20/08/2025: Excellent cuisine! First time here. Kudos to Chef Damiano...bringing together innovation, originality, and authentically flavored local ingredients is, I think, a very difficult task. The point is, the Chef succeeds, and very well indeed. Pairings that might not convince you on the menu become completely satisfying when you taste the dish...and this is repeated with every course, from appetizer to dessert. Trout, venison, beef sirloin, perfectly blended in innovation and history. The "fiori" dessert was a surprise.
We really appreciated your philosophy; thank you for this evening, a true "gift" for my birthday.

20/09/2025: Expect queues and prices on the higher end of the spectrum, but it's worth the hype in my view. The cichetti were spectacular, particularly the salted cod fish. Service was also friendly and quick.

15/09/2025: We opted for the tasting menu recommended by the owner, and I must say we couldn't have made a better choice. The food was excellent, and with the tasting menu, we were able to try many more dishes than we would have with the à la carte menu. The owner is very cheerful and friendly. I definitely recommend it.
09/09/2025: Fantastic restaurant! We had the 4 course tasting menu for lunch. The food was incredible. The talented chef was extremely tentative and accommodating to our preferences. Moreover, she served my partner and I different primi and secondi courses so we had the benefit of trying 4 different courses between us. She also gave us some wonderful recommendations for sightseeing in the local area, which we would have totally missed otherwise. We had a great time exploring these in the afternoon and evening. Thank you!

04/10/2025: For a select few, connoisseurs of all five senses... Yes, even hearing, when you hear Barbara's spoon clink at the end of the meal as she whips the cream on the spot. Thanks to Andrea for making us reconcile ourselves with the idea of eating at a restaurant!!

20/09/2025: Everything was perfect. The food was top-notch, and the wait staff was extremely courteous and punctual. The professionalism and hospitality were top-notch. And then, executive chef Di Martino surprisingly fulfilled a request of mine. Thank you.
29/08/2025: We booked for dinner, received an excellent welcome, and the location was splendid, with a dream view. The staff were very friendly, and therefore our expectations were very high, as expected for a two-star establishment. We opted for the three-course à la carte menu, which I personally had trouble with since the menu didn't clearly state what the main course was. I left half of it, but no one asked me why.
We try to talk about it, as well as other small problems with the dishes, which certainly appear to be meticulously prepared and the result of considerable thought and effort, and we are summoned by the head
chef, since Gennaro Esposito is unfortunately not present, who makes his own arguments and doesn't listen much. It's a shame. It would have been enough to simply use the words "I'm sorry" or "sorry" with humility and perhaps show a little more consideration, as I would expect in a place of this caliber. I'm a professional, and in my line of work, if there's an apology to be made, I do so, even after 40 years of experience. Back at the table,
there were truly many pamperings, from the pre-dessert to the coffee to the little gift at the end. Overall, a lovely evening.
But since it's a place where you know the prices are what they are, you expect perfection.

This morning I woke up early, at 12:00, with a sadness in my heart, wounded by the discovery that my girlfriend's name isn't Anna Giulia, but MARIOOO... 🤔🤔 I immediately took a car with driver to Polignano.

Walking through the alleys of this beautiful seaside village, among couples in love and elderly people with Parkinson's, I found myself in a "long non-place"... My prostate problem led me to this magical place with an incredible restroom. 😍

After the moment of ecstasy, I found myself sitting at a table in this delightful little place: "Mint ❤️".
