🧡 Looking at it again, I really want to go again. Le Calandre is not just a place to eat, but an exhibition where you can eat with your senses
It's a great place to go on a special day, with a special person
Since it was 10 courses, I was full and couldn't eat much, so I think the chef was surprised and left, and I was so sorry
But I was so grateful for the best service
If I get the chance, I want to visit Italy again someday and eat the chef's food again

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Le Calendre. I got the classical menu, and the first five courses were perfect. The best dish of the night was the Napul'e Per Alfonso Mattozzi, which was like a whole pizza in a ball. The famous Risotto was very interesting. There was a nice sweet aftertaste. I did not enjoy the two meat dishes as much, but they were expertly prepared. Per desserts, the fruit trios really stood out. The wine list is very impressive. The ambiance is upscale and thoughtful. The chef came out and checked on his guests a few times. I would definitely come back to try the other menus.

A journey into flavours, beyond all expectations
I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the chef and the entire team at Le Calandre for the extraordinary experience we had last night. It wasn't just a meal, but a real journey through surprising flavours, bold combinations and refined emotions.
Each dish was a discovery, a story told with elegance and mastery. The impeccable service, the atmosphere with attention to detail and the attention paid to each guest made the evening unforgettable.
Thank you for accompanying us on this sensorial journey: it was a gift for the palate and the soul.

An experience that will remain in your heart.
The wine list is very interesting, with a selection that satisfies even the most demanding palates. The service is welcoming, kind and informal, creating a perfect atmosphere to enjoy every moment. Everything was fantastic, from the dishes to the service. The chef is very kind and helpful, a real pleasure to meet him. And I can't fail to mention the Magro Merlot, really top! Highly recommended.

A restaurant so renowned that it certainly doesn't need reviews; in any case we had a great time, served with professionalism, friendliness and kindness to savor delicious dishes, in which the preparation is not excessive for a three-star restaurant, but the originality, preparation, presentation and quality of the raw materials are at excellent levels. I am a driver and therefore little wine but excellent. I count as you might expect. Nothing to say: top experience.

Ristorante così rinomato da non aver certo bisogno di recensioni; in ogni caso siamo stati benissimo, serviti con professionalità, cordialità e gentilezza per assaporare piatti deliziosi, in cui l’elaborazione non è tutto sommato eccessiva per un tristellato, ma l’originalità, la preparazione, la presentazione e la qualità delle materie prime sono a livelli eccelsi. Sono guidatore e quindi poco vino ma eccellente. Conto come ci si può aspettare. Niente da dire: esperienza al top.

''Le Calandre'' is located in the province of Padua and falls within the sphere of three-starred restaurants thanks to the kitchen managed by Chef Massimiliano Alajmo who presents revisited Venetian dishes, impeccable and delicate in processing and presentation as well as in the taste of both fish and meat. I personally recommend (SUONO N' UOVO) tagliatelle with fondue and crunchy made with egg shells, incredible choice of cheeses as was the dessert, classy wines, refined elegant location and intimate, precise and impeccable staff.

E niente: la perfezione! Un'esperienza gastronomica ed enoica indimenticabile dove la cura maniacale del dettaglio giustifica non tanto le 3 stelle Michelin quanto il conto, ovviamente importante. Seguiti e serviti con professionalità unita al sorriso, informati delle pietanze e dei vini che stavamo gustando senza cadere nel lezioso, molto apprezzata la breve visita ad ogni tavolo dello chef a fine servizio. Davvero un'esperienza!
