23/07/2024: One of the places that attract us to spend some time together with our friends, pleasant music, kind and welcoming staff. You can eat from aperitif to dinner... the cocktails are special and there is always an encore. Really top!

Dall'accoglienza all'attenzione per ogni minimo dettaglio durante il servizio sia nella scelta dei piatti che in quella dei vini.
Grazie per ogni emozione che ci regalate ed il cuore che mettete nel vostro (non semplice) lavoro quotidiano!!!!

04/08/2024: This is NOT Michelin 1 star level. It all started very well and at the level we expected, but after the wine selection and the snacks it went “down hill”… We got the risotto “Riso Carnaroli, Santena green asparagus, red prawns and canded cedar” - Don’t go there, too fat and smelly of fish - it lacked fresness and finesse - and we asked the waiter for some of the chef’s best dishes, and this one was recommended… indifferent food!!! Then it got even worse, the ladies at the table ordered “Stuffed red mullet fillet, white asaragus” - again indifferent food!!!
The men at the table ordered the “rack of lamb carre served on a hot stone, grilled vegetables, one of the signature dishes - and highly recommended also according to the Michelin guide (which are also untrustworthy, how can this restaurant have a Michelin star, when I compare with Danish 1 star Michelin restaurants!!! incomprehensible!!!)) - Well, my friends dish was at a acceptable level - and I am sure if mine had been equal quality - we would have been okay - and probably would have left with going a bit uphill on those dishes, BUT my meat was really bad - filled with tendons and fat - not edible - I could immediately see it on the piece of meat, nobody came and asked to the quality of the dish/meat, so I got a hold of the waiter - and he MAYBE wanted to change!!! WHAT!!! I was sitting with the worst piece of lamb (to 45 euro) I have ever had!!! Then he agreed to change… I now had to eat alone, when he came with a new dish, I had to ask for more wine, as I have had a bit with my friends, not offered… btw. the new dish and meat was perfect… but funny enough nobody checked up on it!!! Then we thought we might got offered something as compensation, (coffee/dessert) BUT NO! Now the chef came with some raw rack of lambs and with a translater to explain me all around why all of his lamb was good!!! Waaaauuuw, that was a crazy experience, we paid 320 euro and left immediately VERY disappointed, sorry friends for that overprized non Michelin experience, don’t go there!!!

15/08/2024: We went today... narrow place... staff not adequate and not very courteous, especially the waitress with long hair who was dazed... no menu... poor aperitif... four pieces of omelette... with 3 drinks at an inadequate price we avoided the barbecue so as not to have any other surprises....
04/08/2024: Today my wife and I had an aperitif, €13 for an evaporated and hot prosecco, a non-alcoholic aperitif (a glass of ice with a bit of colored syrup).
Not even a chip or anything to munch on. Place to avoid

09/06/2024: We had a great time at this b&b. Completely renovated and equipped with all comforts. Very close to the center but also in a quiet location.
Excellent breakfast and above all great kindness and helpfulness.

14/10/2023: PESSIMO, UN TEATRINO RIDICOLO. Ho avuto la pessima idea di pranzare in questo ristorante stellato, ma la mia esperienza è stata assutamente deludente. Il prezzo elevato non sarebbe stato un problema se il cibo avesse retto il confronto. Purtroppo, la cucina sembrava essere stata relegata in secondo piano in favore di un'esibizione teatrale dei camerieri.
Piatti costosi e incomprensibili erano presentati come "arte gastronomica", ma la realtà era ben diversa. Gli ingredienti di qualità sembravano smarriti in una confusione di elementi decorativi. La danza incessante dei camerieri era uno spettacolo inutile che sostituiva la sostanza della buona cucina.
L'unico aspetto autentico di questa esperienza era la delusione. Il prezzo elevato era un insulto, non un indicatore di qualità. Questo ristorante sembra aver dimenticato che il cibo dovrebbe essere il protagonista, non la fuffa circostante. Una beffa costosa che disperde i veri sapori della cucina delle Langhe e prende di mira i clienti che cercano autenticità. Non ci tornerò mai più.

Panorama, cibo, personale, location, arredamento curato nei minimi particolari, serra con piantine aromatiche ……

05/08/2024: Avrei dato tre pallini e mezzo perché non sono rimasta pienamente convinta. Locale curato e ben apparecchiato ma il servizio seppur cortese impacciato e un po’ lungo nei tempi. Cibo buono ma non indimenticabile . Probabilmente non tornerò una seconda volta.

06/04/2024: We stopped there for one night, took the Gourmet package and had an amazing dinner. It started with a personalized menu with our names printed on it and continued with a sequence of mouth watering dishes. They were delicious, presented in a very creative way and with a great attention to the detail.
They extensively use local products and this is a tribute to the culinary delights of the region.
To top it all, a chef, Carlo, and his wife, Paola, who were extremely kind, friendly, professional and helpful, including with the selection of wine.
An unforgettable experience, thank you Carlo and Paola.
