13/05/2026: I expected more from this hotel than was delivered. I was staying in a room which was advertised as 'deluxe' (reflected in the price!) but the decor was dated, the shower leaked and there were very small paper cups for tea/coffee. The worst experience was the breakfast room. It was disorganised, chaotic and too small for the number of guests.. There is one coffee machine to serve everyone having breakfast. I am sure anyone reading this review can imagine how long the queues to use it are and how often it needs to be serviced. There also seems to be a problem replenishing food, cutlery and crockery. The only positive thing about this hotel was the delightful lady preparing hot food for guests. I was also surprised that on checking out, the reception team did not ask how I enjoyed the stay. This will not be a hotel I will stay in again.

11/05/2026: Very disappointing experience with the property’s customer service. Despite informing them immediately about an unavoidable travel issue and providing proof, they showed no willingness to help or offer any reasonable solution. The communication felt unprofessional and completely lacking in understanding toward guests facing unexpected circumstances.

20/06/2026: Hotel just steps from Piazza Giordano. The staff is very friendly, and the property meets our expectations. Breakfast is a highlight.

19/02/2026: 5 out of 10 stars. Overall, the facility is quaint, being located in Foggia's old town. Clean and tidy, with a Finnish sauna for up to 3 people and a Turkish sauna for up to 4 people. I loved the Finnish sauna. The owner is extremely helpful and attentive to every aspect of his or her needs. Now, let's move on to the negatives: - At the reception desk, we were told that my partner couldn't use the spa because, being blind, she "would slip." Luckily, she spoke to the owner, and we got the go-ahead without too much trouble, overcoming the receptionist's concerns. - The whirlpool was partially functional, with no waterfall. - The space has a very soft atmosphere for those who want to experience the spa by candlelight, and I appreciate it. I would remove some corner furniture, because it gets knocked over every time proper precautions aren't taken. The room assigned to us is very compact; they didn't want to give us the other one because there were steps. And with the TV positioned badly in the corner of the bathroom, where you risk colliding with it, and the bedside table missing for one of the guests, that's saying something. A modest breakfast...

Everything about our dinner was perfect: the atmosphere was simple yet welcoming; the service was attentive and professional; the seafood-focused menu was high-quality both in terms of ingredients and preparation. Finally, the dessert was also refined and delicious. The prices were very fair. All in all, a truly enjoyable evening. Congratulations!

14/07/2026: The location is undeniably beautiful, right by the water with a lovely view. However, it’s also one of the most photographed spots in Polignano a Mare, so expect a constant stream of people taking pictures. During our visit, there was also a large stage next to the restaurant with an ongoing sound check, which made the atmosphere far from peaceful or romantic. The restaurant requires each guest to order at least two courses. We both chose the lobster pasta as a starter. It was good, but there was very little actual lobster. It tasted as though it had been made with a lobster bisque or stock rather than containing much lobster meat, which was disappointing. For our main courses, we both ordered fish. It was well-cooked, beautifully presented, and flavorful, but the portion was surprisingly small. What lowered the experience the most was the service. The staff didn’t feel particularly warm or welcoming, and we often felt more like an inconvenience than valued guests. Despite booking well in advance, we were seated at one of the least desirable tables, directly facing the noisy stage. We had to ask if we could move ourselves, which felt strange given that we had reserved ahead of time. One detail also felt a bit artificial. The restaurant offers men the option to surprise their partners with flowers, which sounds like a lovely idea. However, when several couples arrive at the same time, are seated next to each other, and every woman receives the exact same flower, it loses its charm and starts to feel more staged than romantic .. Overall, the food and wine were enjoyable, but the atmosphere lacked authenticity. Rather than feeling like an intimate Italian dining experience, it felt more focused on appearances. If you’re looking for genuine romance and local charm, this probably isn’t the place. The wine, however, was excellent.
