KITCHENETTA ristorante pizzeria forno a legna

13/12/2025: Three of us entered after asking if there was room, and we sat down while the place was still lightly crowded. We ordered an appetizer (chips and croquettes) and pizzas.
After our order, a large group of about 40 people arrived. From that moment on, we watched pizzas continue to be delivered, intended exclusively for that table, while ours never arrived. Upon our first inquiry, we were told the pizzas were "in the oven," but in the meantime, pizzas continued to be delivered only to the group.
After a further wait, we politely pointed out that we had arrived early and that the situation didn't seem right. The response we received was that the place "organizes itself as it wishes" because the owners decide the priorities. No prior explanation, no apology.
At that point, we decided to leave. When asked to pay for our food, we were told that "everything wasn't all right" and that we didn't have to pay, a statement that seemed inelegant rather than decisive.
It's a shame, because the initial kindness gave us hope. The overall experience was negative due to the time management and, above all, the way a legitimate complaint was handled.

It's a great place to spend an evening with friends, enjoying a glass of wine or sampling delicious cocktails with platters and other delicacies.
Excellent.

26/02/2026: €5 for a frittatina, a tiny little thing, and inside the béchamel sauce there were maybe two peas, the quality and quantity were embarrassingly priced. Next time I'm in Naples, I'll call you so you can see how it's done.
I can confirm that the toppings were poor, especially considering the price. As far as I'm concerned, the fried food is also poorly done. Don't try to lecture me. It's 100g of pasta, béchamel, and two peas, and that never justifies the price. I paid them because I'm willing to pay for a good frittatina, but it didn't turn out to be one. In general, the pizza is anything but "Neapolitan."
There's no point in talking about it; anyone who's been or lived in Naples will understand that the food isn't good and, above all, overpriced.
This is an honest review from someone who knows Neapolitan cuisine and who spent over €30 for a pizza and four frittatinas. It's embarrassing.

17/02/2026: My personal experience.
The reservation was made via a link received on WhatsApp, super intuitive and helpful for managing everyone's needs.
My husband, I, and my almost 7-month-old baby were there. I had requested a quiet table that would allow me to place the stroller with my baby, and luckily, we were accommodated.
First, I'll list the most positive aspects for me:
- The staff was incredibly friendly, super knowledgeable and kind, ready to accommodate any request (for example, I asked for a hundred things to make my son's food, and they were precise and quick).
- Some truly delicious and unique dishes that are hard to find.
- Some meats are hard to find, so the variety of options available is interesting.
- The ability to modify your reservation with special requests at any time up to a few hours before the reservation.
- The Angus arrosticini are truly spectacular, as is the beef tartare!
Now let's move on to the negative aspects for me:
- tables too close together, really too close together, it's even difficult to walk between them (for example, I was regularly bumped into from behind by anyone who passed behind me, except the waiters, who have now become eels, rightly so...) Maybe what I would do, especially during low-traffic periods, is remove a few tables to make more space, thus using a bit of strategy, or at least seat customers at tables that are strictly one-on-one, at least that would give people a chance to breathe a little... If, on the other hand, they prefer to crowd everyone to one side to save a corner on cleaning at the end of the evening... In that case, I raise my hands!
- little interest in what the customer is eating... Let me explain. Every time my plate was taken away, I was never asked what I thought, if I liked it, or anything else... And this really bothers me because it almost seems like they take it for granted that everything is good... And given their attention to the customer, I basically wouldn't have expected this aspect to be missing!
- I put it on the changing table, it's unhygienic! I mean, it's a real danger for babies who are being changed. Even if it were cleaned leaf by leaf every day (which is impossible to do even at home, I understand), it still wouldn't be clean enough for a newborn to put in his mouth. You know, it only takes two seconds, the time it takes for someone to take their diaper out of their bag, and they've already got it in their mouth... between dust and other things that can get stuck there... It's dangling and easy for them to grab. I recommend either removing it or replacing it with something non-snagable!
- placemats, a nice idea, but the type chosen is really unhygienic! Since it's made of fabric, it absorbs everything—bacteria, dirt of all kinds. Mine wasn't very clean, but I left it there, suspecting it might be stains that won't wash off...
- lack of attention in tasting the dishes the chef brings out. I think the chef, or whoever is in charge, doesn't try all the dishes, if not all of them. For example, if the entree I received had been tasted beforehand, it would never have reached my table. It was really rubbery and cold, and I thought, either it had been reheated and sent to the dining room, or the meat wasn't very fresh and therefore had that rubbery effect in my mouth. I couldn't eat it (and frankly, I didn't call the waiter to tell him because I wanted to eat with my husband and didn't have time to wait for it to be cooked again, so I preferred not to say anything and settle for my arrosticini).
Overall, I had a good time, but in my opinion, there are some areas for improvement, which I've listed above.
Again, this is my personal experience, so it's subjective!
I'll definitely be back to try other items on the menu that piqued my interest!

14/02/2026: Dinner for two, a €20 platter of industrial-strength cold cuts, pre-sliced and probably not stored properly, as they were dry and dried out, accompanied by three half slices of bread.
Second course, T-bone. We asked for 1 kg, but it wasn't possible. A minimum of 1.2 kg was enough. We agreed, and they brought us 1.5 kg because, according to the waiter, "it came out a little too big."
We didn't ask for the doneness because it was assumed to be rare, "rightly so." It arrived cooked on the outside and slightly warm on the inside, completely raw even for us, who prefer it rare.
Plus, water, two place settings, and two side dishes, totaling €152.50.
We didn't argue, so as not to ruin our dinner—it was Valentine's Day, after all—and because we just wanted to get out of there.

18/11/2025: Rustic atmosphere, affordable prices, basic menu. Just don't ask for truffles, because they'll be served poorly and infrequently. That is, don't expect the waiter to grate the tuber over your tagliatelle... it's all a jumble of pickles. Go for cured meats, cheeses, and grilled meats.
