17/10/2025: The food was so delicious and the service was the best! First of all, the food was very good and the meat was soft. I felt that I kept checking the status of the table, and it was a meal that made me feel so good because of the service His name is JEFF !!! :). If I have a chance next time, I recommend it and I want to come back :)

26/08/2025: I found myself in Trento on a mission. After several attempts to find a place to stay, I finally found (also considering the positive reviews) the Hotel Everest. What can I say? Everything was perfect: the welcome, the kindness, the cleanliness, and the magnificent breakfast. The owners were fantastic.

22/08/2025: Wonderful experience! I stayed at the Hotel Everest from August 10 to 17, 2025, on a half-board basis. The room was comfortable and quiet, spotlessly clean, and well-ventilated. The reception staff was very kind and helpful, but I must also compliment all the dining room staff and the restaurant chefs. They truly pampered us, and they paid special attention to me, especially since I have celiac disease. The dinners were truly delicious, and the daily menu had a great selection. A truly enjoyable stay. We'll definitely be back!

27/02/2025: Vale la pena certamente di raggiungere Sarentino perchè Braunwirt merita una visita. Abbiamo scelto la degustazione di 4 portate a scelta dello chef già riportate nel menù, per le quali comunque viene chiesto se vi siano alimenti non graditi, così da evitare brutte sorprese. Partiti con vari pani di loro produzione, in accoppiamento a 3 tipologie di burro squisiti, a seguire le quattro portate comprendenti un tartare indimenticabile, piatti squisiti, complessi, esteticamente perfetti. Carta dei vini non particolarmente estesa, ma ricercata comprendente anche proposte, insolite, del territorio (vignaioli indipendenti). Servizio ottimo, conto nella norma considerando la qualità complessiva. Unica piccola pecca il locale, in effetti non di mio particolare gradimento per la vicinanza dei tavoli e le sedute, così da sentirsi più a Milano che non in Alto Adige, ma è un dettaglio.

23/02/2025: Che dire un esperienza davvero interessante, capitati per caso, abbiamo pranzato per la prima volta un sabato di dicembre, ci siamo tornati per due domeniche di febbraio consecutive con degli amici. 04/08/2025: The Talbauer Inn is an ideal stop on the way from Auer Castle to the Hochmuth mountain station—perfectly located with breathtaking views of the Etschtal Valley. The food was excellent: freshly prepared, authentic, and a real hit in terms of flavor! Particularly noteworthy: the fluffy Kaiserschmarrn, the hearty dumplings, and the noodle soup, of which our son ate two portions. That alone speaks volumes! The terrace offers a wonderful view of the valley, the atmosphere is relaxed and informal, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Payment can be made conveniently by card or cash—very straightforward. An all-round harmonious experience in a magnificent location. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to combine enjoyment with panoramic views!

28/08/2025: An absolute guarantee in Madonna di Campiglio. We've been customers for many years, and every time we visit Madonna di Campiglio, it's a must-visit. The restaurant is beautiful, with a quaint, yet very well-lit basement. The wine list is excellent, with a nice selection of wines and reasonable prices. The other items are organized in a very original and clearly visible way. The food is absolutely excellent, and all the dishes we've tried over the years are noteworthy. The tartare deserves special mention, prepared and seasoned to order, a true delicacy. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable.

Mr. Schiavon is a master of hospitality — from chasing down the street to confirm details for our hike, to selecting the perfect wine, and arranging a special dinner at his friend’s restaurant, The Riviera. The team was incredible: Davide made every detail seamless, Fabiola advised us on hikes and prepared a delicious picnic lunch, Fernanda gave a perfect massage after a long day, and Giada’s passion for fresh ingredients made dining unforgettable — the tartare was the best we’ve ever had! 05/08/2025: This is my second year here. The hotel is centrally located but away from the hustle and bustle. Very well-maintained and spacious rooms. Excellent service and friendly staff. I recommend it if you're looking for a luxury stay in Campiglio.

21/08/2025: I found this restaurant in the Gallo Rosso guide and it was a pleasant surprise. The view from the restaurant is beautiful. We went on a Thursday evening and were practically the only ones dining, so the service was very fast. The food was truly excellent, especially the dumplings and strudel. I highly recommend it!
