Il Garibaldi In Bassano del grappa

It was May 1st and the town was bustling. We found our evening restaurant here. We ordered drinks and food. The pasta with duck ragu arrived incredibly fast – shocking! – but it was delicious. Afterwards, the tagliatelle was perfect and the tiramisu was top-notch. Very friendly and efficient staff. Now, a suggestion for improvement: a little more time for the meals, as guests want to savor them – and perhaps the music could be changed and turned down a bit. That was just our personal impression, though. But we'll be back. THANK YOU

Excellent. We had a platter, excellent Asiago and pancetta, then a flan with amazing asparagus and a baked chicken with mushrooms that we will truly remember. We will definitely be back.

Four of us went for lunch on a day trip. We found this beautiful place by chance and were immediately intrigued by the menu displayed outside. We ordered a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, two first courses and two second courses to share, plus two tiramisu. They arrived very quickly. Well, what can I say... you can see and taste the quality. Fresh cold cuts and equally delicious cheeses. The first course, Bigoli with duck ragù, was out of this world, wonderful. The second course, a plain dish of tagliata and potatoes, well-cooked. The tiramisu was delicious, simple, and you could tell it was fresh. I recommend this place for the incredibly delicious bigoli we tried. The staff was polite, prompt, and attentive. The price was fair for the quality and quantity. Plus, there's a beautiful view of the castle.

A quaint downtown establishment, with a classy owner who puts you at ease as soon as you walk in (a true restaurateur), a warm atmosphere with the right values, and the food, I can only say one word: "EXCELLENT," even the coffee... Fair prices, what more could you want?

We had a wonderful meal, all the dishes delicious. We chose the tables outside, and since it was a bit chilly, they gave us blankets to warm up a bit. I highly recommend it.

Face of our kids after eating speaks for itsself ;) Such a great reccomendation for this place ! Food experience just amazing, service right in place, house white wine blew our minds...really, hope to visit again !!!

Right in the historic center, the cod is delicious. The Tocai is excellent. It's a shame you can't get a second course of creamed cod and Vicenza-style pasta.
