Pessimo servizio
Uno dei camerieri era molto nervoso… sbatteva tavoli e sedie davanti a tutti noi con l’intera Sala piena.
Si moriva di caldo, abbiamo chiesto di accendere l’aria condizionata, ma dopo un paio di ore hanno deciso di spegnerla.
Cibo misero e poca qualità, a tal punto da causare sonno disturbato nella notte sino a provocare diarrea.
Servizio lentissimo… basta pensare che le pizze sono arrivate alle 10:45… dove bambini e anziani presenti al tavolo erano assonati o addirittura qualcuno dormiva.
Mi spiace fare una recensione come questa, ma devo per rispetto del cliente che come me, pensa di scegliere il meglio.
Sicuro non ci metto più piede.

25/08/2025: Having to leave a review about a bar just for a beer should be rare, but Faros Café deserves it. I went with three friends, we sat for about 20 minutes, each having a beer, and on top of the beers, they charged us a €1.50 cover charge each.
16/08/2025: Service miserable ways zero scouts I am very sorry that I wanted to choose Greek shop because I am from Greece and tell me without even having to book the table to raise us and not even apologize because they probably wanted just to persecute us so I felt!
I hope the gentleman who owns the shop understands that he must choose people with respect for his shop!

16/08/2025: €16 for a takeaway fried calamari which, according to the girl at the cashier, was enough for two people... in the end the generous portion was a small tray with about ten rings 😂
15/08/2025: Terrible experience, I got a pizza (disgusting) and a beer to go for €16. Since we were waiting at the bar and sipping beer at the entrance (the place was empty), when they delivered the pizza I opened it to eat a slice and was literally kicked out by the unfriendly and rude owner. We politely apologized and went to eat pizza on the beach, and halfway through I found a piece of plastic under my teeth! I threw it away.

30/07/2025: Finally, a Roman-style calzone that lives up to the good old days... excellent pizza and calzone, really light dough, and best of all, a wonderful smile welcomes you at the door and invites you to sit down. A truly positive experience; we arrived at 10:30 PM and were ready to eat within 10 minutes.
07/07/2025: I returned after a few years. We went last night for dinner. Spectacular. We had an exceptional grill for 2 and grilled mortadella. A true poem of flavors. Highly recommended.

15/06/2025: Unser heutiger Besuch war leider enttäuschend. Lange Wartezeit, Sugo hat nicht überzeugt. Hatte es vom letzten Winter besser in Erinnerung. Damals hat alles gepasst. Heute hat sich die Wartezeit nicht gelohnt. Schade.
13/06/2025: Antes de nada leí las otras reseñas. Algunos pobres y algunos buenos, pero como este lugar fue recomendado por el aire ser y ser propietario esperábamos calidad. Conseguimos calidad seguro. El filete estaba fabuloso al igual que las patatas fritas que lo acompañaban. La pizza era tan deliciosa y el vino excepcional. Nuestro camarero tenía un poco de inglés y nuestro jefe de grupo un poco de italiano, así que nos las arreglamos para pedir. Odio con pasión los sistemas de menús electrónicos desde el covid pero me las arreglé. Sí, algunos camareros están un poco distraídos. SÍ, el servicio es lento, pero esto es Italia donde nadie se apresura. La factura llegó a 165€ incluyendo una buena botella de vino tinto, 2 aperol spritz, 3 minerales 2 botellas de agua 2 chips anti pasta. Con 5 adultos todos con uñas y 3 postres. Estaba delicioso.

06/05/2025: These people prey on tourists. We finished eating at a packed restaurant that had a waiting line so we decided to have a nightcap somewhere else. This place was almost completely empty but looked nice. The moment I told them we were just there for drinks, you could see they were disappointed. Not very smart because the more people you have sitting at your restaurant, the more customers you will attract. We had $8.00 in drinks and they charged an additional $5.00 service fee. We were only there for 20 minutes or so. We found really good people in Bari running great restaurants, you're better off giving others your business.

Non lo consiglio assolutamente,sicuramente non ci tornerò
22/04/2025: Purtroppo la mia esperienza presso il ristorante Le Arcate è stata decisamente deludente. A partire dall’antipasto, che non ha lasciato nessuna impressione positiva, fino ai primi (entrambi poco curati e insipidi), per non parlare del secondo, servito senza attenzione e con una qualità davvero discutibile.
Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è totalmente squilibrato: per quello che abbiamo mangiato, il conto è stato esagerato e assolutamente non giustificato.
Mi dispiace, ma non lo consiglio e sicuramente non ci tornerò.
