20/08/2025: We tasted several Abruzzo specialties. Everything was delicious and unbeatable value for money! There were a lot of children that evening, so it was a bit noisy...

18/08/2025: Terrible experience. We had a reservation for 9:30 PM, but after arriving only 10 minutes late, they made us wait near the register while other customers were paying. They then told us the kitchen was closed, despite the restaurant's announcement that it was closed at midnight. We had to leave without dinner, with a five-month-old baby and a stroller—an absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful situation toward those who had booked. The service and booking management needs to be reviewed: I would not recommend it.

23/08/2025: It's not the restaurant of your life, the one you drive miles to eat specifically for, but it's definitely a welcoming, clean place, where you're served with kindness and a smile, and above all where the dishes are tasty and reasonably priced. Highly recommended if you're in Tagliacozzo and want to eat well at a fair price. Well done!

23/08/2025: A simple restaurant. The gnocchi are tasteless, but the roast lamb is very good. Decent service.

12/08/2025: We dined at this restaurant, the only one in the area, after booking a day in advance. Upon our arrival, we were greeted very reluctantly by one of the waitresses; the room was empty when we arrived. She escorted us to the table they had reserved for us...near the bathroom door! We ate amidst a frantic coming and going of people going to the bathroom, often leaving the door open. The menu (one for three people) listed at least a dozen first courses. When ordering, after choosing, we were told that the dishes we had chosen were unavailable and that we were limited to only two first courses: mushroom gnocchi or wild boar pappardelle. The second courses, however, were all available. We opted for mushroom gnocchi, wild boar pappardelle, a mixed roast with a side of French fries (correctly listed on the menu as frozen), and arrosticini. The portions were reasonably large; The pappardelle and gnocchi were not creamed (the sauces were rather runny). The grill consisted of a sausage, two portions of lamb, and a pork rib; the pork rib was completely stringy; The arrosticini were very salty. Not a trace of bread! A dinner to forget.

13/08/2025: Siamo stati ieri sera 12 Agosto altissima stagione locale con aria condizionata e personale qualificato. Cibo e crudi eccellenti e abbondanti. Per chi come me vive a Roma città di numerosi ristoranti conoscere e sapere che quando si viene ad Alba trovi questo locale è sempre un piacere.

05/05/2025: Positive experience, highly recommended. The vegan alternative to the burger was greatly appreciated but I recommend purchasing a different type. In all supermarkets you can find really excellent vegan burgers that can also be grilled (UNCONVENTIONAL brand or other excellent LIDL products). The taste is much closer to a classic sandwich. For the rest friendly staff and fast and kind waiter! Stunning location!

10/09/2025: A very welcoming property, strategically located for exploring the Abruzzo hinterland, just steps from the highway exit. Very clean, spacious and bright rooms with exceptional fixtures, and free on-site parking with independent management (we parked four motorcycles and were provided with the gate key at no extra cost). The included breakfast was rich and plentiful, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. A truly pleasant stay. We'll definitely do it again! 👍

02/07/2025: My favorite pizzeria❤️. Very good quality of ingredients, excellent value for money, only thing is that the calzones are a bit dry. When there are a lot of people it is a bit difficult to order and there is not a real queue

21/06/2025: My favorite in ABSOLUTE, both the old and the new management, the taste of Ottavio's tomato is super recognizable, hot, tasty, without mozzarella (which I LOVE and prefer) or with, both are excellent. Kind, courteous staff and attentive to customer requests. I have been eating pizza at Ottavio for 25 years and it has NEVER disappointed me once, absolutely TOP of the range among the various pizzerias that are in the hills, for me the best, better than Giampiero or Odissea ... the only one that can stand the comparison is Frate Tac, but that's another story ... Keep it up guys ❤️

31/08/2025: I'd been suggested to try this gem, and I eagerly accepted the invitation. We were intrigued by the tasting menu, but in the end we opted for à la carte. Our favorite dish was definitely the chickpea and onion tart, followed by the soft chocolate cake with goat's milk ice cream and saffron cream. The ravioli with rabbit and saffron apples had a delicious filling, even though you couldn't taste the saffron. The overall experience was more than positive, and it will become a must-try! Congratulations
