03/02/2026: I had given 3 stars for lunch on Viale Bovio. Today, we had lunch on the seafront. I'm giving it 1 star...because: We entered the restaurant at 1:00 PM, having parked on the seafront with Easy Park and therefore with timetables under control. Unfortunately, the wait was excessive: after about an hour, the appetizer of "scaricall" for 1 person and mussels arrived. Meanwhile, the other two diners had to wait even longer for the sautéed mussels; to "make up for it," they brought us four bruschettas with sausage, which, however, I don't eat. The sautéed mussels, when it finally arrived, were decent, "good," but nothing memorable. Next, we ordered spaghetti with clams: lots of garlic, not enough clams, and overall, a dish without any particular merits. Overall, the food wasn't bad, but the wait was too long. I go out to enjoy myself, not to spend hours waiting at a table, where conversation was even difficult due to the chaos. During lunch, we were constantly disturbed by the rose vendors. The staff, visibly under pressure and always in a rush, were inattentive to customer needs: requests had to be repeated multiple times. The atmosphere suffered significantly. At the cashier, we were offered a discount, a gesture I appreciated, but when checking the bill (even having the menus online), it wasn't clear how they arrived at that amount. With the discount, we paid the correct price as per the menu. In conclusion: a disappointing lunch, excessive wait times, and chaotic organization. We won't be returning; it's a shame. I'm sorry.

26/09/2025: We had a family vacation for 2 weeks, rented an umbrella and sun loungers, we really liked the beach, it was clean every evening, the playground was very good, the child was delighted, the best in Francavilla, everything for a vacation is there

It's inconceivable that they're broken by grumpy staff who even dare to judge customers out loud, even when they're right. Despite an initial bad episode, I returned to buy a Happy Meal. The same employee deliberately ignored my order until the end, allowing much larger orders and people who arrived significantly after me to move forward. The result? 02/06/2026: I've been frequenting this beach resort for years and, unfortunately, I've witnessed a progressive decline in the quality of service. What's most striking is the total lack of friendliness: the staff is often rude, impolite, and unwilling to interact with customers, almost making even a simple request for an umbrella or a table at the restaurant feel like a favor. The concept that it's the CUSTOMER who CHOOSES to spend their day at the resort and CONTRIBUTES TO ITS BUSINESS seems to be overlooked. Fortunately, there are plenty of more welcoming and worthwhile alternatives in the area. The resort is dated and in need of modernization. Cleanliness is generally acceptable, but the beach restroom was dirty, lacked hand soap, and had no running water. Hot showers are available for a fee using tokens. The resort is average in many respects, but what really makes the difference is the rudeness and lack of customer service from the owners, not the staff, who are very kind and helpful.

02/06/2026: The food is good quality, the 1970s building definitely needs renovation, but what I will never accept in a restaurant is being treated superficially and rudely by the owners (the employees are good guys, kind and helpful). Having a restaurant in a major hub doesn't give owners license to treat people superficially and rudely. When you deal with people, you put a smile on your face in the morning. If you're not capable of doing that, it's best to change jobs. That said, you'll never get my money back.

20/08/2025: My companions had a first course, which was acceptable, and I had a second course, a cutlet with chips. It was a defrosted shoe insole, terrible, plus a bottle of water for €39, which is definitely not to be missed.

21/10/2025: A well-equipped beach resort with a variety of amenities and excellent food available on-site at great prices, including takeaway. Recommended for everyone, especially families with children, as there are also various games available. Excellent value for money.

03/10/2025: Fernando is a wonderful person who takes care of his guests' needs. The bathroom is meticulously maintained with bar service, showers, and foot baths. There's a small playground for small children. A volleyball court and lifeguard service are also available. We had a wonderful time.
