02/08/2024: Splendor in name and in fact! Found this bistro by chance in the sanctuary car park, we stopped for dinner and it was a wonderful surprise. Friendly, welcoming, professional and attentive owner and staff. If you want to eat the true tradition of Abruzzo cuisine, there is no better place. Excellent and delicious food. Arrosticini, Ascoli olives (the real ones) and so on and so forth. Exceptional quality/price ratio.

The wine advice shuns the usual homologation, but is the result of research and enthusiasm to best accompany the dishes. Also welcoming in satisfying the peculiarities of small children's lunches. On the menu: onion soup au gratin in the oven, purple potato gnocchi, aubergine parmigiana, cod with buckwheat crepe, roast beef with seasonal vegetables, Croque-monsieur, and other tasty dishes well cooked and well presented. Attentive and courteous service. A very tasty welcome finger food. Prices appropriate to the offer and hospitality. It is advisable to book to secure a table. Leave room for desserts: crème brûlée, chocolate mousse, tropesienne cakes... A visit not to be missed.

14/08/2024: For those who want to eat a fantastic fish sandwich and want to enjoy a beautiful view from the terrace of Silvi Alta....but above all for those who have a lot of patience in waiting for a sandwich even for more than an hour...Delicious sandwich, really filling, I tried the one with grilled salmon, buffalo tomatoes, mayonnaise, nothing to say, just exceptional! Fresh products of excellent quality, prices all in all normal for a tourist area in August, a negative note in my opinion is the poor organization in managing orders, 15 minutes more or less to get the receipt 50 minutes to collect two sandwiches.... having said this I still recommend it to all those who want to spend an evening in Silvi Alta... if you go before 7.30pm much better both for the queue and for the parking lot

16/06/2024: Absolutely recommended. We stopped in Teramo to break a very long journey. It was an unexpected surprise. Excellent quality raw materials and dishes made with an absolute sense of taste and aesthetics, a poem. An explosion of flavors in the mouth. Relaxed and welcoming environment. Friendliness and professionalism of the staff impeccable. PET FRIENDLY restaurant, as soon as we arrived they brought me a small bowl of water for my dog ​​(without me asking, they had already won me over)!

20/08/2024: All really good. We have been to this place several times. The guys serving at the table are nice and courteous, the food is really good. We tried various sandwiches, all super, as well as the excellent cacio e ova balls. The potatoes with skin, cheddar and pulled pork are very tasty. The place is not very large, it is advisable to book. The car park is conveniently located for dinner, I have never been there for lunch. I intend to try the Crosta pizzas too, to see if they are as good as the sandwiches and the rest. Excellent value for money, just look at the online menu and consider that the portions are generous, for example the balls are 4, but they are huge, the chips are also plentiful and the sandwiches are just like in the photo, tall and rich. Top place, highly recommended!

13/08/2024: Great venue, friendly staff and relaxing environment. Stozze are truly delicious and particular sandwiches. Right variety of beers on tap. Sweet and bitter equally good. Recommended for eating something delicious and different from the usual.

14/07/2024: Ristorante delizioso. Abbiamo ordinato la tagliata di manzo da 300g che è stata buonissima. L'uovo in camicia con tartufo e le bruschette ottime. Infine come dolce la cheesecake, anche quella fantastica. Il personale molto gentile, disponibile accogliente. Tutto perfetto. Consiglio vivamente.
