I booked...or rather I had booked a table at the Villa Ciardi restaurant via the App on The Fork, unfortunately the evening before they canceled my reservation just for the simple fact of not having answered their calls. Please note calls made the day before booking. Fortunately, or in this case unfortunately for you, people work otherwise you won't be able to work either. I advise you not to use the application just to advertise yourself and perhaps given your problem in getting a deposit to be paid for booking a table. Not recommended.

06/01/2025: Abbiamo passato tre giornate assieme al nostro cagnolino in questa struttura rinnovata da poco. La stanza era ampia e accogliente con una bella vista sulla vallata. Dopo delle belle passeggiate ci ristoravamo nella spaziosa e accogliente zona wellness per poi concludere le serate con un’ottima cena tra piatti invitanti e ben curati e dell’ottimo vino. Ottima accoglienza del proprietario, che ci ha dato ottimi consigli sia per le attività che per il cibo, oltre a piacevoli chiacchierate. Speriamo di tornarci in estate per poter sostare sotto il melo secolare che è meraviglioso.

Positive aspects: fast service, friendly staff, orchestra with room to dance. Negative aspects: environment not adequately valorised. It is a very large venue, which is used to make people dance, but the feeling of being in a warehouse remains. The idea of ​​the orchestra is beautiful. All in all, I recommend it.

16/02/2025: Title: Story of a scandalous welcome. 2.00 pm from the street you can see a sign with the words polenta suppressed sandwiches so we enter with the more than legitimate expectation of buying a couple of sandwiches. We approach the counter and ask the not very friendly looking lady if they make sandwiches. Answer: "we have no place (the place was half empty plus there were also seats outside which were free) and more people have to arrive". So we ask what time they close with the masochistic idea of ​​coming back later. Short and annoyed answer: "at 2.30pm!" We return at 3.00 pm and the place is still open with the square with fewer cars than before and two people coming out with their sandwich in their hands. End.

02/05/2025: Ho visitato il ristorante in una tranquilla serata di maggio, visto che mi era stato suggerito e non avevo ancora avuto modo di provarlo. Appena entrati ho da subito notato l’atmosfera accogliente del locale, molto curato e ben arredato. Neanche il tempo di sederci, e la cameriera ci chiede cosa volessimo da bere. Noi ovviamente, essendo veneti, non abbiamo potuto esimerci dall’ordinare un calice di bianco e un americano (uno dei piu buoni che abbia mai bevuto). Ordinare è stato abbastanza semplice, nonostante non sia un fan dei menù digitali: un panino e delle crocchette di patate a testa, dato che i panini, seppur costando oltre i 15€, non erano accompagnati dalle classiche patatine, che non sono neppure ordinabili a parte. Tralasciando la mancanza (grave) di contorni, il panino era eccellente e la carne cotta alla perfezione. Anche i contorni erano buoni, nonostante la mancanza di sale. Dopo esserci gustati allegramente il cibo, essendo già pieni siamo passati direttamente al conto… che dire, a quanto pare la mancanza di sale è stata compensata da un conto eccessivamente salato… A mio parere 15 € per un panino e 6 € per 6 crocchette sono adeguati, tuttavia sono rimasto sbigottito una volta venuto a conoscenza dei 10 (e sottolineo 10!) € per un calice di BIANCO FERMO, e 3 per un coperto senza pane. Detto ciò nel complesso è stata una bella esperienza e abbiamo mangiato molto bene, sconsiglio però di ordinare alcolici senza aver prima consultato attentamente la carta dei vini (difatti è stata la cameriera a offrirci l’idea d un aperitivo).

21/04/2025: Ci sono stati serviti funghi fritti e crocchette assolutamente riscaldate e non fatte al momento, pane riscaldato, carne di scarsissima qualità… e tutto questo ad un prezzo non corrispondente alla qualità dei prodotti.

28/02/2025: Non c'è più il Menu Pranzo economico, ma rimane un prezioso "angolo" di cucina di pesce. Piatti ottimi, in porzione corretta, con prezzi senza eccessi. Forse 3 € per il coperto a pranzo è eccessivo. Deliziose le Linguine alla Busera con scampi leggermente piccanti ( € 14,00 ). Servizio affabile e familiare.
