14/04/2025: Siamo stati consigliati a cenare in questo locale da amici del posto e anche dall'impiegato dell'hotel (dite che vi ho mandato io!!!) ma le aspettative sono andate totalmente deluse sotto tanti punti di vista. Il locale si presenta bene, poco distante dal faro di Punta Penna, con una ampia vetrata sul porto di Vasto (la sera c'è completamente buio e non si vede nulla, ma di giorno sarà senz'altro piacevole alla vista). Bello l'arredamento, pulito e in stile marinaro, col bianco e blu che la fanno da padroni. Le note negative arrivano con il servizio e la cucina. Partiamo dal servizio: acqua che arriva tardi e va richiesta più volte, pane uguale, prima dell'antipasto viene richiesto il piattino per poter assaggiare l'olio (buono!) col pane. Passano i minuti e su 8 commensali viene portato UN solo piattino che facciamo passare tutti e assaggiamo il buon olio col pane! Alla domanda: perchè solo uno? La risposta è stata: tanto gli antipasti sono pronti! Ma il fine cena è stato ancora più esilarante, quando vengono chiesti 2 bicchieri di Chartreuse, il liquore d'erbe. Il cameriere chiede se "il RUM" lo vogliamo col ghiaccio o senza! Passiamo alla cucina con un solo esempio ma rivelatore: le linguine ai ricci hanno il sapore solo di limone. Peccato! Conto corretto ma la cena non è stata soddisfacente!

14/04/2025: Un eccellenza. Erano anni che non ci tornavo. E non si smentisce mai. C'è poco da dire. È assolutamente eccezionale. Assolutamente da provare il brodetto. Da nessuna parte è come qui. Paradisiaco

05/04/2025: Dopo un’ora di attesa sotto il sole, ci si aspetta di poter mangiare qualcosa, ma appena ci siamo seduti abbiamo scoperto che era finito tutto. Costretti a prendere quel poco che era rimasto. Inoltre ambiente molto caotico, camerieri che gridano come se non fossero presenti i clienti.

09/03/2025: Paghi poco e quindi mangi qualitativamente come paghi. Antipasti così così primi buoni in particolare orecchiette ceci e vongole 1/4 di vino una bottiglietta d'acqua tutto a 30 euro.Se come nel nostro caso non sai dove andare qui ti siedi mangi servizio veloce e vai via.🤓🤓🤓

04/06/2025: One of my family's favorite restaurants, and I don't think this applies only to us, in fact as soon as possible we come for dinner or lunch very willingly, one of the places capable of satisfying any need for all tastes, whether it's pizza, a first course, a second course, desserts, side dishes, all top quality and first choice products... I don't feel like giving any advice to the staff, simply because they are people in the trade who know what they're doing... the advice is for everyone... go and try Fratelli la Bufala... it's excellent

12/05/2025: Very disappointing experience! The staff argues in the room following complaints from nearby tables. One of the girls, the one in charge of the PDA, constantly put and kept her hands in her nose! As for the food: the house mixed fried food without salt and raw, first we had some mezze sleeves which were also raw and tasteless, fortunately I usually eat the pasta al dente! Then the second arrives with a scamorza, certainly defrosted at the moment, with residues of dirty plate stuck on each piece and obviously without salt. Once we get to the cashier, the responsible person on duty doesn't even ask if we liked the lunch, despite noticing that the dishes were almost entirely left intact. Therefore absolutely not recommended! In conclusion we had an excellent lunch at Old Wild West next door!

01/05/2025: Terrible experience. After sitting down, about 40 minutes passed before a waiter came over to order, the appetizer and water arrived after another 40 minutes and to receive the first courses we had to ask several times since about 2 hours had passed. Spaghetti alle vongole which was simply pasta in garlic and oil with 4 clam skins. We were forced to cancel the second course and the side dishes since it was now almost 4pm (we had been seated since 1pm). A nightmare lunch, it would have been better to eat a sandwich on the beach. Absolutely not recommended.

22/04/2025: Non lo consiglio. A parte la gentilezza del cameriere, il resto è da dimenticare, compresa la scortesia del proprietario. La qualità del cibo è "turistica", la location non è per nulla esaltante.

13/08/2024: Manager of unheard of rudeness. Rude and grumpy at every minimal and legitimate request from the customer. Bad publicity for Le Morge and for Abruzzo tourism in general. DON'T SET FOOT THERE FOR GOODNESS.
