04/02/2025: Very nice place, near the center of Cuneo. The meat was really good and soft, the desserts were also delicious. The young boy who served us throughout lunch was very kind and helpful.

06/01/2025: Overall we ate well. However, we would have liked to try the white truffle but when ordering we were informed that it was not available despite both the menu displayed outside the restaurant (on the pedestal that allows you to consult the dishes before entering) and the menu brought to the table with the dishes with the white truffles were present and no one warned us that they were not available until the moment of ordering. I believe that if a restaurant in Alba does not have white truffles (displayed on the menu) it should warn a customer in advance who is most likely sitting at one of its tables to try it.

19/01/2025: Posizione della struttura emozionante, adagiata su un bricco affacciato sulle lunghe con una sala panoramica pulita e spaziosa. Piatti della tradizione rivisitati in chiave moderna gustosi e serviti da personale (nel nostro caso una cameriera ) accogliente, affabile e professionale. Proprietà disponibile e cortese. Cantina di vini molto ben fornita con un'ampia selezione di eccellenze locali e non. Solo buoni motivi per tornare a trascorrere qualche ora in un luogo appeso tra cielo e terra con buon cibo e buon bere. Prezzi assolutamente onesti con un perfetto rapporto qualità/prezzo.

The qualified staff is courteous, friendly and friendly, making people feel at ease and will definitely return to enjoy a good lunch or dinner. Compliments to the chefs and all the staff.

27/01/2025: A more fancy take on traditional Italian cuisine, served in a stylish interior of an old alpine resort. Great service. The place is more pricey than most other restaurants in Limone, but you can expect more refined dishes. Try the "buttoni" dumplings in cheese sauce.

Everything was very good, from the tasting of appetizers (Bra sausage, veal with tuna sauce, Russian salad and Fassona steak) to the tajarin with Bra sausage ragout, to the SLICED SCAMONE, very good. To finish, home-made dessert, coffee and digestive. Wine: Dolcetto d'Alba - PERTINACE, very good. Congratulations to everyone, especially to the chef Mattia. (great!)

09/01/2025: We spent Christmas here and the menu was super amazing! Dishes prepared both in terms of taste and harmony of flavours, as well as aesthetically. Lots of fish dishes, very tasty! Just to make it clear that here we eat stone-cooked meat... but they also know how to make fish and great too! 😃 Excellent service: attentive and very kind staff.

14/01/2025: Siamo stati a cena qualche mese fa in questo bel ristorante nelle Langhe incuriositi dal fatto che lo chef avesse lavorato presso il ristorante tristellato francese trois gros per parecchi anni. Perplessi per la perdita della stella abbiamo confermato il nostro tavolo ed abbiamo fatto super bene! Buonissima cena Buon servizio Squisito il piatto ispirato ai tagli di Lucio Fontana e auguriamo allo chef "di andare oltre" ... noi lo seguiremo in capo al mondo! Bravissimo bravi tutti Veramente incomprensibile a mio parere la decisione della guida francese.

13/01/2025: Il Nazionale is a restaurant that has obtained a Michelin star thanks to the refined cuisine prepared with creativity and sensitivity for the local raw materials chosen by the chefs. The menu offers à la carte dishes, for those who do not intend to taste many dishes, or three different solutions which include: a first course consisting of eight dishes chosen by the chef, a second with traditional dishes and a third intermediate menu. Table service is also excellent.

02/02/2025: It's very nice, particularly because of the view and the atmosphere. I was born in Neive so for natives it's a bit expensive but really it's a good place to spend a good night and have a nice dinner

22/10/2024: We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the San Carlo. The hotel is cozy and clean. In the evening we had an outstanding “Tartufo Experience” menu. You can tell how much love and appreciation goes into cooking here. The ingredients were local and fresh, everything was beautifully prepared and served with a top wine recommendation. Paola and Carlo are warm hosts, you immediately feel welcome and in good hands.

22/02/2025: Now loyal customers for years! Never disappoints, wonderful restaurant room, spectacular cuisine, refined but traditional. Beautiful wine list. Kindness and great availability of all the staff. More than a restaurant, a magical evening that is renewed every evening. Congratulations!!
