26/02/2026: After several years I returned to this place to give it a second chance, but I see that nothing has changed, terrible service and inedible pizza, that is, as soon as it arrived instead of cutting it, it wrapped itself up, judge for yourself, I will definitely never go there again.

01/01/2026: I stayed there for one night and had dinner at the restaurant in the evening. It was perfect. Check-in was hassle-free. The price for the single room with breakfast was really very good. I immediately felt comfortable. In the evening, I went to the restaurant. Of course, I had arrosticini. Very tasty. I also had wine and water. It was quiet, and I could take my time with the meal. The service staff was very friendly and attentive. The next morning, I wanted to leave early, so I asked if I could have breakfast at 7:30 a.m. It was possible. The lady came especially for me that early – I was the only guest that morning at that time. I really appreciated it and would like to take this opportunity to thank you again for the hospitality I experienced. Best regards from Munich to Fossacesia

05/11/2025: Correct review I remembered this little restaurant as a pleasant place, so after a long time I decided to return. Unfortunately, however, I was greatly disappointed. As soon as we entered, the atmosphere was more reminiscent of a canteen than a restaurant: tables lined up and a sign warning that, given the difficulty in finding staff, the service would not be able to meet all customer needs. The waiter greeted us by saying that "due to Covid," there was no menu, but that he would list it for us verbally (although he could bring us a paper one if we wanted). He then added that the cups were plastic, but he could bring us glass ones if we preferred. At that point, I felt like I was in a Candid Camera! We ate two fried appetizers, a pizza, a pasta dish, and a microscopic slice of watermelon. Total bill: 41 euros. Truly excessive for such a mediocre experience: 12 euros for two supplì and a few chips, for example. I understand the industry's difficulties, but we can't continue to blame Covid on ourselves when the restaurant industry is already restarting and many establishments are committed to offering better service. Here, unfortunately, I found neither quality nor attention, but decidedly outrageous prices. A real shame: they need to get some serious regulation.

25/10/2025: On Saturday night, we had a good thin Roman-style pizza, but the bill was too high, even compared to the menu displayed, with the fable of offering free amaro. Upon closer inspection, the prices also seemed more expensive than the menu displayed (which was already expensive!). A word of advice: the empty restaurant on a Saturday night deserves some reflection and self-criticism.

11/12/2025: What a shame!! We went to this restaurant on New Year's Eve 2024/2025 and New Year's Day, and we had fantastic food. The quality was excellent (although the service was very slow). On Sunday, December 7, we went again, having booked a week in advance. When we arrived, they told us it wasn't possible because the restaurant was full and we'd arrived too late (coming from Rome and with a dog). We'd given 1:30/2:00 PM... disappointed, we left. However, looking around the dining room, you could see annoyed faces, probably due to the slow service... maybe that's why they didn't even offer to wait if a table became available.

27/11/2025: Very bad experience. The bathrooms were rundown, the prices were high, and the food was mediocre. Everyone was rude. Never again.

17/02/2026: Avoid! I've been to this restaurant several times, but every time I have problems with the service! Slow, very slow, they often make mistakes and bring you unsolicited or double dishes. The last time was on Valentine's Day, when I was invited by friends for dinner. We arrived at 8:30 PM, the first course was served at 10 PM, after which the unsolicited double dishes arrived. After several reminders, they finally resolved the issue and the dishes ordered with the first order arrived... thank goodness... it was already midnight! We left there at 1 AM, as if it were New Year's Eve!

15/11/2025: I've been here many times, and it's one of my favorite sushi restaurants. In my opinion, it's very unique, with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is always available and attentive to all customers, treating them with great respect. It's hard to find such workers these days. Very good, high-quality food, simply exquisite. I'll be back very often. I recommend it to all lovers of Chinese and Japanese cuisine. 🤗❤️

27/09/2025: Dry, cold, and burnt pizza is truly nauseating. The dough is thin and unleavened, it tastes like a frozen pizza (if it's not). Even my dog ​​was disgusted by it!!!!!!!! I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy.

09/09/2025: I often come to Ciferni. The ingredients are good quality, the dough varies daily... The prices are generally quite fair. Speaking of what I ate this evening: the pizza was very good, shame about the slightly burnt edge (that's okay, it's more smoky 😋). As for the fries: they're good thanks to the salt; you can tell they make them themselves, but you can also tell they're frozen. This doesn't mean the quality goes down: if the product is good and they freeze it well, the yield remains almost the same, obviously only if it's stored properly and not past a certain date. This was the first time I ate here sitting down, after a long ride from the central station. I was more than satisfied, almost bursting 😄😅. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful: for that alone, I'd recommend coming here! The location isn't the best for several reasons: • the heat (there's no air conditioning, and the fans, unfortunately, aren't enough), • the tables, a bit sticky and worn. The place is well-kept, though, a shame about these details. You can sit inside or outside. For the ambiance, I gave it a 2 ⭐️: in addition to the above, the main issue is parking. It's a huge problem for those who want takeout: you often have to walk a long way uphill if you can't find a spot. That's why I recommend parking and sitting down to eat there instead. If I didn't consider the parking issue, I'd easily give the ambiance a 3.5 ⭐️. Despite these issues, I'm giving it a 4 ⭐️ overall for the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, and because I know it's not easy to manage multiple locations so well. I also appreciate that they offer delivery; it partially solves the location issue. If they fix these details (especially the air conditioning 🥵), this place would be perfect in the future! Thanks again to the staff for their work!

20/07/2025: This place was recommended by a B&B we'd booked for one night as we were passing through. The place was extremely basic, with plastic tables outside and paper tablecloths, and a rather cold welcome. The menu was very limited and lacked essentials like draft beer. There was only one type of beer in a 66-cl ​​bottle, and it was served lukewarm. The biggest disappointment, however, came at the highlight: the pizza. Unfortunately, it was clearly frozen. In a country like ours, where pizza is a true art form, this kind of experience really leaves a bitter taste in the mouth. A missed opportunity in every respect. Not recommended.

23/06/2025: Ristorante la graticola, where I was with my friend Christian last night June 22, 2025. The restaurant, which opened in 1978, is located in Brecciarola. Every time I enter this restaurant, I think of the courage of the owner always with a retro style always dressed in a white shirt, vest and black pants. We ate two pizzas, a diavola and a 4 formaggi. The pizzas, it must be said, are as big as a dinner plate. 30 arrosticini normal cut, half a liter of house red wine, a bottle of water, 1 decaffeinated and two half white grappas. Total price 60 euros. We ate outside the restaurant. Unfortunately or due to the owner's lack of courage, they never thought about renovating the place. The environment is sparse and generally with few guests. I note a good influx of customers for take-away pizzas during the time we were sitting for dinner.
