Le Duchesse In Torrevecchia teatina

We visited this restaurant for a dinner featuring traditional specialties. We started with a mixed antipasto of cured meats and cheeses: the quality of the cured meats was excellent, and the freshness of the ingredients was evident, but the overall composition of the dish was lacking. In particular, the cheese selection was truly meager, with only a single slice on the plate. Next, we tried the arrosticini, which were flavorful and perfectly cooked, accompanied by a fragrant focaccia that rounded out the dish nicely. Overall, the review was positive and the food was good, but the antipasto portions could have been a little more generous, especially for the cheeses, to better showcase the quality of the ingredients. We'll be back, hoping for a more balanced platter!
