We spent a night at this inn and had a great time, even the bistro is really high quality.

Excellent food and wine, the place is very nice with a spectacular view. The service was excellent, recommending and describing the various dishes. Being able to discuss the dishes with the chef at the end of the evening was much appreciated.

Reviewing a place like this is the easiest thing in the world. One Michelin star and it shows. A wonderful location with a breathtaking view. The waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the chef was incredible. The Piedmont menu, the one we chose, was a beautiful gastronomic journey. The entrée and the musseau Bush were a crescendo leading up to the first truly classy dish, the barbecued snail skewers. From there, the journey was always a crescendo with the ricotta ravioli with anchovy sauce, incredibly delicate and balanced, followed by a risotto with the fifth quarter that was truly delicious, and finally the mutton with a sauce that called for mopping up the sauce. All accompanied by leavened products, especially the whole wheat bread and the honey and chestnut puff pastry. The pre-dessert and dessert were another journey, as were the small pastries. For wines, we started with a 2022 Chardonnay and finished with two 2020 Barolos, one a cuvée and the last a single varietal. Sublime. Congratulations to everyone. A Michelin star, among the best I've ever tasted.

We were there for lunch. It is a beautiful place with a great garden and a gorgeous view. The food was fantastic!

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. The room and views / hotel were generally exceptional. We dined in both the bistro and restaurant and were thoroughly impressed with the food and the quality of the staff, who were incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable and attentive. We also visited the Baroli winery and had an amazing tasting experience.

I celebrated my birthday at Locanda del Pilone and it was truly a wonderful experience. The location is elegant and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The cuisine impressed us with its quality and flavor: beautifully presented and truly enjoyable. The service was one of the highlights of the evening: the entire staff was attentive, professional, and always kind. Special thanks to the Maître d', impeccable and discreet, making us feel cared for without ever being intrusive. We also greatly appreciated the chef, who came out twice to greet us: a simple yet meaningful gesture that made the evening even more special. A place where you can sense care and passion.

Good place, the wine tastes great, and the gnocchi and dessert are the best.
