Despite a despicable mishap on the way home after picking up the cake, I nearly ruined it. I returned and they fixed the situation in 5 minutes. Their professional customer service and unpretentious approach made me feel at home and reassured. This will definitely remain my go-to pastry shop in the historic center. I sincerely thank the counter staff and the pastry chef for their professionalism, courtesy, and expertise.

The high rating is due to the top-notch pastry shop. The croissants are delicious, and all the fillings are top-quality, as are the pastries. This justifies the above-average prices. However, the service is poorly organized and the staff is often rude. Orders are always denied once seated, but the wait is interminable, and it's impossible to ask questions about the pastries on display.

Excellent coffee shop, excellent service

Personally, I prefer Italian croissants. The pistachio croissant was decidedly buttery (as it should be) and had just the right amount of filling. I wasn't thrilled with it, but again, that's just my personal taste. Which is why I'm still giving it 4 stars. The staff is excellent. 🥐🥐🥐

The potential of the breakfast or snack options is undeniable. Everything is always fresh, beautifully presented, and plentiful. The biggest downside is the endless wait to order...the waiters are very inattentive. Especially early in the morning, you can sit there for 20 minutes without anyone taking your order. A real shame.
