13/06/2025: Buonissima cucina, personale attento disponibile e cordiale, servizio veloce , ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ho cenato per tre sere consecutive in questo ristorante insieme ad amici ed è sempre stata per tutti una esperienza più che soddisfacente. Sicuramente torneremo!

25/05/2025: Unpretentious pizzeria/bar. The pizzas are good and xxl, the environment a bit old-fashioned but all in all nice. The only flaw, I thought I would spend a little less...but overall it's okay.

17/05/2025: In sharp decline compared to previous years. The specialty of the cuisine is the XL pizzas, which would feed even a bison. So if you want to stuff yourself, here you will find what you are looking for. Too bad that the quality has dropped since pre-covid. In any case I recommend it. I gave 3 stars, but it would be 3 and a half stars if I could have given them

03/06/2025: Inside the Byron hotel, the Magnolia offers many emotions thanks to the cuisine of Chef Marco Bernardo who combines the tasty cuisine of the South with experiences gained abroad, creating exceptional and refined meat and fish dishes. An extensive and well-composed wine list. A location with few seats but luxurious and modern. Staff at the highest levels in terms of service.

06/06/2025: We stopped for an aperitif. The waiter was quite helpful in explaining the cocktails to us, too bad the tommy"s was half a glass and without a garnish (it looked very bad) they left us a little bowl with chips which was also wet so the chips 🤮 and a little bowl of peanuts. When I asked if there were any olives, the annoyed waitress replied: I don't have any more...they've run out (it was Saturday at 6pm) 😱 nice view, but never again!

21/04/2025: Restaurant in the center of Colonnata, small but characteristic in the central square of the town, we had a series of starters and two first courses, a liter of wine and coffee, the service was very approximate, total €35 per person.

06/04/2025: After a walk along path 195, my partner and I decide to stop for lunch in this place. We sat down at 1.15pm, the waiter arrived to ask for the order about half an hour later and only following my request. The starter arrived, incomplete, at 2.30pm. Rest of the starter arrived 15 minutes later. The first after another hour, with qualities that did not reflect what was written on the menu: green tagliolini, instead of spelled, absent sausage ragù and overcooked pasta. I add that the wine I had chosen from their wine list was not present and another bottle was brought to me: 15 euros more expensive. Total price, 100 euros. Place where there is disorganization, if they had more competition, they would already be closed. Not recommended.

07/06/2025: Great hotel, indeed a bit outdated, but that's not a problem, you don't have to live there, right? It's clean, and everything works, extremely friendly people, who like to do something extra for you. Breakfast is a buffet with enough choice. Dinner is simple, for more extensive food there are also enough restaurants nearby.

27/05/2025: Pranzo in famiglia era il compleanno di mio padre abbiamo ordinato e non sono arrivati tutti i piatti, piatti senza sapore sopratutto spaghetti allo scoglio, c’era un uomo in sala molto scorbutico non è possibile che nel 2025 non abbiano un menù cartaceo sopratutto per le persone anziane , appena gliel’ho chiesto mi ha risposto pure male..!! Spero migliorino che così fanno poca strada

12/06/2025: My partner and I had dinner in this cute little place but it turned out to be an experience not to be repeated, the waiters seem to be taken from the street, one in particular who doesn't even know the table numbers and who when he arrives shouts the dishes and seems to throw them at you, the same one who accidentally kicked my partner's chair while passing by without even apologizing, instead telling him "watch out" as if it was his fault. We ended the dinner by asking for a coffee, maybe with the same powder they had already made a coffee previously because I only received dirty water. Let's not talk about the bill, we asked if they would bring it to the table after 15 minutes of waiting (taking into account that there were 4 tables that had already finished eating), since no one took us into account we had to get up, if they had told us come to the cashier we would have gone willingly, too bad because the food is decent.

12/06/2025: Since the restaurant was busy, we decided to eat there, which was a mistake. The waiter shuffled around the terrace in a very unmotivated manner and practically threw our plate onto the table while serving us, and the food was not attractively presented. The taste was tolerable, but not fine Italian cuisine. The restroom facilities were abysmal. There was no cistern cover and it couldn't be locked. A waste of money and time.

11/12/2024: This place has been closed permanently for over a year. There is now a new restaurant in the same place. How is this possible? Since I have been trying to update this for 4 months, and every time I see this business closed it is not the other one I want to book. Oh. Wake upaaaa.

08/06/2025: My girlfriend wasn't feeling well, so instead of ordering a drink she just took a glass of water. For a glass of water she paid €2.00. Absurd considering that I and other friends had ordered drinks and food regularly. Otherwise nice location, great food and drinks.

02/06/2025: Since the establishment we always go to is closed, my boyfriend and I decide at the last minute to go into this establishment, to have lunch and stop on the beach, a sunbed and two umbrellas for 35 euros and ok it's not a problem, it's ok, a restaurant set up as a hot food restaurant, a queue that's unbelievable but ok one thinks that the food is good since there's a queue so you do it, you stay at the beach and that's ok it's ok, it's ok, our turn comes and my boyfriend asks for a portion of spaghetti allo scoglio and they are given spaghetti with mussels and pecorino cheese, being allergic to cheese I eat them myself, ok cold, lots of oil but still edible, it was 2pm we were hungry, the nice piece arrives with the spaghetti with clams that they cook on request and the mixed fried fish, the spaghetti with clams were burnt and I'm not joking, clams and burnt garlic, smell and taste of burnt inedible in fact they remained intact, mixed fried fish that didn't taste of fish but of fried oil from the morning or from I don't know how long ago inedible in fact they remained intact In fact, if you want to go there on personal experience avoid eating there because the food is really terrible. We spent 55 euros for lunch, stolen money!

28/05/2025: Locale molto carino con ampia scelta di piatti, sia pesce che carne. Una particolare attenzione alle intolleranze alimentari (nel mio caso senza glutine). Cibo buono e personale molto gentile e disponibile. Fritto di calamari buono ma panatura un po' troppo secca. L'unica nota negativa è stata l'attesa tra una portata e l'altra....troppo lunga. Magari è stato un caso.... Nel complesso esperienza positiva, da ripetere se mi dovessi trovare ancora in quella zona.

28/06/2025: I'm sorry to write these things because I think that a bad evening can happen to anyone but... 40 minutes to have 4 seafood steamers and 2 mussels marinara.. served 5 other courses of which one was wrong and practically not eaten. Two portions of fried potatoes... 2 liters of wine (house wine) 2 bottles of water and 2 coffees for the modest sum of 46 euros per person.. me cojoni

16/06/2025: Esta era la parada perfecta para pizza, ensalada y vino! Gran comida, servicio amable y rápido, ubicación pintoresca fuera. No tengo idea de por qué este restaurante está recibiendo malas críticas — no podríamos haber estado más contentos. Gracias por una comida memorable en Porto Ercole!

05/06/2025: The atmosphere is ok, the pizza is quite good, the seafood spaghetti is not delicious, the calamari is not fresh and not worth the price of 18€, the service staff should improve their facial expression and smile more.
