulle Dolomiti di Brenta e le piste di Campiglio, vale la sosta. Nel caos di non aver prenotato, ottima attenzione e ed accoglienza. Buona carta, anche del buon bere . Prodotto di territorio, cucina sapiente. Ottimi impiattamenti. Personale gentile ed attento. Prezzo adeguato. Raggiungibile anche per chi non scia con comoda telecabina. La voglia di riprendere a sciare ci ha limitato, ma più che soddisfatti. Consigliato. Meglio prenotare.

13/04/2025: Siamo capitati per caso al termine della strada del vino, ottimo cibo e servizio cordiale e preciso.Antipasto di funghi vegetariano Veramente top. Da riprovare!

23/03/2025: Siamo stati in questa trattoria a pranzo Piatti ottimi e servizio lodevole Il bello avviene al momento di pagare Avendo un buono fatto dalla trattoria di euro 120… ricevuto come regalo di compleanno. arrivato il momento di pagare il conto di euro 88 presentiamo il buono e ci viene negato perché il prezzo del pranzo è inferiore al buono…. non restituiscono con un’altra soluzione la differenza in questo caso 32 euro Sono piccolezze che possono creare qualche dubbio.

13/02/2025: We spent a fantastic week!!! The owners are special people, helpful and professional. Cleanliness and courtesy are the order of the day. Excellent location, abundant dinner with excellent quality products!! The waiters in the dining room are kind and available for every need. We will be back next year!!!

20/05/2025: A beautiful, traditional hotel where the Habsburgs once stayed. Large hotel park with a pool and tennis courts across the street. A very good "regular" restaurant and a small Michelin-starred restaurant. Modern wellness area with a sauna and steam room. The name comes from an elephant who stopped in Brixen in the 16th century as a gift to the Habsburg court. A mural on the hotel's outer wall commemorates this event.

09/05/2025: In “The Elefant Restaurant” (not apostle restaurant), generally good dishes were served, but with surprising technical errors and a lack of balance, considering that a star-rated kitchen is served in the same establishment. The place setting was served with almost frozen butter that had crumbled apart (no spreadability). The (frozen) hazelnut soufflé was a delicious dessert, but it has nothing to do with a soufflé in terms of appearance or consistency; it could rather be described as a parfait (also taking into account that a frozen soufflé is not the same as a classic soufflé). The veal carpaccio had a very dominant acetic acidity and could have been more balanced. In the case of the veal cheek, a drop of oil was draped on the edge of the plate, but additional drops would have done the dish a lot of good as it was very “flat”. In addition, a little fleur de sel or salt crystals would have rounded off the dish better. Unfortunately not enough for the price and expectations.

05/04/2025: Posto bello ma non ho mai visto che il personale non dica niente che il cane stia sulla sedia dove sono le persone tutti meravigliati addirittura le cameriere accarezzano il cane senza parole

04/03/2025: Questo ristorante è dotato di una terrazza che da sola vale l'esperienza, posizionato con vista sulla Marmolada è assolutamente da non perdere se c'è una bella giornata. Anche per chi viene a piedi la posizione è perfetta e con una passeggiata di 45 minuti dalla cima del Piz Sorega si arriva tranquillamente con quella giusta fame :) Se aggiungete che si mangia benissimo, che il personale è particolarmente gentile e che i prezzi sono molto onesti, è facile capire che si sta alla grande. Menzione speciale per il kaisersmarren che è famoso per la sua bontà. Non ve lo perdete!

23/05/2025: Amazing mix of cultures. I love the oldschool typical tyrolean interior with the Asian cuisine. The standard of the fish is quite high for an all you can eat sushi. I can highly recommend this place one of my favorites and always happy to return

07/06/2025: The service and place are awesome, but the food I didn’t like it. I tried the fried seafood and it came out with a lot of small fishes and very much taste of oil. My boyfriend didn’t liked much his meal also. Maybe it’s a nice place for a drink or pizza (I saw another reviews that it has good pizza)

15/06/2025: Location immersed in peace and greenery, friendly staff attentive to the needs of the guests, wonderful spa. Huge rooms with spectacular views, heated pool and super relaxation area. Friendly and helpful even with children who did not want the stay to end, Thomas, the son of the wonderful owners, was an excellent entertainer for my children. Excellent cuisine. Highly recommended, we can't wait to go back.

29/06/2025: Went to the restaurant and welcomed by the staff! Very helpful and kind staff. Food was good. Good ambiance as well

27/06/2025: We book a day later with a couple of friends and show up together. We are greeted with some annoyance by the managers, who, with an Eastern accent, accuse us of "having messed up" the reservation -- since they had written both surnames wrong. Annoyed, they make us pay for the night in advance. We are escorted to the rooms, which could use a bit of renovation but are still acceptable (even if not exactly in line with the price). The next morning we have breakfast, with some cake presumably bought at a discount store, as well as cheese and cold cuts, which are tastier at Lidl. As we leave, our friends politely ask why they found themselves paying €20 more than us, for an identical room, booked a day earlier, moreover. They leave the hotel with the owner chasing them, shouting (in front of the other customers) that he does "whatever he wants", that "here come the Trentinotti" and that "I do the market". Not exactly a place I would recommend.

25/05/2025: We had booked the BBQ (grilled area) in exchange for drinks ten days in advance. We even double-checked and confirmed the reservation, and the lady on the phone clearly promised us the space. We organized everything carefully, invited our friends for the planned BBQ, paid for all BBQ stuff, and even traveled all the way from Bolzano to the restaurant. This was supposed to be a special day, and we had trusted the restaurant to honor their commitment. However, upon arrival, we were shocked and disappointed. First, the lady told us there was no reservation at all. Then, after some back and forth, she admitted she had our booking but claimed we should have called again. Moments later, she changed her story yet again, saying the BBQ area was already being used by someone else. Frankly, this behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. It raises a serious question: if the business owner cannot even keep a simple promise for a booking, how can they be trusted to deliver on other important aspects like food quality, hospitality, and customer care?

15/01/2025: We eat very well! Always plentiful and fresh! Very kind staff
