Edit: to respond to the store - I was not in the wrong store, I know it is a takeout, don't try to pin your bad service on me or some other place...
31/05/2026: Disappointing experience. We ordered to eat in, sitting at a table, but the pizzas were served in boxes instead of plates. They were also very burnt, and the quality was not satisfactory. The staff was not particularly welcoming to tourists. I recommend paying more attention to both the service and the pizza preparation. I do not recommend it.

06/06/2026: We ordered two pizzas to go on a Saturday, an hour and a half late, plus we received pizzas we hadn't ordered.
We supposedly ordered two, but three arrived, one of which was completely burned...
When we called back, they told us it wasn't true, that we ordered three, when in reality that wasn't the case, and they told us it was a lie that the pizza was burned...

Il personale tutto altamente professionale ed attento, nulla é lasciato al caso, lodevole il lavoro che svolgono.
Le portate sono state tutte eccellenti, senza pecca e presentate ad alto livello, il sapere é una reale emozione.
Se vi trovate a Trani dovete obbligatoriamente fermarvi in questo ristorante, altrimenti avrete perso la possibilità di deliziare le vostre papille gustative!

23/05/2025: Ottimo primo piatto a base di mare con pasta fresca. Ottimo secondo di mare. Bellissima location, con vista porto di Trani e scorcio cattedrale Romania. Servizi igienici puliti. Personale professionale. Unica nota negativa: piatti "sbeccati" in più punti.

26/04/2026: First of all, I've known the place and the owners for years, but just a courtesy: if someone doesn't know that on Saturdays or holidays there's karaoke, dance halls, group dancing, discos, and so on, please let me know when someone books well in advance. You never know if someone wants to go for a meal, chat, and a relaxing evening with friends, or if they want to go wild dancing. You never know. Next time, let future customers who aren't aware of these things know in advance. You may get negative reviews like mine. Unfortunately, to my dismay, no one paid for my dinner or evening, so you also need to be clear when someone books.
13/12/2025: I wouldn't even advise my worst enemy to go to that restaurant, dirty cutlery, dirty plate, everything dirty, it makes me want to vomit.

I recently dined here and was blown away by the outstanding service—especially from our waiter, Peaky. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect. His recommendations were spot-on, and his warm demeanor made the meal even more enjoyable.

Everything about our dinner was perfect: the atmosphere was simple yet welcoming; the service was attentive and professional; the seafood-focused menu was high-quality both in terms of ingredients and preparation. Finally, the dessert was also refined and delicious. The prices were very fair. All in all, a truly enjoyable evening. Congratulations!

02/06/2025: Attirati dalla gente seduta fuori dal locale abbiamo deciso di fermarci d profumo di mare a pranza. Nonostante il locale fosse pieno abbiamo mangiato in tempi normali e il servizio è stato impeccabile. Ottimo il pesce alla griglia pulito con cura al tavolo dai camerieri.
Prezzo giusto in base alla qualità dei prodotti. Torneremo a trovarvi

22/04/2025: Purtroppo la mia esperienza presso il ristorante Le Arcate è stata decisamente deludente. A partire dall’antipasto, che non ha lasciato nessuna impressione positiva, fino ai primi (entrambi poco curati e insipidi), per non parlare del secondo, servito senza attenzione e con una qualità davvero discutibile.
Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è totalmente squilibrato: per quello che abbiamo mangiato, il conto è stato esagerato e assolutamente non giustificato.
Mi dispiace, ma non lo consiglio e sicuramente non ci tornerò.
