05/04/2026: A truly incredible place, perfect for a family Easter lunch. The outdoor spaces, surrounded by greenery and overlooking a beautiful vineyard, create a unique atmosphere, ideal for relaxing and enjoying every moment. The aperitif was particularly thoughtful and delicious, enhanced by a hand-sliced ​​prosciutto ham that was simply unsurpassed. The staff stood out for their professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness to the guests' needs, making the experience even more enjoyable. The menu, being a holiday, was fixed but truly well-designed: original dishes, prepared with typical local products, which enhanced tradition with a touch of creativity. The wine selection was also excellent: the Carmenere DOC "Le Volpi" was intense and balanced, perfect for pairing with the dishes, while the Moscato Fior d'Arancio concluded the meal excellently, with fresh and pleasant aromatic notes. The price was average, absolutely in line with the overall quality of the experience. Highly recommended!

05/02/2026: Hi, we're Martina and Jacopo. It's been 8 months since that magnificent day, June 7, 2025. We apologize to Villa Selmi for not sharing our opinion on their magnificent work sooner. Before sharing our opinion, we'd like to advise you not to use the photographer who collaborates with the villa. Despite his availability, he unfortunately didn't capture what we wanted and didn't provide us with enough material to remember a very important day... but we realized this too late. Anyway... ...where to start? We'll try this: Villa Selmi simply presents itself as a location; Surrounded by greenery, with a spectacular garden and charming peacocks wandering around, it immediately gives the impression of a welcoming and well-kept place. Paola and Enzo, on the other hand, didn't immediately present themselves well because they seemed distant and focused on something else (we'll find out why later, keep reading). During the first few months, after choosing them, we wondered if they were following us or not, and we had some second thoughts, but we went ahead. We trusted them! And we did well. After each meeting, there were always some questions or unanswered questions, but it's normal, in hindsight, to have some doubts. Right before the big day, our party, Paola and Enzo were present, focused, and attentive, and they guided us through every detail, taking full advantage of their considerable experience. ...the result: AN UNFORGETTABLE PARTY! An unimaginably fabulous and rich starter buffet, impeccable dinner service (the hot dishes arrived hot for everyone, which is no given), and a perfect after-dinner experience. Paola dictated everyone's schedule better than a metronome and nailed every decision, making the day a truly enjoyable one for us, the newlyweds, too, worry-free and stress-free. Enzo is a master at entertaining and knew how to interact with the guests perfectly, leaving a truly memorable impression on everyone. We learned from them that every decision takes time, and to organize a wedding that perfectly aligns with the newlyweds and their guests, it takes trust and time to get to know each other. Paola and Enzo have the experience to do so, so we recommend you trust them, even in the darkest moments. Villa Selmi is a magnificent location where our most important day was celebrated professionally and flawlessly. A special thanks also goes to all their staff who worked tirelessly to give us everything we imagined and more, leaving our guests speechless and pleasantly satisfied with the day.

11/12/2025: We decided to get married at Villa Selmi, and it was a great choice. We were thrilled with the entire organization, the wonderful location, and the delicious food! They listened to us and made all our wishes come true. We hope to return as guests!

03/03/2026: The property is very close to the train station, and the center of Rovigo is just a pleasant 10-minute walk away. From the moment I checked in, I was immediately impressed by the staff's courtesy and professionalism, which was also pleasantly confirmed during breakfast and checkout. Upon entering my spacious and welcoming room, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the furnishings, the lighting, and especially the bathroom, equipped with every amenity and a recently installed walk-in shower. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had a kettle and coffee maker, a minibar, and a state-of-the-art TV. Free and efficient Wi-Fi was available, and luggage storage was available after checkout. If I were to return to Rovigo or the surrounding area, this would definitely be the ideal base. One small flaw, though it didn't ruin my stay, was that the beautiful room I was assigned was adjacent to the elevator, which was a bit noisy when it started up.

18/02/2026: Excellent hotel, don't be fooled by the Google Street View images of the facade. The rooms are excellent and spotlessly clean, the bar is excellent with fair prices, and the reception is impeccable.

02/03/2026: Cuisine rooted in the local area and market availability. Top-quality products, cooked and presented with great skill and elegance, understated and without frills. Their "crudone" appetizer alone is worth a visit to this elegant yet unobtrusive place. A hidden paradise. The service is impeccable. The menu is announced at the table, as if it were a tavern, because the dishes vary according to the availability of the ingredients, but... you can't go wrong, no matter what you choose. The wine selection is also excellent. I have no idea about the price because I was a guest. However, with such fresh and high-quality products, they will be pricey; as they should be.

04/01/2026: If you're in Adria and looking for quality pizza, this is the place. I had an excellent pizza, light and made with fresh ingredients. The beers deserve special mention: a fantastic selection that pairs perfectly with the flavors of the cuisine. Highly recommended!

08/12/2025: Almost everything here is perfect. The food is delicious, the selection is great, the beers are very tasty, and the service is good. And if your Italian isn't very good, you can speak English here. The only downside is the noise level in the restaurant; it's hard to have a conversation. But otherwise, it's fantastic!

25/03/2026: A place just a few kilometers from our home where we enjoy a 360-degree food and wine experience every time, one to be repeated over and over again... The venue, food, and staff are top-notch. Highly recommended!

24/03/2026: Few dishes, but definitely excellent. The price-to-price ratio is perfect. The fried baby squid (€13) is excellent, but the tuna steak is also excellent. Unfortunately, due to a shellfish allergy, I didn't try the fish pie, but from the comments of other customers, it must be just as good... The waiters are kind and professional. ❤️

25/02/2026: The atmosphere is particularly welcoming, filled with photos of internationally renowned artists. The cuisine features traditional specialties of the highest quality and moderate prices. Reservations are essential on Saturday evenings and Sunday lunchtimes, as it's always busy.

03/02/2026: The summer I spent in Rosolina was magnificent, thanks in part to "Tiratardi," a cozy yet characterful place, offering the option of dining in at spacious outdoor tables (you can call through a device that lights up when you pick up your order). Both the piadinas and the pizza slices were delicious, with a myriad of flavors, some particularly delicious. I remember one in particular, with zucchini flowers, which left me absolutely enchanted! It's a shame you couldn't buy empty piadinas to take home as souvenirs. The staff was always particularly efficient and friendly.

27/02/2026: In Rovigo for work, we were recommended the Taverna Dante 1963, a historic restaurant in the city center. Its menu features seafood and meat dishes, reflecting the Polesine tradition. It's well-presented, very tasty, and served impeccably. The quality/price ratio is also excellent.
