15/06/2025: 🍽 Le Calandre classico dinner course summary 🧶 starter | welcome snacks & thread of sense Before the course begins, a thread-like object is placed in the middle of the table From this point, the culinary world opens up properly Tartlets that fit in one bite, savory fried balls, and crackers are served Mini tarts with pea cream will open your appetite 📸 Thread + tartlet setting / Cuties the size of your palm 🐙 cappuccino di seppie al nero | Ink cappuccino The combination of squid ink and cream is really soft and fragrant It's like a warm cappuccino, and you eat it with a spoon It spreads smoothly when you put it in your mouth and is full of a slightly salty feeling of the sea 📸 A plate with purple + black swirls and bubbles 🍅 napul’è per alfonso iaccarino | Tomatoes of Naples It feels like Italy in one tomato Ricotta cheese and soft filling hidden inside, and basil is added on top Sunshine taste and rich tomato sauce is also art 📸 The combination of basil and tomato on top of translucent jelly, the color is crazy 🥚 suono n’uovo | Egg of sound When you hit the egg, truffle-scented mousse spreads inside The visual is cute and the texture is so good Performance composition where they give you earphones while you eat and listen to music 📸 Egg-shaped mousse dish in a transparent plate 🌾 risotto "passi d’oro" | Golden risotto A combination of saffron and licorice, a mysteriously addictive taste I took a lot of pictures because the gold dust and the details of the powder on the outside of the plate were all pretty It was doubly touching because it was connected to the art piece card I received 📸 Bright yellow risotto with powders that looked like brush touches 🍖 osso incendiato | Beef bone dish A combination of a large bone with a lot of uni + maro + caviar It's a way to scrape the contents inside the bone and spread it on toast, It's really rich and thick, and the visual is also powerful 📸 A piece of bone, toast, caviar, and uni setting 🐖 maialino, cicorie, senape e caffè | Crispy pork with coffee sauce The outside is perfectly crispy and the inside is moist meat The bitterness of chicory, the sourness of mustard, and the aroma of coffee blend together to create a deep flavor When you put it in your mouth, different flavors come out one after another 📸 Grilled meat, coffee cream sauce beautifully plated 🍓 Fruit skewer dessert Skewers with fruits and strawberries covered in sugar Refreshing and crunchy, perfect for a snack 📸 Cute skewers on a black plate 🍫 crostata calda di cioccolato | Warm chocolate tart Crispy on the outside, moist on the inside, and rich chocolate flavor On top are colorful decorations and merengue and jelly The visuals are impressive, and the taste is impressive 📸 Tart cross-section + rainbow jelly decoration 🧊 mozzarella di mandorle | Almond dessert It looks like mozzarella at first glance, but when you cut it, almond cream comes out It was a dessert that had a rich and sweet taste that stayed warm until the end 📸 White ball shape, the cream section flows out when you cut it 💚 Happy honeymoon plate & gift After dessert, a happy honeymoon plate written in green cream appeared This was really touching... It was the perfect surprise to end the trip And when I left, I got a La Calandre book and tomato sauce as a gift I felt so good because they put it in a luxurious shopping bag 🎁 📸 Message plate / book + sauce gift photo 🧡 Looking at it again, I really want to go again. Le Calandre is not just a place to eat, but an exhibition where you can eat with your senses It's a great place to go on a special day, with a special person Since it was 10 courses, I was full and couldn't eat much, so I think the chef was surprised and left, and I was so sorry But I was so grateful for the best service If I get the chance, I want to visit Italy again someday and eat the chef's food again
