16/02/2026: We're so sorry!!!!!!! We were there last year and had a wonderful meal. We thought we'd repeat the wonderful experience, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. We had a terrible dinner. The house appetizer, which was overpriced, should definitely be avoided. The octopus was cold and rubbery, the mussels au gratin were inedible, dry, and tough. The burger was unclear what kind of meat it was made of. Only the pizza was good. We don't want to offend the management, but we believe that reviews—negative ones, that is—help improve customer service. We're ordinary people, without great expectations, but certainly not naive. We'll hardly return!!!

The owner childishly sent his employees to us instead of coming himself.
He hid behind the counter and tried to argue.
NOT A GOOD HOST AND NO GOOD FOOD.
I come from the restaurant industry myself; offering something like this to guests for that price is absolutely unacceptable.

13/02/2026: Excellent, clean, and tidy sandwich shop. The sandwiches are delicious, high-quality, and the prices are very fair. The self-service checkout system, typical of large fast food restaurants, is also a nice idea.
11/01/2026: Terrible experience with home delivery. After more than an hour's delay from the scheduled delivery date, I tried calling the restaurant to check on the status of my order. They never answered despite over 40 calls. After an hour and forty minutes, the order arrived with the food cold.

18/08/2025: I highly recommend this place; I think it's the worst restaurant in Avetrana. Today, for the first time, we went to a restaurant, paid quickly, having left everything (the first course we ordered) on our plates, and at 1:30 PM we were looking for a new place to eat. As soon as we arrived at the Perla, we politely asked if we could eat and were escorted into this large, dark dining room that gave the impression of being completely unsanitary. The lady brought us the menu, we looked at it, and when it came time to order, we opted for three different first courses. The "Lady" insistently asked us to order the same first course for convenience without giving any real reason, and we didn't take kindly to her. We decided to just order that (three tagliolini with scampi) and a bottle of still water. Once the courses arrived, we tasted them and a few forkfuls, all three of us realized it was not our day. We left almost everything on our plates and asked for the bill. We left having spent a total of 38 euros without having eaten anything. But the worst thing was that the owner didn't even care about our inconvenience. She just took our money and said goodbye!!!

02/06/2025: Attirati dalla gente seduta fuori dal locale abbiamo deciso di fermarci d profumo di mare a pranza. Nonostante il locale fosse pieno abbiamo mangiato in tempi normali e il servizio è stato impeccabile. Ottimo il pesce alla griglia pulito con cura al tavolo dai camerieri.
Prezzo giusto in base alla qualità dei prodotti. Torneremo a trovarvi

24/04/2025: Sono stata in questo posto con amici per pranzo. Una vera e propria delusione! Piatti riscaldati (arrosto fatto molto prima)
Non lo consiglio assolutamente,sicuramente non ci tornerò
22/04/2025: Purtroppo la mia esperienza presso il ristorante Le Arcate è stata decisamente deludente. A partire dall’antipasto, che non ha lasciato nessuna impressione positiva, fino ai primi (entrambi poco curati e insipidi), per non parlare del secondo, servito senza attenzione e con una qualità davvero discutibile.
Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è totalmente squilibrato: per quello che abbiamo mangiato, il conto è stato esagerato e assolutamente non giustificato.
Mi dispiace, ma non lo consiglio e sicuramente non ci tornerò.
