07/03/2026: A must when you come to Champoluc!! The food, fresh and local, the service and the friendly atmosphere make it a fantastic restaurant. Try the foie gras, the steak with spec, the lard, the trout tartar, everything is delicious!!

07/06/2026: I need to start by saying this place was so amazing that I would give this place 11 stars out of 5 if I could. The place is not too big so I do recommend a reservation, we did not have so we did wait the table a bit more than 30minutes but I completely understand why it was so busy!
Everything was so wonderful, the staff was very professional and friendly, and the food?? OH MY GOD!!! I have never in my life eat this good food, I still can't get over of how delicious everything was. I have eat as primo the pasta with wild hog ragu and it melted in the mouth! As secondo I took the duck with potatoes and that was HEAVENLY!!
Then the way everything is presented, for example the coffee which came on the table in the old school moka.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! I will return, that's for sure!

03/06/2026: We're delighted to return to this restaurant, which has become a regular stop for us when we visit the Aosta Valley. Everything is excellent, the staff is extremely friendly, and dining on the veranda makes everything even more special. Special mention for the tartare and gnocchi. For first-time visitors, I recommend the tasting menu!

06/07/2026: A super welcoming place thanks to the owner who manages the dining room and explains all the dishes with a passion that is now rare. Superlative food made with local and homemade products; we couldn't find a single flaw. Even the small seating area makes the experience even more satisfying, making you feel at home.
05/07/2026: Feel at home with the quality of a Michelin-starred restaurant. The kindness and professionalism are of the highest caliber, and the passion for cooking and customer service, which has become rare, shine through.
If you're passing through Trinité, this is a must-try.

There are several tables for dining in.
The cuisine is traditional and local, with high-quality ingredients (generous and abundant portions) for both savory and sweet dishes.
The staff is friendly and welcoming.

09/05/2026: There are magical places that create moments that will forever remain in your memory. Laite is certainly one of those places. An extraordinary dinner in a warm, refined setting with a relaxing atmosphere that combines a passion for food with the desire to lose yourself in a moment where you feel at ease with the space around you. My wife and I relied on the expert advice of the always attentive staff and Elena. The dishes were excellent, with the surprise of a vegan option for me, as was the recommended wine pairing. The work of those who transform their passion into art shines through, those who infuse all their love and creativity into what you find yourself savoring, which blends into an explosion of delight for the palate and the eyes. Food that creates emotion. Thanks to Fabrizia, thanks to the ever-watchful eye of Elena and the staff. We will definitely be back.

05/04/2026: Everything was amazing, the service and the food. It's honest food, respecting its roots in the italian cuisine, very generous quantities as well for a michellin star restaurant. Not overcomplicating things, the flavors worked and it was amazing. Highly recommended.

12/04/2026: We had lunch here on the recommendation of a local restaurant owner.
The wait was ridiculous; we waited 45 minutes for three first courses with the restaurant almost empty.
The food was absolutely poor and very expensive.
The atmosphere was clean and pleasant, right in the center of town.
Absolutely not recommended.
08/04/2026: Easter Monday family lunch. Original and very tasty dishes. I especially remember a delicious chocolate crème brûlée.
A special mention for accessibility. There are stairs to the bathroom, but there is a stairlift.

09/06/2026: We stopped here on our way for lunch. The service was pleasant and the food was good.
08/06/2026: We came for the food and it was a pretty bad experience. Started with them bringing peanuts, bread, potato chips and olives which they never said anything about and turns out to be €4 per person, which we were a group of 5. We found this out when we paid at the end, they said it’s normal in Italy yet we have been here over a week and nobody else has this or charged for it.
They don’t open until 7pm but nothing online says this so we waited for 40min.
Staff wasn’t that nice.
Food was just ok. The carbonara only gave 12 pieces of rigatoni. Absolutely horrible!! The lamb shank was good, along with the steak.
If I were you I’d find another option for food!!
