29/11/2025: I discovered a place where the raw ingredients are undeniably excellent and beautifully served and presented, with excellent and attentive service! Top pizza, light and digestible dough, equally excellent and well-cooked meats like the fillet of colt and the spectacular Andriese cutlet, and finally the ricotta cannoli 😍

16/11/2025: I visited Virgò in Andria and had a truly amazing experience. We started with a selection of carefully selected and flavorful appetizers. The platters deserve a special mention: top-quality cured meats, tender and fragrant, literally melting in the mouth. The pizzas were another pleasant discovery: light, well-leavened, and made with fresh ingredients. The sliced ​​meat didn't disappoint either: perfectly cooked, the meat was incredibly tender and flavorful. A place that combines quality, attention to detail, and a welcoming atmosphere. Virgò is definitely a place I'll return to and one I recommend without hesitation.

15/01/2026: I'd like to express my immense gratitude to La Tradizione - Fornello Pugliese. We came from Warsaw to meet our Italian family, and although we've visited many places, this one will forever remain in our hearts! The quality of the meat is incredible! Nothing in the truffle tartare covered the authentic flavor of the raw material. The steaks were served exactly as we requested. The portions are incredibly generous... When they brought us the veal strips with arugula, I was amazed by the size of the plate... Lemon was the only thing I wanted to add to that work of art, and it was already there on the plate! Honestly, when the truffle meatballs arrived, I was already on edge... but of course I had to try that masterpiece. Like everything else: phenomenal! Excellent beer and quality white and rosé wines. We ended the evening with dessert. I don't even remember what we ordered exactly, but I'm sure any of their desserts are 10/10! A special thanks goes to the staff. The waiters and the guys at the meat counter were incredibly kind. They treated us like old friends! Thank you so much. When I'm back in the area, I'll definitely come visit you! 01/02/2026: Well-kept place, amazing pizza, I haven't eaten a pizza like this in a long time, even the desserts are of excellent quality and beautifully presented. Highly recommended, a little more expensive than average but that's okay, quality has to be paid for.

29/11/2025: I went last night with friends, a pleasant surprise in front of the fireplace! A small, cozy, rustic place... Their gnocchi specialty is special! The horse meat pieces and the delicious homemade crème brulee were also excellent, and the service was friendly.

18/10/2025: We were here just for dinner - we liked it. It's not the season anymore, so there are very few tourists, and there was no need to book a table in advance - we did it in person the day before without any problems. The staff speaks English. The service is excellent, unobtrusive and appropriate. We didn't take the complimentary wine, but the offered glass of white was very pleasant and went well with dinner. We had a table by the window, but, unfortunately, it was raining heavily all evening, so neither the stars nor the moon above the sea were visible, and in principle nothing was visible out the window)))), but this did not prevent us from enjoying the taste and conversation. In addition to delicious food, the restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, beautiful bright design. If we are in these places, we will definitely come back to try the next menu. Thank you for the wonderful experience and mood! Citrus notes in the dishes were wonderful!:)

15/10/2025: I found a warm welcome, hospitality, and excellent, simple vegetarian cuisine, as well as the wine pairings. The dining room and sea view are breathtaking, and even the room I chose with its terrace allowed me to enjoy a wonderful sunrise. Thank you, AnnaLisa and staff.

07/02/2026: A very beautiful and elegant restaurant, with attentive and punctual service and a convenient location in the town. The dishes are all excellent, and the quality of the ingredients is clearly evident. Prices are absolutely in line with the quality offered.

06/02/2026: Good food, overly sophisticated appetizers with risky combinations. The appetizer was mostly seafood with some off-key notes: a flavored roast beef, and pucce with pulled pork, which, in my opinion, just didn't fit together. Too many strong condiments that obscured the flavor of the fish. What a shame!

27/12/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, without a reservation, one day during the Christmas holidays. We'd heard good things about it, and it deserved its reputation: we had excellent raw seafood (compliments to the accompanying sauces), a first course (tagliolini spunsale and anchovy colatura), a second course (sea bass with chard cream), and two desserts. Everything was delicious! It must be said: the price isn't cheap. The service was truly friendly, both to us and to our dog. I recommend it for a special occasion.

04/01/2026: Beautiful venue, we hosted a friends' baptism. The venue was decorated down to the smallest detail for the Christmas period, making it look like a branch of GelsominoHome. The appetizers, first courses, and second courses were delicious and of excellent quality. Clean and friendly staff. Congratulations.

14/12/2025: I've been to this pizzeria and had a truly wonderful time. The food was all very good and tasty, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. I'd like to give a special compliment to Abi, the waitress who served us: kind, polite, and always smiling. She made us feel welcomed from start to finish with great professionalism and attention. The service was truly impeccable and made the experience even more enjoyable. I'll gladly return!

09/11/2025: If you're in Alberobello, don't miss this restaurant near the Trullo Sovrano. A minimalist, refined atmosphere, with plenty of modern and contemporary art prints on the walls (the chef's passion), and limited seating. The atmosphere is intimate and relaxed, yet quite elegant. The service was impeccable, very attentive and precise. We tried both the Classics and Vegetarian menus, and both impressed us, from the noteworthy finger foods to the dessert. Simple, traditional dishes with a twist, showcasing often overlooked ingredients (like carob beans or parsley root) to the fullest. We were also very impressed with the wine pairings, which we highly recommend. I recommend spending time with the chef and chatting with him to immerse yourself in his vision of cuisine and have a laugh together. I'll just leave a small note as a pointer: we would have liked to have had warm bread, and it would have been even better for the olive oil tasting. A truly positive experience, we'll see you again soon.

15/09/2025: The croissant was filled on the spot with cold custard. The flavor of the custard seemed rather bland to me. The croissant didn't seem fresh. The cappuccino was just okay. Unfortunately, my reference is the Manhattan bar from 30 years ago, which was the last time I enjoyed a good breakfast. I've been away for a few decades, but I've missed the goodness of the Manhattan bar of yesteryear.

02/06/2025: Posto molto curato, semplice ed elegante. Il personale tutto altamente professionale ed attento, nulla é lasciato al caso, lodevole il lavoro che svolgono. Le portate sono state tutte eccellenti, senza pecca e presentate ad alto livello, il sapere é una reale emozione. Se vi trovate a Trani dovete obbligatoriamente fermarvi in questo ristorante, altrimenti avrete perso la possibilità di deliziare le vostre papille gustative! ECCELLENTE E CONSIGLIATISSIMO
