13/12/2025: After years, I tried again to order two pizzas. As expected, they were half an hour late and the pizzas were the wrong ones. That's why I didn't order them anymore... I had made the right decision! Terrible experience.

03/08/2025: A simple yet clean and welcoming location. Kudos to Mirella, who expertly and professionally recommended typical local dishes. This isn't the first time I've had the pleasure of tasting and appreciating Sardinian cuisine, but at Quadrifoglio I had the best gnocchi with sauce and sausage of my life. Salvatore was excellent, with a top score. The mixed grill, what more can I say? Perfectly cooked and truly excellent quality. Excellent value. The owners' friendliness and empathy are the icing on the cake. Thank you so much. We'll be back soon...very soon, in fact. For now, warmest regards from Bologna.

The place is quite comfortable.
The service was poor and sloppy; they brought us fries (as a side) at the end of the meal; instead of wine glasses, which weren't brought with the wine, we were served sorbet glasses.
I had to change the dish I ordered because "we only make fish to order." The four dishes, all from the kitchen, all came out at different times.
I don't think I'll return.

13/01/2026: I haven't been here, but for Christmas they gave me a Classic Panettone. Well, what can I say: SPECTACULAR. I could have eaten it all in one go! I'm from Cuneo, but there's nothing like it here.

We then asked for a bottle of similar value she returned with a bottle already open, dropped it and left, didn't bother asking us to try or if we like it. They are out to rip. Be warn!!!

03/03/2026: Went for an all-you-can-eat mussels night! Delicious mussels and a phenomenal stew! The waitresses were smart and friendly, and the price was excellent!
26/02/2026: We celebrated a friend's birthday at "Due Fogher" and personally, I really enjoyed the pizza. It wasn't overly thin, it was evenly cooked, the ingredients were adequate, the breadsticks were plentiful, and the staff was courteous, attentive, and friendly. To top off the celebration, they even offered us sparkling wine, in addition to limoncello. A complete thumbs up for me!

02/12/2025: Overall, everything went well, except for a couple of negatives. When I arrived, the bathroom fixtures hadn't been cleaned externally, without going into detail. Another negative was Sunday breakfast, because on Saturday the croissant was fresh, but on Sunday it wasn't. From a 4-star superior hotel, I definitely expect more than just displaying yesterday's croissants. I'm confident these errors will be resolved because I intend to return.
After returning, I corrected this with a 4-star rating. None of the previous issues occurred, everything was clean.
27/11/2025: My stay at the GHV Hotel & Spa was very enjoyable, and I can certainly recommend it. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, and the bed was comfortable. The staff deserves special mention – polite, helpful, and professional at every stage of the stay.
A big plus is the spa area, where you can truly relax, as well as the rich and delicious breakfasts with a wide selection. The hotel also has convenient parking and a good location for those traveling by car.
I will definitely return next time and recommend it for both private and business trips.

09/07/2025: We used the bar service and they were very kind. They served us even though the bar opened 15 minutes after we arrived. The croissant was delicious and the coffee was very good. We enjoyed a peaceful breakfast with a view of the mountain. We will definitely be back.
