22/06/2025: We went on a Saturday for lunch. Quiet place, well-prepared dishes and good food. Since we didn't book there was no room inside, we ate outside. The weather was a bit cold but the view was spectacular. I recommend

31/05/2025: I used this place not as a restaurant, but as a bar.
I found the coffee very good, the service fast and the atmosphere really pleasant.
The lady at the counter was kind and welcoming.
It is located a few steps from the spa and the parking lot, so it is also convenient to reach.
A pleasant break!

12/04/2025: Incredible experience. The staff was very friendly and smiling. The dishes are refined, particularly the tagliatelle with chestnut flour. The beef fillet with mushrooms is also incredible... in short, if you want to have a very good culinary experience in a pleasant setting with smiling, passionate staff who listen to their customers... don't hesitate... it's an excellent address
22/03/2025: Food fine but not special. Appalling service, though I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that it was incompetence, not malice. They took so long serving us that we ran out of time in the 2-hour slot and they asked us to vacate the table!

02/06/2025: Exquisite cuisine, kind and helpful staff. The restaurant offers mainly typical Aosta Valley cuisine. Worth a stop (if not two like we did) 😉
29/05/2025: We have been coming here several times a year for a few years now and we have finally found a restaurant that is up to par, without taking anything away from the others, but this is a beautiful, very characteristic place, well looked after and well managed by the two very kind and very well-prepared ladies in the dining room, furthermore, left for last but not least, finally a menu that is up to the culinary tradition of these areas. Even the gluten free management receives the right attention. Well done, see you soon.

07/06/2025: When entering this classical Italian eatery to enjoy a Valdostano menu you feel like being transferred some fifty years back in time, not only by the interior decoration but also by the soft jazz being played over the loud speakers and the strict black and white outfit of your fun English speaking waitress. It was only the white apron that was missing. I had the best polenta ever and wines by the glass were excellent. Bert good value for money!

19/06/2025: Excellent culinary experience, in a small village in Alpago. Tasting menu and also à la carte. Everything good from appetizers to dessert, with very particular sauce combinations for the various dishes. Good service.

05/06/2025: My boyfriend and I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the restaurant. First of all, it was possible to book a table on the same day - this can be difficult at a Michelin restaurant in Denmark.
We ordered a five-course menu with dessert, where we left the choices to our hostess, who very competently selected dishes based on our wishes, including my boyfriend's wishes for vegetarian dishes.
The service was very attentive and, for example, no food was placed on the table if we were not both present. Before each course, a glass of wine was poured, which was matched to the dish that would be served immediately after. Both wine and food were presented in a very nice and knowledgeable way and with a little story about the characteristics and origin of the wine. The wines and ingredients in the food came mostly from the local area.
All in all, the food and wine looked absolutely fabulous in the equally authentic surroundings and the interior of the premises.
So thank you so much for a wonderful experience to the hostess, chef and waiters, who all contributed to a wonderful memory of our holiday 🌞
We recommend the place to anyone who wants to challenge their taste buds and other senses ⭐

We made a reservation as a friend recommended this restaurant.
The environment is very nice, the staff is polite and the food is exceptional.
We really enjoyed the experience.
13/03/2025: Mio dio …. Che sapori che abbinamenti …..esplosione del palato !!!!! Lista vini infinita….. personale accogliente e preparato …. Prezzi alti ma sicuramente in linea con la qualita!!!! Location ….ci vorrebbe qualche ritocco…..

14/05/2025: We had a lovely dinner at Al Camin. The setting is cozy. The food was delicious especially the venison ravioli—well presented and full of flavor. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. Overall, a great place for a special meal in Cortina.
10/05/2025: Lovely restaurant up on a hill at Cortina d’Ampezzo. We had a late lunch at 1 pm and the crowd was moderate. The food is hearty and tasty. Do try their venison dishes. The restaurant is really good with their venison dishes. Definitely one of the better Alpine food we have tasted.

17/05/2025: Really good food, one of the best beefs I tried in the region. The dishes are huge! I would say enough for two, so if you are not that hungry, maybe share or bring the leftovers home. Staff is lovely. I strongly recommend to make reservations as it is very popular 😉

15/06/2025: Ad un tavolo con vista sul tramonto, il piacevole tepore del sole ha accompagnato una cena di ottimo livello, curata nella presentazione e, soprattutto, nel bilanciamento perfetto di gusto e leggerezza. Un accoglienza calorosa ma mai invadente e un'ottima qualità delle materie prime e della loro lavorazione che vale il viaggio: il Capriolino è un ristorante dove tornare appena possibile.
05/06/2025: We spent 3 fantastic days, the apartment was super clean and equipped with every comfort, one evening we had dinner at the restaurant and everything was delicious!!!! Compliments to everyone, even the young boy in the dining room, for the service!!
