30/11/2025: Nice place, the food is good, but the prices are quite high; in addition to the cover charge, you also pay for the bread that is served at the table.
17/11/2025: We found this place by chance, as it was the only one open on Mondays for lunch. We were seated at the outdoor tables overlooking the medieval castle. Highly recommended for the selection of quality local products, and the owners are very friendly and helpful. The owner also showed us the inside, which is very clean and welcoming. The room also hosts exhibitions of paintings by local artists. We'll definitely be back.

The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was beautiful.
26/10/2025: First time at this restaurant, and I have to say we were truly impressed. The location is truly beautiful, well-kept and well-maintained, the staff is extremely kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and the first courses are truly delicious—homemade pasta and sauces just like grandma's, but also innovative and tasty combinations. The meat is well-cooked and very well-prepared. The price is truly excellent for the quality and portions. We'll be back soon.

21/08/2025: Great local cafe serving fantastic coffee, fresh pastries and super spritz all at good value and service.
Robert and his team looked after us daily for breakfast and the occasional afternoon refreshments despite our lack of Italian.
Definitely recommend.

29/08/2025: I've been coming to Abruzzo and trying bocconotti for over 40 years. These from Casa del Bocconotto are exceptional. The dough is soft and flavorful, and the fillings are each better than the last. The classic one is unlike anything else out there... you have to try it at least once! The place is a bit hidden, but your GPS will direct you to a delicious snack!

staff are experienced, capable, welcoming – and manage to keep restrooms the way they should be kept!
local crowd at aperitifs' time tend to easily get overly loud – place is roadside pit-stop for recurring farmers, truckers, industry workers and bikers, at the end of the afternoon... rest of the day sounds much quieter.
never failed me in about four years, no matter which shift was on duty when i stopped by (which happens at least twice per week)...
on my weekly route before letting Mantua slide by, it's either this one for me, or simply keep driving to destination if still closed.

27/08/2025: Everything was excellent: the welcome, the food, the atmosphere, and the prices were fair considering you're dining with a sea view. For one person, I paid about 20-25 euros for water, a mixed salad, and mixed fried fish.

And then, how wonderful it must be to watch the hostess, to perfect one of your dishes, stop by the garden to pick fresh parsley from among the aromatic plants.

19/08/2025: A little gem in the center of Vasto, where my partner and I enjoyed an excellent glass of wine and a delicious platter of cured meats and cheeses. The staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable! We'll definitely be back!
19/08/2025: This wine shop is a gem in the historic center of Vasto. The interior is truly rustic, the wine selection is truly extensive, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to guide my partner and I to the perfect wine according to our tastes (even with unusual wines by the glass, like mine, which was a bit acidic).
The platter is spectacular, all the food is top-notch. In short, this is a must-see if you're passing through Vasto!

Arancini are very good and lightly fried!
But the best is the pizza dough (in various variations, always very well-leavened!) and the toppings are delicious. Definitely a good value. We'll be back.

22/11/2025: The place to eat when you are in Vasto! Located in Vasto Marina, You can eat pasta, meat, seafood (cozze alla vastese is THE thing to try once in your life) or pizza, dessert and you are never disappointed as everything is good. It’s rare to find such a place with lot of choices and every dish good. The atmosphere is very nice, few meters away from the sea (no sea view though).
12/11/2025: It's worth considering. We passed by, stopped, and had a wonderful lunch. I recommend the garlic pasta.
