19/05/2025: 05/18/2025 Celebrated my son's 1st communion, it was supposed to be an unforgettable day on the positive side, it was but on the negative side, for what I spent on the way out I went to a pizzeria. Poor service, dishes that were left on the tables, to be able to have a bottle of water half an hour of waiting. Never again ... highly not recommended ... very bad experience

20/05/2025: Nice place, good food but really bad service. Even though we had a reservation they made us wait 40 minutes (it's okay on a Saturday night), if it weren't for the fact that we insisted and we probably would have waited even longer since the girl who welcomed us didn't want to seat us at a table because we had a supposed reservation and then didn't even show up, even though we had already been waiting for half an hour. After this long wait we finally sat down and were served, luckily the food was excellent and made up for the terrible and rude service of the waitress who clearly made it clear that she was annoyed by us, without a valid reason since at most we should have been the ones annoyed. At the end of the day I recommend it if you're not the kind of person who gives weight to the waiter's behavior.

15/06/2025: Unser heutiger Besuch war leider enttäuschend. Lange Wartezeit, Sugo hat nicht überzeugt. Hatte es vom letzten Winter besser in Erinnerung. Damals hat alles gepasst. Heute hat sich die Wartezeit nicht gelohnt. Schade.
13/06/2025: Antes de nada leí las otras reseñas. Algunos pobres y algunos buenos, pero como este lugar fue recomendado por el aire ser y ser propietario esperábamos calidad. Conseguimos calidad seguro. El filete estaba fabuloso al igual que las patatas fritas que lo acompañaban. La pizza era tan deliciosa y el vino excepcional. Nuestro camarero tenía un poco de inglés y nuestro jefe de grupo un poco de italiano, así que nos las arreglamos para pedir. Odio con pasión los sistemas de menús electrónicos desde el covid pero me las arreglé. Sí, algunos camareros están un poco distraídos. SÍ, el servicio es lento, pero esto es Italia donde nadie se apresura. La factura llegó a 165€ incluyendo una buena botella de vino tinto, 2 aperol spritz, 3 minerales 2 botellas de agua 2 chips anti pasta. Con 5 adultos todos con uñas y 3 postres. Estaba delicioso.

06/05/2025: These people prey on tourists. We finished eating at a packed restaurant that had a waiting line so we decided to have a nightcap somewhere else. This place was almost completely empty but looked nice. The moment I told them we were just there for drinks, you could see they were disappointed. Not very smart because the more people you have sitting at your restaurant, the more customers you will attract. We had $8.00 in drinks and they charged an additional $5.00 service fee. We were only there for 20 minutes or so. We found really good people in Bari running great restaurants, you're better off giving others your business.

16/06/2024: Trovo veramente scorretto fare i soldi sulle malattie delle persone. Già non indicare i prezzi del panino senza glutine e della birra senza glutine nel menù non è corretto, ma in più far pagare 12€ un panino confezionato in una busta di plastica, messo tipo sottovuoto e scongelato al microonde, dall'aspetto peggio del cheeseburger da 1€ del MC Donald's... In più senza neanche scriverlo nel menù!! Un celiaco non ha altra scelta, una volta che si trova lì. Ma sicuramente la prossima volta sceglieremo di andare altrove.
10/06/2024: Dirigiéndome a la zona principal para cenar y vi este lugar en su lugar y pensé por qué no, estoy tan contento de haberlo hecho, el bar era extremadamente amable y servicial, la camarera me ayudó con mi pedido ya que sé muy poco italiano y no tenía mis vasos conmigo, ella eligió mi cerveza 👌🏻y quería una hamburguesa y su sugerencia fue la hamburguesa “básica”, probablemente fue la mejor hamburguesa que he comido, volveré seguro

04/02/2025: Purtroppo e mi dispiace dare una valutazione bassa ma,da quando hanno cambiato gestione non è la stessa pinsa. La mia era cruda quella dei miei amici bruciata. Abbiamo preso anche delle patatine fritte ed avevano un sapore strano, amaro perché l'olio era da cambiare. Prima ed ultima volta. Il personale è molto gentile lo devo ammettere ma, devono offrire la stessa pinsa dell'ex moma.

22/04/2025: Purtroppo la mia esperienza presso il ristorante Le Arcate è stata decisamente deludente. A partire dall’antipasto, che non ha lasciato nessuna impressione positiva, fino ai primi (entrambi poco curati e insipidi), per non parlare del secondo, servito senza attenzione e con una qualità davvero discutibile.
Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è totalmente squilibrato: per quello che abbiamo mangiato, il conto è stato esagerato e assolutamente non giustificato.
Mi dispiace, ma non lo consiglio e sicuramente non ci tornerò.
