12/11/2025: I attended a meeting in one of the old rooms. The route to the room fascinated me. The garden was beautifully kept and beautiful, with perfectly placed fountains and, to complete the experience, the lighting gave it a very retro feel. It didn't feel like I was in the city center.

28/10/2025: The best hotel in Foggia The welcome at check-in was warm and continued throughout our stay. The rooms are impeccably clean and fragrant, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch. The mattress offers excellent comfort, and the room's atmosphere is truly charming, making you feel like a privileged guest. Breakfast is a true triumph, with a wide selection of options available. Special mention goes to the gym, equipped with high-quality equipment and a very comfortable and functional environment. On my next visit, I will definitely try the spa. Furthermore, the staff demonstrates a special love for animals: Simba greatly appreciated the attention he received and the treats. We will definitely be back!!!!

08/12/2025: Good morning, yesterday I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant with a dear friend of mine for lunch, who took me to Monopoli for the first time. What can I say? As soon as we entered, fate decreed that we were the first to arrive, and thus had that little bit of anxiety about being in full view of everyone. Haha, then, just two seconds later, not only did we smell the delicious food, but we also immediately sensed the special aroma of a kind welcome that made us feel instantly at home. And, above all, seeing the PEACE of mind that permeates the heart of the place and all the people who work there, always with a genuine smile on their faces, filled my heart from the very first moment. Politeness? Simply extraordinary, needless to say. Always attentive to everything, but always with a smile. A friendliness that I would describe as 110%. I savored the delicious dishes, those spectacular baked potatoes, that seafood platter. I'm also sorry I was full, otherwise I would have taken it home if I could, haha, 🥹🥹 but anyway, we chatted, and we kept repeating: "What a beautiful place, what lovely people, how delicious this pasta is, look how lovely the waiters are to each other, seeing them smile at their work is not a given, given that some people work almost reluctantly these days, etc." Because having GOOD-hearted people around you really improves your mood. I felt free of mind, for the first time in a while: I even told my friend, it almost felt like a burden had been lifted from me. Maybe it's the wonderful humanity of those who work there, the atmosphere, the EXTRAORDINARY food, the good company, or the wonderful light that envelops the place... but I hope to return countless times. Kindness, politeness, goodness of heart, believing in what you do, respect for yourself and then for those around you, and above all, a HUGE SMILE will always be the best ways to face life. 13/11/2025: Far from the best pizzas I've had in Italy, there were two of us and the pizzas were served 10 minutes apart, the red wine was tasteless, all alcohol, and the spritz was missing the little orange slice; in short, it's more like "fast food pizza".

22/10/2025: We went to Pizzeria Santo Stefano, and overall, the experience was a bit mixed. The pizza was really good—light dough, fresh ingredients, and perfectly cooked—but unfortunately, the service somewhat ruined the evening. The staff seemed in a rush to get us through our dinner and send us away, creating a rather unpleasant and unrelaxed atmosphere. It's a shame, because the quality of the pizza is truly worth it, but the staff's behavior leaves much to be desired. I hope they improve their customer service, because with a little more courtesy, this place could be perfect.

05/10/2025: Excellent pizza and a wide selection of beers.... The Carlo V on tap is exceptional, the service is well organised, kind and helpful, and the service is prompt.

23/11/2025: Years may pass and locations may change, but Chef Fiorini's cuisine remains an exceptional treat for our palates. A welcoming and easily accessible restaurant in the city center, the traditional dishes are generous, just like they were in the old days, before today's minimalist gourmet cuisine existed, using fresh and delicious ingredients. Finally, the family-run atmosphere makes guests feel at home even when dining out. Prices are much lower than usual, so we'll return again...and again...and again.

11/10/2025: It's a simple pizzeria where I come whenever I'm looking for good food at a still-fair price. Today I had a simple Margherita, and you might be wondering what's so special about it. Well, it was absolutely perfect! 5 stars absolutely deserved. The sauce tasted like sauce, the mozzarella tasted like mozzarella. Excellent dough, nicely salted. In short, excellent! Ps. Sorry for the photo, but it was so good that the pizza ran out ;)
