03/06/2025: Cozy restaurant divided into different areas in the central area. Good typical dishes with a good quality-price ratio. I thank the guys Alessandro, Roberta and Francesca "la rossa" for their professionalism. Their advice in choosing the dishes was perfect. I recommend it. Better to book.

02/06/2025: We celebrated my dad's 70th birthday and had lunch with particularly refined dishes and we were pampered by the service in the room with helpful and always courteous waiters. Everything was very good!

18/06/2025: Evening with friends... Everyone liked the pizza... nice thin and well topped... impeccable service... The only thing I don't like and unfortunately it's a general problem is that they allow smoking at the outside tables... so close you can't escape passive smoking and that's not a good thing

05/06/2025: Very beautiful location, overlooking the southern coast of Monopoli, it stands on the rocks, where you can eat excellent fish dishes, with the sea that is not only a beautiful sight, but an essential ingredient. The staff is very competent, helpful and courteous.

24/04/2025: Given that the evaluation refers only to the restaurant. Beautiful and elegant location, modern restaurant, interesting description of the menu but expectations were disappointed: nothing to exalt, rather platter with only 1 type of cheese and only 1 type of sauce, the octopus was also beautiful to look at but less so to taste (hard and on tasteless broad bean cream, same bread of only 1 type/roll and a little "hard", well cooked pasta but without "character"), the dessert was disappointing (cold ricotta bar and dry). Maybe it was the expectation but there are many places where the food honors the place which however is and remains very beautiful. The other guests were foreigners anyway, so I conclude that perhaps ch2 is a location more for weddings or foreign customers and less for Italians accustomed to high-quality food. Friendly staff

11/06/2025: Now we know why this lovely hotel gets great reviews. We stayed a night driving from the south to Rome and what a choice we made. Super friendly family hotel with a lot more than meets the eye. Amazing spa facilities (must do) and a restaurant (we think Nonna is cooking!). However a word of warning as Rocco the cat is actually in charge ( so cute ) so be prepared to provide intel if you spot him in a sneaky hiding spot ! Good place. If your 50/50 trust us. Stay

19/02/2025: This hotel is a gem. Basically with an accomodation like this your destination is of secondary importance and you just lean back and enjoy your stay. It's family run, your wishes are fulfilled before you know you have them, the room is spotlessly clean and breakfast has a great selection of Italian pastries. The hospitality is first class!

23/05/2025: Consigliati da un persona del luogo siamo saliti a questo locale, un po’ fuori dalla zona centrale, ed abbiamo fatto benissimo! Due antipasti eccezionali! Cozze gratinate… ma soprattutto bruschetta con lardo di calamaro… assolutamente da non perdere… poi delle fantastiche linguine con una carbonare di ricci… meraviglioso piatto condito solo con ricci di mare ma con un “ mondo” da raccontare. Prezzo in linea con la qualità… assolutamente accettabile

29/04/2025: Nel cuore di Otranto, a due passi dall'ingresso del Castello, sorge questo locale raffinato ma dalla atmosfera rilassata grazie allo staff accogliente e preparato. Aprendo il menù si comprende subito che parliamo di un locale con piatti a base di pesce ma non convenzionali. Le preparazioni sono inusuali, gli ingredienti ottimi. Alcune di esse valgono una visita come la carbonara ai ricci di mare (non con le uova ma con le uova di riccio) a dir poco strepitosa e che nessuno riesce ad imitare. Il resto dei piatti sono di uguale livello. Prezzi sopra la media ma in linea con quanto servito.

25/05/2025: Great culinary experience, professionals serving at the tables with a lot of sympathy. Very fresh fish, raw and cooked. Unfortunately only for 45 minutes because I was working and therefore I could not enjoy all the delights written on the menu :-( I will return soon for sure. KAIMANO!!

18/06/2025: Restaurant in a magical location, with tables overlooking the cliff. The cuisine is refined and at the same time the flavors are simple. Each dish uses a local herb or aroma that pleasantly surprises. The wine pairings are perfect. Excellent service. The chef who introduces himself at the end of the meal would elicit applause, if he did not risk ruining the magical atmosphere of the place.

10/06/2025: I went there for a Wedding. The view is absolutely spectacular. We ate dinner at the restaurant and loved it. The service was very, very great and friendly. The food was also very thought through and delicious. You get great food with great service in a relaxing manner at stunning location. It can get quite stuffy and hot in there.
