24/07/2024: Delicious food I recommend this place, it is spacious and has a lunch menu, as well as a la carte options. Accompanying wine, water and coffee included. I tried the Monterosso salad which surprised me on a giant bun. The portions of the dishes are substantial and will leave you satisfied. It is usually full at lunch time. Very friendly attention, they speak Spanish.

22/08/2024: Sono tornato in questo locale dopo una ventina d'anni perché era una delle pochissime pizzeria aperte in questa settimana post ferragosto sperando che la qualità generale fosse migliorata rispetto all'ultima volta che ci ero stato. Purtroppo non è stato così...tempistiche per ordine e servizio lentissime nonostante non ci fosse molta gente, pizza con qualità degli ingredienti decisamente bassa, primi piatti basici e di scarsa attrattiva solamente a vederli. Passeranno altri vent'anni prima che mi vedano ancora...

06/08/2024: Yesterday we tried to eat a pizza, but the unpleasant and unfriendly waiter told us that it was closed even though it was 10.30pm and the oven was still open. When I asked him he told me that it was closed on Mondays to which I replied that he was doing it there. Then he told me that it closes at 10 on Mondays. Liar and obnoxious but alas in Bassano they still believe they are the center of the world.... 4 poor people without art or part who don't know how to manage anything let alone tourism... Even though they try hard to say they are a welcoming and open city!! BUFFONS

There are visits for sports, driving licenses and many other things... external and internal swimming pools with related courses as well as free swimming. I confirm everything. Well attended

26/10/2023: Ho cenato qui ieri sera assieme ad un mio amico; entrambi non conoscevamo la location, pur avendone spesso sentito parlare in maniera molto positiva. Non ho parole per descrivere in positivo questo posto sia dal punto di vista estetico della struttura e dell'arredamento, sia per quello che concerne il cibo. Fin dall'ingresso siamo stati accolti dal titolare quasi come fossimo a casa nostra; Massimo è un ristoratore simpaticissimo, che ti accoglie subito con un sorriso e ti fa sentire a tuo agio, in maniera cortese ed educata ma mai imbarazzante...questo è ciò che ci si aspetta sempre quando si entra in un ristorante! Peccato che la maggioranza ti accoglie sempre in modo impettito e scorbutico, quasi dessi loro fastidio! Tutti in tal senso dovrebbero prendere esempio da Massimo! Che dire? La location si presenta molto particolare fin dall'ingresso; una via di mezzo tra un posto di lusso e una trattoria di charme, molto pulita e curata, chiaramente con addobbi ed arredo che ricordano il mare! Personalmente non ho trovato nessun difetto nei piatti serviti... ho ordinato come antipasto uno stratosferico piatto di cruditè, accompagnato da 5 ostriche che ho voluto assaggiare al naturale senza condimenti o fronzoli particolari! Direi che i gamberi rossi avevano un gusto che da nessuna altra parte avevo mai sperimentato così come le ostriche! Da grande cultore di questa tipologia di crostacei, devo dire che le ostriche pur al naturale erano eccezionali. Il mio amico aveva invece optato per un piatto di mare al vapore; solo alla vista la pietanza parlava da sola! Qui il pesce viene servito freschissimo ed è questa peculiarità che fa di questo posto il suo tipico cavallo di battaglia! D'altronde Massimo, con il quale abbiamo avuto modo di parlare assieme, ha una cultura vastissima in materia ittica e quando parla e dai piatti che serve noti tutta la passione che ci mette e la grande professionalità! Abbiamo poi proseguito la cena con una frittura di pesce, un piatto di crostacei ed un altro di capelunghe ed abbiamo concluso con i dolci. Io ho scelto il tiramisù fatto da loro; una autentica chicca sia per qualità che per quantità! Tutto è stato accompagnato da una buonissima bottiglia di Gewurztraminer che avevamo scelto! Prezzi giusti ed onesti per quantità e qualità; cameriere di sala gentile ed educato! Quindi ricapitolando: se siete amanti del buon cibo ed avete una certa cultura culinaria, se amate il pesce fresco e di qualità, se siete amanti dei ristoranti di charme ma magari non vi sentite a vostro agio nei ristoranti stellati, questo è il posto che fa per voi! Naturalmente questo non è un posto per tutti; se pretendete di venire qui e pagare come paghereste in un normale ristorante di pesce, passate oltre e cambiate tipologia di ristorante, perchè, giusto per fare un paragone, sarebbe come andare a mangiare una pizza a Milano da Carlo Cracco e lamentarsi se poi paghi 50 euro! Esperienza fantastica, complimenti a Massimo ed alla sua simpatia; sicuramente appena potrò, ritornerò con piacere!

03/06/2024: It's 12. High noon. I go into the pastry shop. Super crowded. I see one last plump cream croissant in the display case! At that moment, Francesca, the girl who attends the outside tables, enters. I tell her: “I'll sit outside, grab me a croissant with a cappuccino.” And you, in the middle of the crowd, immediately shout at the girl at the counter: "the croissant is mine"!!! So only a few minutes later, in the square, I managed to eat that coveted croissant. Thank you Francesca, my goalscorer, my Sinner of the croissant!!! Domenico Maltauro

03/08/2024: A typical mountain hut with a large dining room and gigantic windows overlooking the valley. The wooden cart in the center of the room is beautiful. Location 5 minutes from Asiago center, there is also a working chairlift that takes you down. Various paths start from here and you are immediately surrounded by the bells of grazing cows. Outside there is a practical and comfortable solarium area with deckchairs. Visited in August, I would call it an overall great experience. I would also say a few words about the Asiago Plateau. Unlike Trentino which has been transformed into a region for tourists where mountain activity is practically dead, here in Asiago we are still surrounded by agricultural and livestock activities, in short, an area that is still alive and productive, where tourism seems to have to adapt to the area and not the other way around. In short, an area that is still real and not an open-air museum.
