Top 3 Michelin The food was a mix of flavors that continually came and went and combinations never encountered before. I congratulate all the staff and obviously the great chef 👨‍🍳👏👏👏👏

It's difficult to describe the experience. The main word that comes to mind is: Perfection. This restaurant has come to be one of the best culinary experiences of my life. Regarding food, this would be the second or the third of all the three michelin stars that I have tried, but it can be easily be number one when we talk about service: of course very professional, but also very helpful and "warm" at the same time. At the end, my wife was too full to take the desert so we asked to cancel it. As it was part of the tasting menu I was expecting to pay the whole menu but they had the consideration of reducing the cost as she was taking less. Something that I wasn't expecting at all, totally unneeded but greatly appreciated. As I said, may esaily be the best service I have ever had. If you are around, try it. If you are far away at the other side of the worls, try it anyway. Worth the visit and there are some wonderful things to see around in that part of Italy. So come here and enjoy

Piccolo suggerimento: da migliorare la spiegazione dei vini.

Highly recommended restaurant, good, beautiful, refined dishes. Very kind and impeccable staff. The spaghetti with seafood livers and risotto are amazing.

Le Calandre was my anniversary destination with my boyfriend. It is not the first starred restaurant we have visited, but certainly one of the most particular. The menu is something truly out of the ordinary, it is presented in three versions, we chose "Max". Dish after dish was a discovery, a mystical journey full of tastes, sounds and wonders. We had the pleasure of chatting with the Chef, a wonderful person available for any curiosity and clarification. As often as places like this are criticized, it is always worth trying at least one in your life. Behind an "out of the ordinary" dish there is always a lot of study, commitment and passion. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. Impeccable service. The wines and sommeliers were exceptional, not to mention the handcrafted glasses from their personal line. As soon as we have the opportunity we will definitely return to repeat this wonderful experience.

Non è semplice commentare un ristorante tre stelle Michelin, ma sicuramente si può affermare che ogni piatto rappresenta una piacevole scoperta ed un insieme armonioso di sapori. Il personale cortese, professionale, impeccabile. Tutto delizioso, dall’amuse bouches alla piccola pasticceria, strepitosi gli spaghetti ed il risotto zafferano e liquirizia.

The dinner was very good, with some fantastic dishes (the osso!), but the experience was dotted with awkward tidbits that were surprising at this level. My wife received a menu without prices although she was the one booking the restaurant. I’d say that’s a very dated practice. The chef seemingly ran away from our table, but he spent a couple of minutes talking with other guests. Desserts were swapped around. An unwrapped can of tomatoes as a gift felt somehow more thoughtless than anything. There were gift bags next to the counter, causing FOMO in me (and why does a restaurant in Veneto gift Campanian tomatoes?). Unfortunately, anything less than perfect is disappointing.

Experience 10+ very nice place, I went with my partner for our anniversary, it's always an important date for us and this year we definitely didn't get the wrong location! Highly recommended
