18/10/2025: We were here just for dinner - we liked it. It's not the season anymore, so there are very few tourists, and there was no need to book a table in advance - we did it in person the day before without any problems. The staff speaks English. The service is excellent, unobtrusive and appropriate. We didn't take the complimentary wine, but the offered glass of white was very pleasant and went well with dinner. We had a table by the window, but, unfortunately, it was raining heavily all evening, so neither the stars nor the moon above the sea were visible, and in principle nothing was visible out the window)))), but this did not prevent us from enjoying the taste and conversation. In addition to delicious food, the restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, beautiful bright design. If we are in these places, we will definitely come back to try the next menu. Thank you for the wonderful experience and mood! Citrus notes in the dishes were wonderful!:)

15/10/2025: I found a warm welcome, hospitality, and excellent, simple vegetarian cuisine, as well as the wine pairings. The dining room and sea view are breathtaking, and even the room I chose with its terrace allowed me to enjoy a wonderful sunrise. Thank you, AnnaLisa and staff.

22/02/2026: A very positive experience, with a welcoming atmosphere and expertly revisited traditional dishes. The live band, which discreetly entertained the diners, was a welcome addition. The wine selection was excellent. The owner's empathetic professionalism made the lunch even more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

15/02/2026: The atmosphere and service were definitely good....but I think I'm comparing it more to a restaurant than a pizzeria...because for me, the pizza was a no-no. The appetizers, on the other hand, were excellent.

21/01/2026: This summer I had the opportunity to dine at Ristorante Calvi and the experience was excellent. The quality of the ingredients was top-notch and the service impeccably managed: I was pleasantly surprised, even though I already had moderate to high expectations. Special thanks to the chef for his availability and for taking the time to share tips and quick recipes. A restaurant I would return to without hesitation.

07/03/2026: During the evening, a waiter accidentally dropped a bowl of red sauce, splashing it all over our table, both our clothes and our skin. It happens, and no one wants to blame this waiter, but there were two waitresses across from our table who stared at the scene and laughed. In addition to this waiter and the two waitresses who saw the scene, there were three other staff members in the dining room, and no one, and I mean NO ONE, approached our table to ask if everything was okay. My wife immediately asked for stain remover, and no one came near. After repeatedly asking for help, especially because one of the guests at the table had a white shirt completely stained with sauce, someone finally came over. A waitress wearing a black helmet then arrived and apologized for what had happened, but then immediately said, "Only those who don't work never make mistakes." The whole thing ended with the owner intervening, offering a discount on the bill. There's nothing to complain about on this last point, but in such an important and renowned restaurant in our area, such behavior from the waiters who witnessed the scene and instead of intervening decided to laugh it off is unacceptable (I'm talking about the two waitresses standing motionless in front of our table). And it's unacceptable for a waitress (with all due respect to the profession) to respond to the customer thinking he couldn't hear. The quality of the products is unquestionable, but service always makes the difference. Credit goes to the waiter who caused the damage, who was mortified, but he really had nothing to do with it, because yes, it's human to make mistakes, but it's not human to ignore certain situations. I would advise the owner to think about this as well as the turnover.

01/03/2026: We visited Tradizione Braceria and had a truly positive experience. The quality of the meat is excellent, and you can immediately sense the care taken in selecting the ingredients, with truly tasty specialties and premium cuts that satisfy even the most discerning palates. The cooking was perfect and the flavor authentic. The service was impeccable; the staff were welcoming, professional, and always attentive without being intrusive. We felt at ease. The attention to accessibility was also greatly appreciated, with an elevator that allows access for people with disabilities. The only small drawback was that the dining room downstairs was a bit too noisy, probably due to the chaos of Saturday night. At times, it was difficult to communicate comfortably, even when facing each other. Otherwise, an excellent experience in every way. We'll definitely be back!

18/02/2026: A very pleasant experience, one we gladly repeat whenever the opportunity arises. The food is good, the atmosphere is quiet, and the owners are very friendly and helpful. The location is always tidy and well-maintained, and the ambiance is elegant.

27/12/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, without a reservation, one day during the Christmas holidays. We'd heard good things about it, and it deserved its reputation: we had excellent raw seafood (compliments to the accompanying sauces), a first course (tagliolini spunsale and anchovy colatura), a second course (sea bass with chard cream), and two desserts. Everything was delicious! It must be said: the price isn't cheap. The service was truly friendly, both to us and to our dog. I recommend it for a special occasion.

22/12/2025: I stopped by here by chance, as I'm not from Bari. The food is excellent, especially the quiche and pinsa. There's a good selection of beers, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

02/06/2025: Posto molto curato, semplice ed elegante. Il personale tutto altamente professionale ed attento, nulla é lasciato al caso, lodevole il lavoro che svolgono. Le portate sono state tutte eccellenti, senza pecca e presentate ad alto livello, il sapere é una reale emozione. Se vi trovate a Trani dovete obbligatoriamente fermarvi in questo ristorante, altrimenti avrete perso la possibilità di deliziare le vostre papille gustative! ECCELLENTE E CONSIGLIATISSIMO

04/01/2026: Beautiful venue, we hosted a friends' baptism. The venue was decorated down to the smallest detail for the Christmas period, making it look like a branch of GelsominoHome. The appetizers, first courses, and second courses were delicious and of excellent quality. Clean and friendly staff. Congratulations.

15/02/2026: Lunch at Pashà, a tastefully renovated farmhouse, an art gallery in the Apulian countryside. Not only is the lunch worth the trip, but also what you'll see inside: paintings, sculptures, and works of art that blend perfectly with the setting. The weather wasn't kind, but the interior makes you forget the rain, and this place is magical in the summer. The cuisine on the menu showcases the local cuisine with an eye for innovation, but I was lucky enough to try a customized menu that took me back to the legendary '80s in one dish. A very knowledgeable sommelier brought us a perfect Austrian white wine for lunch. Without going into too much detail about the dish, because you have to try it. Raw sea urchin with cauliflower Baby cuttlefish with beetroot Grilled artichoke with artichoke and eel cream Tonnarelli with salmon and vodka, including a shot for the brave Pre-dessert: Absolute Orange Dessert with homemade ice cream and chocolate jelly Everything was truly interesting and delicious. Don't miss this restaurant, it's worth the trip for the food and atmosphere.

09/02/2026: We went to EVO Ristorante and chose the four-course Classics – “U Vuccàun” tasting menu, which we thoroughly enjoyed. I went with my friends to celebrate our friendship, and despite it being winter, the experience was truly pleasant. The restaurant is welcoming; from the first moment you step inside, they make you feel at ease with many little touches. Once seated, we were served immediately. For me, it was a new culinary experience, with new flavors and unique combinations that fully satisfied my palate. The ambiance is minimalist and very refined, with modern and contemporary art prints on the walls, limited seating, and an intimate and elegant atmosphere. The service was impeccable, attentive and meticulous in every detail. One gesture we greatly appreciated: without being asked, they were kind enough to bring us a candle and a soufflé to celebrate our friendship—a truly special touch. I highly recommend EVO Ristorante to anyone who wants to try reinterpreted traditional cuisine and enjoy a unique experience in the center of Alberobello. 14/03/2026: Polite and friendly staff. From the moment we walked in, they were friendly and welcomed us politely. As for the food, I personally had a first course called "gricia" and it was very good. The wait was very short considering it was a weekend, when there are a lot of people who frequent it. As for the place, it's a bit reminiscent of 90s diners. I personally would make it a little more youthful, but that's my opinion, not a criticism. Recommended for all tastes.
