19/03/2026: I went with a friend for an aperitif and I didn't like it at all. We ordered two glasses and the first time my glass arrived with a chipped bottom, and it was very visible. Then the second time he received it, same thing. The place was empty so you can't say you're in a rush, you have plenty of time to watch what you're doing. Then we had meatballs with tomato sauce served strictly cold. The crostini they gave us, aperitif style, along with the wine with jam, cheese or porchetta on top, I think, were visibly not fresh, very rubbery. A big disappointment.

Starting from the moment you arrive, be aware that the parking lot, besides not having parking lines, could get stuck, because when you count on people's common sense, you're always wrong. As if that weren't enough, be careful, because the parking lot after that also becomes a nightclub parking lot... not to mention that from halfway through the dinner onward, the floor will shake! The entrance, folks! No one to welcome you. We had to go into the dining room and ask a waiter, who was extremely rude, with plates in hand, with hasty answers to let us sit. Then it was time to order, the famous giro abrustolà!!! Oh my!!! Giro? You and your friends who want to do the giro pay one by one (bruschetta that you eat), dividing them up. Evidently, they weren't clear in explaining that giro didn't mean pay a certain amount and eat what you can! Good food, desserts less so. Fairly fair price. Super confusing atmosphere! Almost a festival! I'm sorry, I hope you'll reply, I must have found the wrong evening! You won't see me for a while!

The place is quite large in the summer, considering the outdoor space; slightly smaller in the winter. I recommend parking in the Vimar parking lot (next to the bar) because there's limited parking in front.

I remembered it as a sort of paradise, full of appetizers of all kinds, always incredibly fresh, and accompanied by excellent wines. This time, things were different. Perhaps it was the time, just before 2:00 PM, but the selection of appetizers was minimal. There were only stuffed olives, meatballs, and fish balls. The wonderful fried fish I remember was missing, like so many other specialties. So we had to settle for some canapés, average and not unforgettable, a plate of tagliatelle with duck ragù, which were decidedly good, and three meatballs, which were average. In addition to the usual half-gallon of water, I had a glass of prosecco, scant and not very fizzy—in short, not much, the worst I've had lately. The prices for the cicchetti aren't displayed, which isn't a good thing. The two owners aren't particularly friendly. The final bill, €37, was decidedly excessive for the quantity and quality of what we consumed. €12 for a first course is a good trattoria with a nice tablecloth, not a tiny table with a sheet of paper. I don't recommend this place and won't be returning.

October 25, 2025, we set out from the modern Apennines. My wife and I stopped at the Trattoria Antica Belvedere. We were warmly welcomed by a young woman whose name I even asked for so I could include it in the review, but I forgot it. I also forgot the name of the young man who accompanied us to the table; if they read, they'll understand. In any case, they were very nice, kind, and knowledgeable. We ordered Bigoli Cacio e Pepe with Truffles, creamed cod with fried polenta, and sliced ​​beef; everything was delicious, both in terms of the serving and the plating. To drink, a Valpolicella Ripasso, a good choice. If we were to return, another stop would be a must.

The place is large, with a park outside with several soccer and volleyball courts, as well as slides and swings. It's the perfect place if you want to leave your child to play peacefully and safely. The food was delicious, especially the cakes and meat... The only things that need to be added or updated are: There's no wheelchair ramp. And that's a big problem... And then I'd like to know if it's a farmhouse, a hotel, a tavern, or a restaurant... Anyway, it's a very nice place, especially if you want a romantic dinner or a quiet evening or afternoon.
