08/08/2024: Abbiamo cenato nel meraviglioso giardino, curato nei minimi particolari, in grado di accogliere con estrema semplicità e delicatezza. Il cibo è genuino, buono e ben curato. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Parcheggio privato. Angela fa sentire i suoi ospiti a loro agio, come in famiglia; con la sua spontaneità, entusiasmo, dolcezza e professionalità ha creato le condizioni per farci trascorrere una indimenticabile serata. Sicuramente torneremo per il prossimo ritrovo di famiglia.

20/02/2025: Ambiente familiare molto spartano ma la pizza è buona e il personale è educato ( cosa per nulla scontata di questi tempi) e cordiale. Lo consiglio per una cena informale in famiglia, ottima la pizza salsiccia e friarielli 😉

30/04/2025: ¡El secreto mejor guardado de Gueardiagrele! Los croissants son los más esponjosos y deliciosos que he comido y el capuchino es excelente (con un corazoncito perfecto). El personal es muy amable y nos atendieron rápidamente aunque el lugar estaba lleno. Tuvimos suerte de conseguir una mesa. Es obvio que esto es muy popular entre los lugareños. Definitivamente iré de nuevo la próxima vez que esté en Guardiagrele.

Enrico and Lorenzo were very helpful and kind, thus managing to satisfy our requests, allowing us to spend a carefree day full of excellent food! Thanks for everything 😁

03/05/2025: For lunch on May 1st....super service compliments to Steven, Giulia and Lorenzo......delicious mussel pepper, gnocchi with fabulous scampi, not to mention roast and fried and then conclude with sweet tiramisu, thanks to Enrico and Vincenzo your hospitality makes me feel at home.

I want to point out that I only come in the evening, so I have no idea what the hot table for lunch is like, but both the grill and the dishes they make in the evening are exquisite, the meat is one of the best in Francavilla, especially the hamburgers and arrosticini (especially the liver ones), the appetizers and first courses are very good. The pizza is also not bad but I recommend the grill more. A round of applause also to the staff, all very kind and competent guys.

30/05/2025: The pizzas come out continuously, they are stuffed and tasty... the girls are really fast and kind... It's a shame that the place is small... you always have to wait for the tables to become free... for the rest it is super promoted

07/04/2025: For years now... my/our trusted pastry shop. I can only recommend you from the reception in the store to the collection or delivery of the product. Kind-hearted, humane, reliable and kind people. Super products. You will never be able to make a bad impression because in this business people are all treated in the same way, there is no favoritism and those who speak badly of them either have no sense of taste or it is out of envy and hide under false profiles that are part of other activities and therefore gnaw at their great success. Know that it takes sweat, effort, study, patience and experience to get this far. Congratulations to you 🔝

23/02/2025: Consiglio a chiunque voglia assaporare delle prelibatezze di andare da Cosimo e il suo splendido staff. L'alveare offre davvero una carrellata di sapori estasianti. Degli antipasti che vanno dalle classiche pallotte "cacio e ove" alla particolarità di mousse di ricotta e selezione di formaggi accompagnati da miele particolare e confetture davvero eccezionali. Ci hanno proposto delle pappardelle condite con una crema di ricotta e peperone giallo, davvero paradisiache! Ottimo anche il dolce, una torta di pizzelle con crema chantilly e mascarpone, delicata e molto molto buona. Piatti abbondanti e gustosi, ambiente accogliente, familiare e soprattutto, pulito! Consiglio davvero a chiunque, io sono certa che ci torneremo!!!

10/02/2025: L'Alveare a Roccascalegna è una ... meraviglia! Un locale dove una eccellente cucina regionale si sposa alla ospitalità amabile offerta dal titolare Cosmo e dal suo staff. Dire che in questo ristorante "ci si sente come a casa propria" sarebbe riduttivo : in verità, io mi sento di sostenere che a L'Alveare ci si accomoda nella più confortevole, accogliente, caratteristica "sala da pranzo" di tutto l'Abruzzo. E poi si inizia con ... gli antipasti ... salumi, formaggi, conserve sott'olio, tutti con squisiti e originali abbinamenti tra note salate e dolci. Vorrei, tra l'altro, sottolineare un piatto "potente" - che forse anche il grande D'Annunzio avrebbe apprezzato! - la salsiccia di fegato, sminuzzata con altre frattaglie, e ripassata in padella con l'uovo. Provatela e ... vi sentirete all'improvviso sulla vetta del gusto e ... della Majella! E poi una polenta con gorgonzola e funghi che lascia incantati! E le "meraviglie" continuano ancora tra primi (pasta casareccia con crema di peperoni e ricotta, ravioli con sughetto di zucca) e secondi (agnello alla brace, filetto di maiale alle erbe), il cui ricordo non svanirà mai sul mio palato. Concludo osservando che L'Alveare è nome azzeccatissimo per questo agriturismo - ristorante ... qui, infatti, si appronta una gastronomia abruzzese che è un vero e proprio "nettare" !!!
