28/08/2025: Excellent food at a reasonable price, with helpful and friendly staff! This is how I'd sum up my experience at Mandarin, a Chinese restaurant in L'Aquila. I recommend it to anyone who wants to try this type of cuisine.

19/07/2025: One of the best Chinese restaurants in the entire province of L'Aquila. Reasonable prices, excellent quality, and friendly service. I recommend it to anyone; it's an old-school Chinese restaurant unlike any you'll find anymore, uncontaminated by the stupid trend of forcing Japanese cuisine everywhere. A truly wonderful surprise.

01/08/2025: Very friendly and discreet staff. Amazing cuisine with extraordinary reinterpretations of dishes using the highest-quality ingredients, especially the freshest fish. A restaurant that makes a difference and we're happy to have it in town. Thank you for the fantastic experience.

21/08/2025: A small but tidy place, with tables and chairs that are a bit too simple. The piadina is good, made with quality ingredients. The price is average but not cheap: a classic piadina with water costs almost €10. Service is basic but fast, and the staff is friendly.

Non abbiamo provato altro perché eravamo pienissimi. Conto onesto per la qualità e la quantità offerta. Purtroppo l'abbiamo scoperto tardi nella nostra vacanza altrimenti ci saremmo andati almeno un'altra volta. Lo consiglio al 100%

07/09/2025: Everything was excellent. From the welcoming staff to the delicious and generous portions. The back terrace (practically overlooking the sea) is top notch. Excellent value. On my way back from Salento at lunchtime, I stopped by chance. It will definitely be a go-to place for future trips.

01/10/2025: A lovely place in the center of Pescasseroli. Simple cuisine but made with quality ingredients! This restaurant is worth a stop for dinner. Prices are reasonable for a tourist destination! I recommend booking due to the high number of guests. My only suggestion for the owners would be to have a patio heater for outdoor dining, given the nice, cool temperatures, even on September evenings!

28/09/2025: Stunning location!!! I've never seen so many bottles of wine in one place, adding that extra touch of class to the already brilliant decor. Impeccable service, truly top-notch food quality!!! We ordered several items and everything was perfect. The pulled pork sandwich with caramelized onion and barbecue sauce was truly sublime, as were the arrosticini and cheesecake. They have so many premium meats that are worth trying. We didn't order pizza, but I spotted it at other tables and it looked amazing! The wine list was excellent, as were the beers they had available. Perfect wait times and top value!!! We had a 5-month-old baby with us, and they immediately provided us with a changing table when they realized we needed one. The place also has several big screens for watching the games. There are good places to eat around, but I've rarely found a place with all these qualities. I can't wait to go back!!! Well done. Alessandro

15/09/2025: Quality and excellence! We dined there for about 15 days, with excellent dishes, not just pasta, but also traditional dishes and genuine products. The quality was outstanding, from the origin of the ingredients to the sensory pleasure of the dishes. It was an opportunity to enjoy not only seafood but also traditional Teramo dishes and artisanal preparations. Hospitality, professionalism, and kindness complemented all the delicious dishes. We'll be back soon.

05/06/2025: I had the pleasure of staying at this family-run hotel and, working in the sector myself, I immediately perceived the passion and care that the managers put into their work. Genuine hospitality, made of attention to detail and that human warmth that is increasingly rare to find today. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise: good, varied and abundant, with fresh products that satisfy every taste. The quality dinner, with a wide choice of dishes for both first courses and second courses. The rooms are spacious, well-kept and quiet. The possibility of parking is also very convenient, included for those who, like me, travel by motorbike. A special applause to the 2 young and capable daughters, who with commitment and dedication proudly contribute to the continuity of this beautiful reality. It is nice to see a new generation carrying on the business with enthusiasm and professionalism.

21/05/2025: Comfortable, clean hotel, nice rooms. Nice restaurant, good food, typical dishes, simple and tasteful. Friendly and courteous staff I often go there for work, I have known it for years. And I gladly go back.

19/10/2025: I hope my review helps improve the service because the food is good and the atmosphere is nice. Unfortunately, the staff at the tables aren't very well-coordinated; we had to ask several staff members several times to get our drinks and desserts too late. The meat is very good, both the raw and the cut portions. We were charged for extras on the bill, but these were promptly corrected.

19/10/2025: Zero stars can be given....after many, many, many minutes of waiting (even for a simple bottle of wine), the meat arrived cold. I pointed this out and the same dish was brought back to me a few minutes later...the medium-rare meat, as requested, was now burnt on top and thrown onto the plate, inedible!!!! All paid handsomely! Never again!

30/10/2025: Adorable atmosphere and service. On Saturdays, check if there's karaoke... if you want a quiet dinner, it's not the day! But if you want noise and fun, this is the place... family-friendly atmosphere. Good parking during the off-season. They should expand their dessert menu. ...AND I CAME BACK DAYS LATER and here I am expanding my review...! Everything fried is excellent... the potato fries... the cheese fries... the chicken wings... and if you love peaches, I RECOMMEND THE PEACH LIQUEUR made in the area... MORE THAN DELICIOUS...! A drink to remember... truly...! They are very friendly and we will return when we are in the area again for work...! And we will sit as ALWAYS at table 1.... Best regards!

10/09/2025: Central location in the charming village of Scanno. Very well-maintained rooms, bathroom a bit small, but that's all you can do in a historic building. The owner is super helpful, and I can confirm the excellent breakfast. The on-site parking is a great option.

She even stepped in for an unexpected event. In Abruzzo, I've found a warm welcome, which Alessandra transmits to her guests, along with her love for her homeland.
